AJ Sims became sort of known in bb circles for his crazy oral use like 1-2 weeks out. I don't remember exactly but IIRC it was like 300-400mg a day. Bostin Loyd talked about AJ's regimens because people kept sending him all the top coahes plans.
Supposedly he doesn't even coach bbers anymore, too much a PITA.

Solid 225 today. Can see the injury but condition is slowing coming back. Doing some 20 rep sets now so going a little heavier. I mean for fuck sake I have put on 10lbs in the last month since I started this thread and it looks to be 10 solid ass pounds to me. Y'all talking about its all fluid and belly and fat bullshit. I have been eating until I get sick from eating at night and I have put on 10 solid lean pounds in a month despite only doing light training. Its all about the food that is the key everyone said I was going to get fat yeah right. My body is dying to grow it just needs the food.
Weird thing I was getting lighter a couple mornings ago I was 210lbs. But my wife keeps putting the scale away so we can show the house so not weighing in as much. Yesterday I could just feel I was getting heavier again. Sure, enough I weighed in at 230lbs before bed last night. Now granted I was only 224lbs this morning but still it is amazing how quickly things can change.
