I've owned a business. I've also had 270 plus employees reporting to me. Trump is HORRIBLE at managing, if I ran my department like Trump is running his, I would have been canned

Not hardly . The reality is that you can't be a dictator, an uncouth, insulting leader that flip flops constantly and belittles your employees and be successful for long. Trump started out the gate with his Dads millions and contacts. His best leadership quality which probably served him well in private sector business was he would rather chase tail and golf than be involved in the running of his operations. Unfortunately he doesn't always have that luxury as President. Being successful as a leader involves many aspects.. but some of the top aspects are being trustworthy, being competent and knowledgeable about the subject matter, being consistent, being fair, treating your subordinates with respect and nurturing an environment where people can give their point of views and not fear reprisal. At least that's how the millions of successful business and military leaders do it. Trump is on a ship that's on fire.. and his blaming others and yelling about how the press is unfair won't but the flames out. IMO

I don't like the way he treats people, but you are just flat out wrong about his success. He definitely had a big head start, but he took that head start and multiplied it by orders of magnitude. He turned his daddy's money into one of the most successful brands in American history. He turned that success into becoming the most powerful man on the planet.
You and others can keep trying to speak his failure into existence, but it's not going to work. What he has done and continues to do is incredible, particularly given "the resistance."

the employees are covered under civil service. I certainly don't have the capacity to personally fire them, however I do have the capacity to have them fired. In those times, I have sat across from them and looked them in the face during the termination hearing. In two of the cases I walked the officers out to their vehicle after their termination. In those cases it was the appropriate thing to do, it was not a pleasant thing but that's what leaders do.

A Sandwich/Burger joint and a Gas/convenience store. Several years, roughly 12 employees in the restaurant, 7 employees for the store.
Not full of shit at all. I was responsible for managing all those under me. I had people working directly under me, so there were certainly levels, but any personnel issues of any serious nature, any decisions impacting the division came to me. I was responsible for managing those people.
As far as a direct correlation with Trumps management issues, like Trump, I was able to select those people who would head my sub divisions. I allowed them to select those who worked for them. The difference is, I picked good people and it wasn't all that hard. Another thing, if I had a problem with one of my direct reports, like a Jeff Sessions or a Tillerson I would call them in and discuss the issue privately with them. At no time, would it cross my mind, or any other manager worth their salt, to tweet, or group email disparaging remarks about my direct report. That's just childish and unprofessional.
When I took over a division, There may be one or 2 personnel changes, as their vision and my vision of where we are going may not be the same. Often times they could adjust, other times they had other positions within the department they wanted to experience. Sometimes it was just a personality clash but those were rare. But.. once those changes were made, my picks were in place, there was rarely turn over. Because I was 1. Sane 2. Not pathological 3. Cared about my employees, 4. Was professional and had attended a management course or two over the decades and had people skills

The actions of extremist regardless of which extreme they are into, is not something I'd use as an example of most conservative or liberal thinking people. I believe most folks are a mix of the two. Trump could have avoided lying about the affairs by simply saying, no comment. Of course there is always the highly unlikely possibility Trump did not have these affairs and his accusers are the liars. The pay-offs and nondisclosure agreements muddies the waters.
Point well taken..I don't like that these women are talking at all...even among a husband and mistress there should be some sort of honor
