Barbell rows - 9 sets 5s,4s and 3s
EZ bar curls - 2 sets 15-25 each palms down and up
Towel hangs from pullup bar - Once for max time

I have been lifting, but adding in 12 min conditioning circuits at the end to build back to some soulcrusher type stuff.

I swam this morning, averaged 1:59 per 100 yards which is pretty good for me.

Yes, they do involve your core bigtime.
Taking the bar out of a rack is the most uncomfortable part for me.
You really feel the weight on you.
It's like catching a loaded barbell suddenly.
I put a squat pad on the bar which helps a lot.

Hate Zerchers. Never got anything from them that I couldn't get from more conventional types of squats.

Speaking of squats, did some of those today and some chest and tris too.

Yesterday...

Barbell rows - 4 progressive warmup sets then 9 work sets of 5s, 4s, and 3s
EZ bar curls - 3 sets palms up and 3 sets palms down

Today...

Bench press - 6 progressive warmup sets then 6 work sets of 5s,4s,and 3s
Farmers walk & hold with dumbbells - 2 trips & hold max time
Neck front plate raise & harness - Once each for max reps
