I dont mind it at all.

I generally train on an empty stomach,then I eat.

I simply can not jump out of bed and eat.....dont know how people do it,food jut doen`t appeal to me when I just woke up gotta` have a few cup of coffee first off.
Same for me. I drink coffee for at least an hour before any food sounds good

chicken + rice with tomato sauce,and diced tomatoes mixed together

Crystal-Lite

Cod fish
steamed brocolli
ice water

2 yogurts
1 banana
2 chocolate chip rice cakes with natty PB
water

2 more yogurts
2 more chocolate chip rice cake with PB   (this i like a treat on this eating regimen)

I don't know how you can eat cod fish and cottage cheese in the same meal
I have no problem with either but in the same meal seems uggh

is your last meal pre or post training or do you train in the AM on an empty stomach?

Fish and cottage cheese together does not seem appetizing. I eat hamburger with cottage cheese and sliced tomato. It is surprisingly good. Ricotta cheese might work well too although it has a higher caloric and fat content. A scoop of ricotta alongside spaghetti with marinara sauce is great....but not something people on a weight and fat loss diet would normally eat.

When I eat fish it's the sole protein source in a meal

I mostly eat steelhead.  I buy big piece from Costo and cut it into fillets and souse vide it

I dont eat for taste,though I like that combo....I`m eating to obtain a certain look.

When I was a skinny kid as opposed to being a skinny old man like I am today,I was a picky eater,and a junk food junkie.

You`d have to kill me to eat yogurt,cottage cheese,fish,salad and any other veggies other than green beans and a whole ton of other foods.

Through bodybuilding I made myself eat these fiods for the result I was trying to obtain.....now I love all that good clean healthy food......I guess I made myself aqquire a taste fir them.

3 eggs with cheese  25g
2 coffees with cream
4 sausage patties    28g
2 slices of supreme pizza   28g
1 liter chocolate ice cream Shake 20g
1 plate of meat pasta 45g
6 BBQ Chicken legs 80g
1 large can of baked beans 35g
3 kosher hot dogs 25g
1 glass milk 8
half a bag of smartfood popcorn
1 package of salt crackers
1 piece of 4 layer yellow cake with chocolate frosting


I forgot the milk I had earlier but with that it is 294 grams of protein from whole food you fucking dumbass it is a very healthy diet for a 220lb weight lifter how many grams of protein are you getting in your daily diet exactly

And whole food is 1000 times better than powders and I need additional calories as that protein is for muscle repair not energy the carbs and fat are protein sparring again if anything I need to add more but just cruising comfortably. I don't need to lose any fat I am trying to add muscle this really is barely enough.

Also my stomach feels great today one of the best ever no acid reflux no gas no excessive trips to the bathroom nothing I have crohns it flares up sometimes but not all the damn time

Appetite coming back after the Chinavirus thing....

Today

5 whole eggs, 40gr grits

50gr Dymatize Protein, 1 TSP of peanut butter

8oz teriyaki chicken thighs, 200grms rice

12pc Chicken McNuggets, Lrg fry

At the worst of the virus I went from 227 to 206...In about 2 weeks

Back up to 216 at the end of the day today

I think that's the basis for the intermittent fasting diet. Most, including me, don't feel like eating first thing in the morning. This idea was pushed by the cereal companies claiming breakfast was the most important meal. If you go back to caveman days there wasn't food waiting for you first thing in the morning. You, and five of your buddies, headed out with your spears, and then, when maybe four you return, you had the feast of the day.
