Actually, I've thought about it before. I think I have a good idea too: there's a killing to be made by opening a fast-food style restaurant targeting "fitness" people. On the menu, list calories and ratio of calories / protein. Try to keep the ratio for all meals under 10, and at least like 50 g protein per entree.
To give an idea, a plain boneless, skinless chicken breast's cal / protein ratio is about 5. A ratio around 10 is the sweet spot, IMO, where you can make delicious meals that anyone would probably find acceptable, short of a dude on contest prep.
McDonalds only has like five items under 10 on their entire menu. Most are 15+.
