I don't know about work farms but anybody on welfare should be required to be working for the state in some way to save tax dollars. This is IF they are not working, they're are people who receive food stamps and section 8 housing and are employed. All should be drug tested and required to be on birth control. If you have more kids than you can support financially without assistance even if employed that should be a requirement. If you don't like it get a second job or find a man willing to support you. It should also be said that some single mothers who do work but don't receive child support from the fathers receive health insurance and a smaller amount of food stamps from the state. Those fathers should be held accountable immediately not 5 years down the road. If they are unemployed they should have to provide proof of job searches and also work for the state in some way as well. Picking up trash, park maintenance, janitorial for schools etc.
