been reading and sourcing through more articles bout pro intake and.a few even.say to get 2 grams per pound like cCharles put 'em on the Glass

I remember years back I made sure to get in 1.5 grams per pound and I gained 5 pound in 6 weeks and my body fat went down

So I'm gonna start with 1.5 grams per pound

I am a natural endomorph, size and strength came easy but getting lean was a bitch

Want to get back to regular training and maybe get my lats along with everything else back up

a few proteinshakes per day, like one in the morning, after training, one before bed thats like 100+ grams from that alone

that body recomp that I did on 1.5 grams per pound was as a natty (gain 5 pounds while dropping fat in 6 weekz)

so let's see if  can  do it again

it is the HOLY GRAIL in fact

would be so very cool if I stay the same weight while gong from 16-17% to ~7%  8)

and rather, I'm gonna get all the pprotein from REAL FOOD

cheese,  milk, chicken and tuna
