I would murder you no one would be able to stop me

Brian

that sounds like a threat.

no doubt when you go for a job someone googles your name. your 2 mughshots and this board pop up

and you are on here threatening to kill me

Brian the only thing you kill is the atmosphere at any party you attend and womens sex drive. I saw that B~W phoot of your dad the man who left you your wealth. He seems a nice bloke although he legged it from your whore of a mother to bang his secretary at the first chance. Is this sense of rejection why you seek any attention at all because daddy ditched you and mummy was too busy cleaning another 'Uncle's Jizz off her ironing board chest to keep you in hot-dogs and ski holidays? Its sad that all spencer will inherit is his dads extra chromosome look and his mekon head? Then again he calls another man 'Daddy' now. A real man who doesnt force him to wrassle because his dad failed at it. A real man who looks him in the eye when talking. A real man who doesnt take his clothes off to put up unsolicited photos on the internet for strangers who hate him instad of teaching his son to read and write.

Also have oyu ever boxed? hahahha

It doesn't matter if Saw Palmetto lowers test in a drug user obviously.

There is the finasteride which I haven't dared to take. One fella on another forum says do just .25mg mon/wed/fri, that way you can avoid most sides. Usual dose I think is 1mg daily. The discussion was about hair but said it can help prostate too over time. He also said ORAL minoxidil is much more effective than topical. I think I will try this for my beard. I wish I had started some treatment when I started thinning.

bhank may be willing to try the oral minox? It will most likely not restore the hair but would be interesting to see if there was some regrowth.

Kwon I've used the Star and Fairings a lot too but in recent years it seems like I can't tolerate any protein shakes. Vomit inducing immediately and then feeling slightly sick for 12 hours. One 50 gram shake and an hour later I have to drink a liter of water, I get very thirsty.

I'm 50+ and im STILL using these :D

I can still tolerate these without feeling queezy

Fairing is a friend so i like to support him

Gossip & Opinions / Re: barbell hip thrust ?
« Last post by oldtimer1 on Today at 11:31:26 AM »
Try using those hip thrust machines. The glutes are a very important muscle for jumping and sprinting. It pulls your femur back. It works in conjunction with your thigh muscles. When I belonged to commercial gym they had a dedicated hip thrust machine. It was so hard to use and felt like squat like effort when I used it. I was a sprinter in college and even though I'm old I know if I'm moving. I felt I lost it. After using the machine for around two months I slow ran a mile then did 40 yard sprints. I was shocked how much spring I had in my legs.

Having said that you can train the glutes with squats, lunges and even stuff like power cleans. A dedicate hip machine works amazing though.

robert wadlow 8 ft 11 and a half inches tall.
The tallest man in recorded history is Robert Wadlow, at 8’ 11”. He weighed 480 pounds and wore a size 36 shoe.
He had the appropriate job of advertising for a shoe company.
He is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. He was measured three weeks before he died and was almost nine feet tall. He was born February 22, 1918 in Alton, Illinois weighing a near normal 8.7 pounds. His greatest weight was 491 pounds. His hands were about thirteen inches from the wrist to top of the middle finger and his shoes were size 37AA, that's more than eighteen inches long. Before International Shoe Company provided free shoes, they cost $100.00 a pair (in today's money that's six to seven hundred dollars). Wadlow was still growing when he died.
During a trip he and his father were visiting 800 towns in 41 states for the shoe company. His dad removed the front passenger seat so Robert could sit in the back seat and stretch out his long legs.
In kindergarten he was 5'6'' tall, wearing clothing that would fit a 17-year-old boy. In 1929 he had his first medical checkup where the family was told that the boy had an over active pituitary gland. Too late for Robert, medical science today can compensate for the problem. In 1931 he was the largest Boy Scout in the world at 7'4" weighing 270 pounds. The "Gentle Giant" died July 15, 1940.

I believe natural selection played a big part in that, back then. Guys must have been training/eating/juicing pretty much the same. Only the gifted ones would reach greatness.
Today is more about the will to inject everything and beyond. The reckless ones are the ones who win.
