Yes, I am offering free seminar and IF IT IS success - I can organize it over and over again...just to show that I am more than willing to share my knowledge and experiences with true bodybuilding fans.
I do understand that some of you can't afford my rates - and exactly for those who don't I am willing to organize a seminar where I will make myself available FOR FREE...and I don't care if it takes 10 hours...
After FREE Fitshow segments...FREE 5 years of "Enter The Mind" bulletin board information...possibly FREE seminar on continuous bases (monthly IF needed to be...)...FREE DAY PASS in my gym for any GETBIG.COM member...FREE "PINK DBELLS" DEMONSTRATION (OK - I don't have pink ones but I do have "bright red" pair...Should I say: "my favorite" ;D)

So I'm starting the official thread for the free seminar Milos offered for the getbig members. As he mentioned that if around 50 people manifested any interest about his offer and asked for them to subscribe their names for their participation, this is the place for these people drop their names, so Milos or someone of his crew can take notes of the names and put together the whole thing.

Well, if you are interested, lemme know when would you be available so I can see who would be interested to host it here. It would be the best seminar of all time, for sure. We had Lee haney, Eddie Robinson, Porter Cotrell, Claude Groulx, Ronnie Coleman, Nasser El Sonbaty (we had him here 3 times!!!), Dorian Yates, Gunther Schlierkamp (in june, last year), Lee Priest about now and Ronnie Coleman will be here next week, days 6,7 and 8 of April (Easter time) for a 3 day BSN seminar. Shawn have been here, too, as well as Kevin Levrone.
But you, Milos, will be another story. You definitely take the term siminar to a whole new level. Yours are indeed a true seminar.
Lemme know about any real interest.

Milos, but tell us, can we do a really 'hardcore' training in your gym??? i mean, we are beiing influenced by the way some Pros trained!
i mean, we have to be able to :
- throw weights on the ground and also make them fly into the air
- shoot shotguns INSIDE the gym to scare 140lbs 'monsters' doing 1lbs curl
- scream all the time, even doing warmups!!!!!
- oh, and the lights on the gym have to give a 'black and white' feel to it
- walk around in combat clothes, with imaginary lat syndrome at full effect and of course giving the 'kill' look to anyone

All the questioning of his training methods and non-stop arguing has really pushed Milos over the edge. I guess he's now opened up his exclusive and expensive gym to a free seminar targeted directly at the Getbig members. Milos is so desperate to prove his point he'll probably lose a couple thousand dollars for doing this...
This reminds me of that midget on Southpark who had to prove his point that Eric Cartman doesn't make him angry.
How many holes has Milos punched in his office walls because he gets so infuriated by the comments about him on Getbig? How many times has be screamed at his family because of the pent-up anger he has inside after visiting this board? How many family pets has he "accidentally" strangled because he sees Squadfather's or Shawn Ray's face on that poor defenseless animal.
I heard someone at his gym gave him a stress ball and he immediatly just put it in his mouth and ripped it apart like some wild dog.

At 8 PM - I have Garreath and Owen (arms special)...so I cannot train you...but I am sure Milamar would love to train with you - ANYTIME...including today.
BTW - she didn't train this year - yet...and she should officially start her preparation - so if you come today - she just might start right away...

Start dropping your names in an organized manner so Milos can take notes of the names and see if this reaches the minimum number of participants required for the seminar.
I propose you post your screen names and a number on the side, example: MR. MICHAEL MOORE, member number 1, and then it goes....
Unfortunately I live in Brazil and can't make it to the getbig seminar. :'(

Why post such a stupidity like this? The guy OFFERED something very constructive and positive for FREE , and exclusively for the members of this board. This is the first time someone in this fucking industry does something sooooooo altruist......we have a giver, here, not a sole and mean taker (Shawn comes to mind....).
So I don't know why rip on the guy.....you're probably one of those who think that know it all about bodybuilding, and that Milos' offer is a waste of time and some form of meltdown......man, go get someone's helmet polished.

I'd LOVE to be there, but with my work vacation is a major pain in the ass. You'll pick 3 weeks out of the year, and you're lucky if you get one of those weeks. Pick another three, and same thing. So, you have to pick 9+ weeks, just to get your three. I still have a week leftover from last year that I wasn't able to use. :(
So, unfortunately I will not be able to make it, but if this thing goes statewide, I'm in!!! :D

All joking aside from the post I made Milos; why do you continue to deny that this board doesn't get to you? I constantly see you say "I come here to amuse myself" or "I'm so confident", and no one is saying you're not confident. You have everything to be confident about (family, state of the art gym, and awesome physique), but its comical when you deny that this place doesn't touch a nerve.
The proof of the pie is everywhere. You argue your point for pages and pages on here, mention Getbig on your Fitshow segement while referencing something you're always arguing about, and now you're hosting a free seminar you'd probably charge $50 per person just to prove the points you make on here.
In the end you'll come out looking like the better man because of putting on a free seminar, but I see right through your motive.
I know the type of person you are. You're obviously very intelligent and have made hundreds of thousands of dollars using just your mind, but you're stubborn and a prima donna. I wish I could be there though, but I live in PA :( I wish to one day pack up everything, just leave for cali and get a job at a gym somewhere. I hate where I live, there is no real gyms around.... I want to work in a gym that has people that could help me keep evolving. I would rather be a poor BBer then make a decent living looking like crap.

Writing an extensive psycho analysis would be a waste of time on you Milos. It's easy to see that you've let success go to your head all these years and a little bump in the road (Getbig) makes you go to great lengths to prove that you are right and we are wrong.
I've never attacked your training methods or anything you advocate, but I really do get a laugh out of your claims that we don't piss you off. Because of all your success you try to project yourself as invisible or more than human when you're attacked. For years you've been pretty good at it because you're a smart guy and you've been dealing with pretty average or dumb people on here. However I noticed lately that your armor is starting to wear and you've become vulnerable. Maybe it's because the love of your family is making you weak and taming the beast. I don't know and I could speculate for days on this.
Anyways, why not slay Goliath when he's down on one knee and expose his true colors? I really don't need to prove anything to Getbig (neither do you), but this place really has pushed you to the limits.
Basically Milos is like the mafia. Very humble and polite when everything is going their way and nobody opposes them. When somebody steps up and challenges them, the mafia won't just kill that person, but wipe out that person's whole family.
Getbig has stepped up to Milos hardcore in the past couple months and now he's decided to go all out and go to great lengths to end our uprising.
THAT is why you're putting on this seminar. To prove your point and that Getbig is wrong.
Or you could just be doing this because you want to some community service or something, but I'm positive you're not and that's the easy excuse to use.
To me this is like a great victory and people like Squadfather and the rest don't even realize it.

My dear Hammer - I just read you previous two posts and due to my work schedule I will not answer as usual (in depth, answering each and every of your statements, assumptions, attacks, psycho analysis...or whatever else). Instead I will try to summarize everything in following:

My life philosophy is MAKE FRIENDS AND NOT THE ENEMIES...I said that way to many times...and this board is filled with people involved in SAME occupation that is my profession of choice.
It is probably easy to realize that I am passionate about bodybuilding - and this IS one of the premier bodybuilding boards in the world, thus - makes perfect sense for me to visit here as often as I can...
Now, due to whatever reason (subject of long discussion) - many of you guys are for some reason frustrated, not happy and find very easily someone to pick on...and attack - usually for no reason.
Let's just go straight to the point and see your case with me:
Do you know me? Did you ever talk to me?
If you did...and AFTER our conversation/meeting you made ANY statements...than - I will probably have a reason to possibly listen to what you are saying (as some might be TRUE)...
I always listen to the people that I know - and I listen very carefully...as I assume they would honestly give me their observations/opinions...
And (also I mentioned number of times) I listen and appreciate criticisms much more than compliments - from a simple reason that complimenting someone is "oh so easy" and therefore possibly NOT sincere...
That's why I do like to hear criticism - as I always take it constructively...

how and why would you ever think that your comments (whatever that might be) could have ANY IMPACT on me?

I was so lucky that after averaging 550+ workouts per year for 10 consecutive years coupled with continuous contest dieting (while having a full time job) - I made it to Olympia? ;)
Or I was lucky to pick the easiest decade in IFBB professional division to compete in? ::)
It must be that I am lucky I happened to have full $428 in my pocket upon arrival to US back in 1987 (which was half gone after first two days) - trying to make a living and not speaking word of English (OK - I did know how to say my name, count to 10...love you...f - you...and maybe couple of more simple words...)...

- I make myself available to ANY attacks, charges, accusations....etc...
I simply have NOTHING to be ashamed of...and I mean well to EVERYONE (even to my attackers....If any of you realized I don't jump on my attackers and insult them, use foul language and other "tuff-guy hiding behind the keyboard" techniques...)
I post under my own name, give my opinions, make myself available to any questioning...and what's more making myself available in person for whoever wants to see me...

I cannot LOWER myself...as I am NOT in higher position to beggin with.
I am no better (or worse) than any of you here on board. My professional status in the IFBB doesn't make me superior to anyone here...and I consider every single member of this board - my equal.
While there were even some comments about me being "arrogantly selfcentered primadona with super inflated ego" (something in that sense) - I am only "quietly confident" (I love that term - so I often use it)...and willing to talk to absolutely EVERYONE.
What YOU fail to realize...and few others...I am posting, corresponding, answering questions, "defending attacks"...etc - TO GIVE EXAMPLE!
Example that I am giving is: BE NICE, BE GIVING, HELP WHEN YOU CAN, SHARE (or exchange) THE KNOWLEDGE, BE FRIENDLY, "LOVE" YOUR NEIGHBOR (or perfect stranger), INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, SUPPORT....MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.
This is exactly my message which I have been giving for a while...and some heard me while others are at least listening...
Sometimes you have to keep doing something repeatedly until is finally accepted.
My intentions are: to make getbig a better place for all of us.
The only reason why I keep repeating that I am not affected by negative comments is for some of you to realize that you can make up just about most incredible story and put me in the leading role - and I will still not get offended (and why would I?)...so instead - why don't you focus on something positive...something we can all actually ENJOY and have benefits from?
Productivity would be a nice thing for a change...
Arguments, fights, name calling, meltdowns, owning...and other things are just childish and pointless.
Some of you guys are really hilarious - I must say...and often I do get a good laugh...
There are numerous natural comedians on this board who are honestly - very funny...and all of us should have a good laugh.

From that moment on - when they become "a person" and start posting as themselves - their words become much "heavier" and worth listening...as this time person takes the reponsability and it is accountable for everything posted under THE REAL NAME...
But, to answer your question WHY I respond even to those guys - I want to GIVE THEM A CHANCE to realize some things.
I can easily get in argument (like most of you guys do) and go into a "pissing contest"...or use "TripleX- Webster dictionary" in effort to insult them or their "mamas"... ::)...
Now that...THAT IS THE WASTE OF TIME...and I chose to avoid.
Some of the "trolls ;D" just need a "trolleybus"...which will take them OUT of that troll Land (or Planet Getbig)...and bring them into the REAL WORLD.
Well, if you didn't realize - I drive this bus for quite some time...and few people did get on the bus...For others I am coming back - when they are ready...

I'm responsible for my perception of that which transpires here. Hence, no reaction. I could even find a little good in hell if I was looking hard enough, which in this case, is an appropriate analogy. Thanks to the likes of you, Milos, and a few others, I haven't had to strain my eyes for too long to find that good that I referenced.

Maybe there should be more of a sure way of gathering info...Milos, I can make a little web form where people can submit their names, getbig handle, phone number, and a "on a scale of 1 to 10, how sure are you that you will make it?"...type of thing.
Maybe this isn't the best way, but if anyone can think of something more professional...or how event organizers generally do things, let me know. Not like I've organized many events in my life...

a way better way to do it is to set an actual date and then see who's gonna be able to make it, instead of getting a general sense of whether people want this...of course there's interest.
it needs to be made very specific so people can commit to it....but as far as getting people's real names and tagging it to their handles....its not only unnecessary, but highly unlikely

Garraeth survived back to back (three) workouts with Silvio and my training partner Oscar...and he did - great.
It is rare to find a person with so much commitment and I must publicly comand him for it.
Garraeth, your heart is your biggest muscle - and for me IT COUNTS THE MOST.
I have no doubts that you will achieve all your goals and I'll be glad to help you as much as I can.
Saturday's leg training was very good.
Monday's giant sets for arms (with Milamar) was another good one...but you really impressed me last night when you did legs with so much intensity - I could already tell you are getting conditioned for this style of training.
Finally today - you went set for set with all of us on shoulders - and never failed...even though it was a lot of pressure on you to keep the tempo...
Anyway, as far as seminar - I am really looking foreward to host it...
If everything goes as planned I would have several professionals (in contest shape) in my gym: Silvio Samuel, Hidetada Yamagishi, Dennis James, Armin Scholz...and possibly Dennis Wolf, Joel Stubbs...and few more...Kris(?), Troy(?),...Off course - anyone else interested to attend the seminar (IFBB pro...or an amateur) - will be welcomed.
All in all - I believe it's going to be fun...

And mentioning of "synthol" is just another way to digress from direction we should be going: friendly, educational, love and learn from each other rather than hate, complain, insult and waste everyone's time...
My intentions are crystal clear...and I will not be bothered with childish stupidity...My seminar on May 19th should be in everyone's calendar as event where all of us could hugely benefit from exchanging our knowledge, experiences and ideas.

What you fail to realize is that we aren't showing up to see learn from IFBB pros, we're showing up to learn from people who know much more than the rest of us.
Whether they are "suspended" or not, or even if their IFBB pros, doesn't really matter... at least not to me anyway.

My seminar is not about IFBB this time around...it is about bodybuilding...
Suspended or not - seminar is ON...you can bet your life on it.
But, let's talk about suspension for a minute - SO PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT I AM ALL ABOUT.
I have been traveling extensively in the last decade and one thing did get my attention:
every time I was in Asia I heard some rumors about gentelman by the name of Paul Chua - fixing the scores of competitions on regular bases...
I didn't take these claims seriously - as I know better that in any bodybuilding competition ONLY A WINNER agrees with the judges...
There were many talks about "fixings" of many competitions - but as I competed 110 times in my life (72 IFBB pro shows) and seeing HUNDREDS of others - I can honestly say that I have never witness blunt fixing of any show...(maybe I would not agree sometimes with placing...but I can't say I saw FIXING - ever).
Not until I went to Doha and witnessed the Asian Games.
Now - some of you might have to realize first what is at stake to understand just little better WHY fixing could be of major proportions...
Gold medalists in that competition (Asian games are held every 4 years - just like the Olympics) would receive $250000.oo - YES, you read it correctly QUORTER of the million dollars from respective governments (each country awards their athletes little different - but that is the ball park range..)
Qatar actually offered $150000.oo BONUS...so two of their bodybuilders (gold medalists) received $400000.oo EACH...
UAE (gold medal in question) offered $250000.oo, HOUSE and brand new Mercedes - to their winner...
Singapore (another BEYOND questionable gold medal) - $250000.oo plus undisclosed bonus...etc
So what happens in Asia and Middle East - everyone knows that "highest bidder" gets what they want...as they only need to "close the deal" with "Mr. Fixer" (Paul Chua's nickname used in Asia)...
Now, as much as I didn't want to believe in rumors - I was warned that medals were given MONTH BEFORE the competition...
I had exact order of medals in each category given to me by ...let's just say SOMEONE (at this time).
Sadly, "month before prediction" materialized to the T...
Each and every category ended up exactly as predicted...
Yes, there was many GOOD CALLS...and I did agree with many results...but some are just too insulting to anyone with just little bit of Intelligence...
For example:
If for the next Mr. Olympia I would announce that Micky Mouse is coming straight out of Disneyland to win the Sandow...many would laugh...
But, when Micky beats Jay, Ronnie and the rest of the field with the perfect score...WHAT would you say than?
If Milos complained again - should he be suspended...or better yet - "killed"?
It is exactly what happened in Doha...
#1) I have heard about FIXING categories and weight classes...
Competitors much heavier (or lighter in some instances) would make desired weight - and nobody would know HOW...
Well, I saw HOW with my own eyes.
As I was official Malaysian coach (very proud of my two PHENOMENAL athletes - both deserving much better placing that what they got...) I was ONLY official allowed to come for weigh-inn.
To my surprise - when I came to official weigh-in...I was NOT ALLOWED inside the room...and NOBODY could see the scale, except Paul Chua's right-hand man.
I have confessions of few competitors COMPLAINING about the weigh-in - just to be warned to be disqualified IF they say anything...as it already happened before (I have written confession of a doctor of certain Asian country who told me that - they file complaint once and they were immediately suspended...
They had to write a letter of apology to be accepted back...later on...
So -first competitors are PLACED in categories of Paul Chua's choice...(winner of the 90+kg category was about the same weight as his countryman in 80kg category winning the silver) - just one of the examples...
#2) I have heard about score sheets being printed BEFORE the event (after the task #1 is successfully completed).
Confession of ONE OF THE OFFICIAL JUDGES (in front of some Asian games competitors and another IFBB professional) was that he was "drawing flowers" on his sheet rather than judging!?!?!
As I asked furiously HOW CAN HE DO THAT - he simply stated - everyone knows that our score sheets will end up in garbage and Paul will use advancely prepared scores with their names and signatures on it...
Official scores would be printed the minute class will walk off the stage - in completely different part of the building...And results would be available and announced on the radio also couple of minutes AFTER the class was finished - instantly...
In 65kg category for example there was ONE POINT difference between my competitor and UAE representative (they sure made it look like the "close contest")...
Yet, at the finals top five were called out in numerical order only - winner and runner up separated by competitor who wasn't even in running for top three...
After set of mandatories - competitors were now reversed (left and right side changed their respective positions) - so AGAIN top two (with just point difference) were never placed next to each other.
I instructed Zali (my competitor who is also 3 times World Champion in this class...winning the World Championship just weeks before) to stand NEXT to the guy from UAE who was leading after the prejudging by a single point...
Zali listened and moved right next to him - just to be forced back in his position...as NOBODY wanted him to be directly compared to eventual winner!
Results of the finals were EXACTLY the same as from prejudging - thus Sazali Samad at the age of 39 who absolutely deserved the perfect score and gold medal was denied what he worked so hard for...
Once in the lifetime opportunity to secure his family and put the roof over his children's heads was - taken away...
Sadly, even Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia Dato Azalina Dato Othman was in tears - asking me to GO AHEAD and SAY what needs to be said at the official press conference.
Previously,(two days before the contest) she expressed her fear that Paul Chua indeed has "plans" for 65kg category...and she only prays for Justice...
I acted as a coach - as instructed by my superiors (in this instance) and I openly criticised what I saw that day.
I guess - I breached a "code of conduct" of the IFBB...and therefore I am facing suspension...
I'll take the punishment if committee believes I deserve one.
I do want to mention that during the prejudging right after 65kg class I started watching the next category (70 kg) class...
After competitors got introduced I was asked what I think about certain competitor - "Simon Chua" or officially Ling Fung CHUA from Singapore...
As I analyzed his competition and realized that even though he had decent lines - he is OUTCLASSED by many...I made a statement - he'll be very lucky if he makes the top five...
Well, my friends reminded me to look at the list (done month before as "prediction" list of the winners)...
I saw Simon as expected winner of the class!
That is when I came with comment: "well, this is possible ONLY if this contest is being held in Disneyland and Mr. Walt Disney is the judge..."
Well...Simon got the PERFECT SCORE...and I realized I wasn't even close to Anaheim of FANTASYLAND...
#3) There is still ONE more obstacle for the "masterplan" to be completed...and that was a "doping test"...
Well, let's just (for time being) say that - certain competitors who I talked to were not worried at all...(while manifesting clear viseable signs of "doping indicators"...if you know what I mean)...
Sure enough - my guys were immediately called for testing (which they passed in flying colors) but certain others would have something to worry about...well, if it wasn't for Mr. Chua...off course...
So, there you have it.
Now, I suppose to be the IFBB Representative - everywhere I go...
The same day I witnessed what I did - I made URGENT CALL to Mr. Rafael Santonja (IFBB President)...
I reported exactly what I saw.
The rest is about to come to conclusion...
The fact is:
I know that I am in very bad predicament...
Mr. Paul Chua is official with long history in the IFBB and very high position...
I am only one of hundreds of competitors...so chances are - I will be eaten alive by "powers to be"...
- I know that I might lose my Weider contract as well as get suspended by the IFBB...hence - highly affect my livelyhood.
- I have NOTHING to gain and EVERYTHING to lose in this whole ordeal...but...for Shawn, texasbubba and people alike who like to talk about "STRENGTH and HONOR"
there is a simple question of PRIDE, self-respect, courage, integrity and HONOR to do THE RIGHT THING - regardless of the consequences.
- I am fighting for justice for my brothers of Iron in Asia and the Middle East...
- I am fighting to save the integrity of the IFBB...which is highly affected with happenings in Asia for a long time (since the dictatorship of "Mr. Fixer")...
- I am fighting for bodybuilding as a sport.
I am accepting anything committee decides to give me today...but I will not sign a letter of apology (as served to me...in someones else's writting) and I will not back off or be intimidated...
As one of my dear friends (in Weider office) asked me - will you sign it (letter of apology) under the contract threat, IFBB pro-card threat...DEATH THREAT...(Shawn now brings new FIRE THREAT... ::)) or any other threat...I had ONE answer and one answer only...
And you can all guess what that answer is.
I can loose everything by other's people choice...but my honor and pride - only by mine...and that's something NOBODY can take away from me.

Why would any IFBB Pro cancel? It is a bodybuilding seminar for bodybuilders, so why would an IFBB pro cancel? Unless they thought that their places would be affected by associating with Milos, but I didn't know physique contests were determined by the people you are friendly with ::) ::) ::)

I used to be nuetral about Shawn but this BS is pretty sad. It sounds like high school in here. Milos is a legit guy and routines are awesome. Trying it out for chest kicked my ass but my chest has never been so sore. People need to focus on the fact that Milos is doing something for FREE when no other pros are doing camps like that and his routines actually work the muscles and will certainly burn fat as your metabolism gets ramped up. Whether or not Milos gets suspended, he is probably the most helpful pro on this board except for Lee P who always helps me out and others too. Consider the source of negative messages and focus on what YOU experience with Milos.

I think you should introduce whatever you are going to talk about and if you are planning to have a lifting session then have pros at various stations running people through the workout. I assume they all know what to do in each session.

Swoletrain I dont think you should say such things until you meet the man cause you know first and foremost I know him very honorable guy you know what I think I think these people on here need to quit taking sides thats not bodybuilding bodybuilding is family friends helping eachother caring not just about the sport but the people in it I will be the first to say that Shawn is a great man and I am proud to call him my friend and at the same time milos did help me to realize that I needed to control my diabetis they both know me so its no secret who I am and I have respect for both. But I will also say whats done is done things have happend and all of us can only move forward its just to bad that two of the greatest in the sport dont get along and thats ok their are many people who have differences

Milos… please do not give Shawn the time of day. He is not even in your league (in fact, he’s not even in the same Galaxy) in terms of how to treat the fans and amateur bodybuilders. Now back to the seminar questions. Will you be going into any diet specifics? I interviewed Gustavo Bedell for IRONMAN just after he won the show under your guidance. I have his entire diet in the interview which he explained to me that you set up. So here is my question.
What would you have a natural (or maybe a guy with a little help) eating off-season to gain muscle and stay fairly lean?
What would you have the same guy eating to: get in shape for photo’s, contest or just look very good for the summer.
No need to answer now if you will answer at the Seminar.

Shawn won 3 shows out of 18...although 1 was DQ'd which was bullshit. Seems like BBr's since Shawn's DQ are not getting DQ'd eventhough they fail testing. Let's not mention Synthol...which is a banned substance in the IFBB but it's obvious that the contestants do not get DQ'd for using. Let's not forget two of those shows were Arnold Classic's & Shawn also has 2 second place finishes at the Olympia & 3 third places.

I went on TOUR each and every year I competed in the Olympia "Natural" enjoying my fans, the world and making money "CASH MONEY"
I never competed on the Pro Tour because I didnt have to and I still got mine, while representing 7 companies at one time most of those years and that is reallly what kills you. :-*
72 shows, a $10,000.00 victory and not much else except to show for your efforts but scars on both biceps from your Synthol injections

that was then, this is now. what matters to us on getbig is what information we can get out of pros to improve our own physiques, and so far shawn hasnt given us shit. he bitches like a little fucking girl. milos, on the other hand, is putting on a seminar for free. thats all i care about.
both took their own genetics to the limit, and the placings fell where they did. milos, however, isnt an arrogant prick and is opening his gym to anyone...providing them free advice...free supplements...a chance to meet and talk to other pros...

Lucky to beat just about everyone at one time or another...(for granted - I never managed to beat Shawn...but it is kind of hard when I had to deal with his house guests as the Olympia judges - don't you think? ;)

What's with Shawn and his little group of guys with hater-itis? Milos is the Man and they can't stand for anyone to give something for FREE because then they might be expected to become a givers as well. They likely fear that Milos is establishing a bad precedent. Shawn seems to be more about the cash, however, Milos seems to be more about the fans. It will be interesting to read what the haters post once the photos of a packed house for the seminar are posted here.

However, seminar is organized for bodybuilding fans who would like to LEARN "Secrets of the pros"...and as I don't have secrets - I will share my knowledge with EVERYONE and I promise one thing: everyone will learn at least SOMETHING they didn't know (or consider trying before...)
And as far as Silvio...it is kind of sad the way he handled things...but he is grown man and makes his choices.
