I do pistol squats to a bench, otherwise I'm sure I'd fall on my ass.
Tried it and needed to be near the squat rack so I could grab on to keep my balance

Back including deads with the Hex bar.Still working on form and it's more comfortable for me to use the Hex instead of the straight bar.

Hex has always felt weird to me, farmers walks, no problem, hex deads, awkward.
