Ok back in the gym after 2 weeks off from tweaking my already injured shoulder. Took it easy and went for reps. Didn't feel too bad but I felt it a bit.

Diet was ok today. I wanted a slight surplus. Hit about 190 protein the rest was filled in with whatever. Ate 2 double doubles from in-n-out.
