i am ignorant because i choose not to believe a statement you wont back up

the "adonis principles" never caught on

funny that
MY inbox begs to differ.  Besides, there is no such thing really other than eat what you want, reduce your calories, go in a deficit.   Wow, what a novel concept.  ::)

So I take it you diet down in a caloric surplus.  Is that what you do?  ???

Do you feel the need to ever use steroids again, or is this good enough for you.  I think this is the best you have looked ever.
This is great for me...I really like my current regime as a lifestyle.

I will release a fitness and nutrition DVD in a couple of months with my routine, meals, cardio/fitness and stretching routine.

Thats what I was about to say.

I think you could experiment, bring your calories up to around 2500-3000 and just maintain your bodyfat easily on that.

Yes, because eating 2000-2500 calories a day, with some weight training won`t get you ripped.  ::)

It won't, that's why fatpanda remained obese.  ::)

I am 163 lbs at 5'11" .. am I close to 6%?

The goal was to get as close to 6% without drugs. I posted my diet and training regime. I have been at it for 3-4 months now. Lost 40 lbs of blubber, water and some muscle.

THIS is trully what it looks like without drugs. None of those bullshit natty claims.

Good look for you!  That took some hard work

All this looks fine and dandy. Very good looking food but you will fall. You cannot eat like this year round. You will eventually go for the cheese burger etc. Time constraints/stress will cause the food desires to come back. This is not a realistic "life style" but what is is eating what you want and then back tracking to make up for the excess of calories.

Or he could just keep the cheeseburger and whatever else and keep the calories at 2000 and be fine.  Doesn`t matter what he eats.  No backtracking needed.

SEV, I haven't had the chance to read beyond page one yet, but you are looking healthy in the page one pic your posted.

I recommendation is to stay with the "program" unless you start to feel bad as a result of staying with the program.

Many years ago before roids were as popular as they are today, the smart bodybuilding competitors would get in somewhat similar shape and then  'work up' from that point on to the contest date.

A lot more to that but I think you got idea.

Good going, Sev! Keep up the good work and you might want to convince some other GetBiggers to do the same.

That is if he adds calories. I don't pay attention to such things anymore. I do know that a 5 guys burger with fries will keep my full for a good 5 hours. No catabolism whatsoever :D

He was following your advice, around 2000 calories, he remained a FATSO. I won't respond to you again, you're just trolling for attention.

Meal 1 = milk and protein powder = 275cals - 35p, 14c, 10f

Meal 2 = milk and protein powder = 275cals - 35p, 14c, 10f

Meal 3 = Chinese Style Chicken curry + egg fried rice = 556cals, 31p, 65c, 17f

Hiit cardio - 5 mins warmup /5 mins 20-10sec /5 mins cool down

Snack - 2 kitkats = 214cals - 2p, 26c, 10f

Meal 4 - Sweet and Sour Chicken + egg fried rice = 540cals, 32p, 84c, 7f

Daily Totals = 1991cals -140p, 212c, 61f

That pic is the "after".

I don't really care, things work for different people. Everyone is a different genetically.  My point is stop posting the same silly pics from 5 years ago to prove a point. Make it interesting at least. I can at least post a shirtless pic in Spain or France which is current and makes it a little more interesting and proves my point that I'm shredded

I never talked to him once about what he should do.  Furthermore, the guy lost 200 plus lbs eating whatever he wanted.  He had much more to lose.  I don`t see anything wrong with what he did.  Do you?

Also, he had a ton more to lose and if he kept on, he lost it all.  We don`t know what happened to him, but whatever he was doing, was working wonderfully.

You basically owned yourself with this post.

I don`t want you to post anything.  I don`t care.  The last thing we need to see is a picture of you or me.  Who cares?
