Depends really....1-1.5 hrs Usually on my compound lifts I take a few extra between sets to recover, from then on I move fairly quickly. As you can see, this week I am only doing compounds, usually 10-12 sets.....it's different.
i see,,,ur big dude that mix is ur forte,,,i do tri giant set last few wks kind u like,,,works feel full for extra day from it,,,ive done it on legs and it is not for the weak of heart.my leg workouts are brutal enough,but high rep legs is killer once in a while.
