in human anatomy, the perineum, also called the "taint", or "gooch", is generally defined as the surface region in both males and females between the pubic symphysis and the coccyx.

A diamond-shaped area on the inferior surface of the trunk which includes the anus and, in females, the vagina[1]. Its definition varies: it can refer to only the superficial structures in this region, or it can be used to include both superficial and deep structures.

The perineum corresponds to the outlet of the pelvis.

The anogenital distance is a measure of male feminisation measuring the distance between the anus and the base of the penis. Studies show that the perineum is twice as long in males as in females. The AGD in males may be shortened through exposure to phthalates found in some plastics.

You probably have a lot of residual muscle as well.

I've noticed through the years that a lot of guys that went "100%" with their supplementation and got tremendous, tend to stay pretty damn big when they go off. If they know what they are doing

Actually...it works the compete opposite. If your body is built with gear, and no real base..then it will go the way of your cycle.

Building a REAL base is essential to maintaining one, whether on or off...

Chick's set point is probably 240 LEAN, after 20+ ears of training his LH and VMH have set him up as being conditioned year round. Go to any show and you will see the more years you have under your belt the better conditioned you are...

Chick looks good right there he is at a good weight to be doing the things he is doing, keeping his face looking good.

Err don't know about levrone, he seems to be on a 24/7 diet.

From what I've seen Levrone seems to be a very solid 200 lbs...give or take. He looks great

It also looks to me he's making an effort to stay smaller and leaner IE not really training for size, but really don't know so I could just be talking out of my ass on that one

Is no secret, just train and eat clean, the same way as you were on juice, you will be probably 1o to 15 lbs lighter and almost as strong, train your body part every 7 days and incorporate negatives all the time. I been of for 4 years and people just can`t believed.

interesting you mention negatives. Something about that sounds true.  why do you think they help you keep size?. Did you go heavy or high volume light?

Hypertrophy occurs when a muscle adapts to a very heavy weight. The heavier the weight, the grater the muscle overloads. The grater the overload the grater need for adaptation, resulting in growth. The more fibres they are activated, the greater the chance for hypertrophy to occur. For example, lifting light weights for a high number of repetitions will activate and recruit a portion of slow-twich muscle fibers, and will not cause significant growth. On the other hand, when heavy weights are used, both fast and slow-twich fibers are recruited and activated. But targeting muscle fibers of a particular group can be very challenging and is accomplished by doing more than just a particular workout or exercise.  My self I incorporate negatives all the time even when I am doing  super sets.

I hope this will help.

The negative system I use is not the traditional negative system. You see traditional negative training might may be ineffective after all. That`s because during regular negative training, the targeted muscle passively resists the weight by involving the maximum amount of muscle fiber. In order to move the weight back up to the start position, the additional aid of external help is necessary. A training partner must involve himself to get the wight back to a point of stability. At this point, a portion of the motor unit(fiber and nerve connections) involved, shut off and the effectiveness of the negative repetition is significantly reduced. With the system I use effectiveness of the negative portion of the movement is what will cause you to gain more muscle in less time.

The problem is when off a cycle, your strength diminishes greatly, so you cant use the heavy weights  therfore it is impossible to stress every cell the way you did when on. So by doing negatives with a lighter wieght you think you can "trick" the muscles into being as stresssed as they were with the heavy weights?

Kevin has made a specific goal of geting leaner, which included NO weight training in order to get as small as he has...even moderate training would have resulted in staying around the 215-20 range for him...which was still too big by hollywood standards and counter productive to what he is trying to do....

It takes 3 to 4 weeks to the body to able to adjust to the this negative workouts.
The protein requirement will increase throughout the initial 4 weeks period of time.
Each week protein intake will increase by at least 10%. During the first 4 weeks of the program, the body will begin learning to use protein with greater efficiency.
This is for only very dedicated and discipline bbs.

when ever people want to diss juicing they bring up guys like levrone and say "look at what happened to him ..".. guys.. when you stop training heavy, eat only three meals a day and do alot of cardio, you will drop bodyweight.. when some one retires, even like dorian, they do not train as hard, do not eat all the time, and do their cardio ect ect they will drop size.. BUT, THEY ARE TRYING TO DROP SIZE.. if levrone decided to tomorrow to add size and still be natural and went back to eating and training heavy he would amaze you at how he looks naturally..

thats funny, Kevin must have made a "specific goal" to shrink to nothing in between olympias,
as thats what he did routinely -> check BFTO 2002, M3 videos and countless photos.

Chick is a large boned man incase you haven't noticed.  ::) Plus he has to look much larger than the average for his career to keep flowing.

Chick with a wide waist and gear > 99% of other pros.. hahahaha The irony.

Note: Years ago at Pariso's Dallas show took bus from hotel with Chick and Kamali to grocery store (i was with Henderson Thorne)....I know lots like to rip on them but they were two of the nicest, sarcastic, funny, down to earth guys ...

PS. Dont you guys think Bob is going to carry a lot of clean muscle after training for how many years...?

you'll have to wait 'till your daughter is 13, to see if she has a mustache and 18 inch arms, just to be sure.

LOL.        Bob, most of these younger kids dont want to put in the time to build good mass naturally.   Im about your age and have seen guys build with juice from the start and lose it all just as quickly when they come off. (Youre right)

Some like me, took 20 yrs to build, and can maintain with minimal effort.

Im 240lbs and also where a 36 pant.  It can be done.   I hope the kids will learn that weights are a part of life and not a whole life.

Didnt get a chance to say hello at the expo, as you were running around doing things.................. .maybe ill see you at the USAs in 08. 8)

These guys think anyone with an arm over 16" is gased, because when they come off, there's go down to 13" because they started sauce two weeks after their first workout!  ::) Aint that right Kegger?

Kevin has made a specific goal of geting leaner, which included NO weight training in order to get as small as he has...even moderate training would have resulted in staying around the 215-20 range for him...which was still too big by hollywood standards and counter productive to what he is trying to do....

I don't care what kind of genetics you have, it's never hard to lose muscle if you try.

Let me guess: Sometime in the late '70s, you got an Orbitron set with a Sears bench for Christmas...and you never looked back.   ;D

Close...I think it was a DP adj. bench with one of those interlocking plastic/ sand filled weight sets...then I started building my own equipment by hand...turned the basement into a gym..!

interesting you mention negatives. Something about that sounds true.  why do you think they help you keep size?. Did you go heavy or high volume light?

u need to read mike mentzer's literature to understand the true benefits of negatives.

there has also been alot of research to show they stimulate much much more growth than positive, however they do drain cns and muscle much more u need more rest.

eg- just say u do 100 pound pushdowns. if u do some 120-30 pushdown negatives instead of normal workout. this build great strength, next time u go u should be able to do more reps on the pushdowns with 100.

no, im naturally huge to begin with.  My arms would be 16 if i never touched a weight my whole life just from tossin cows.  Not everyone that is big is on the sauce, and not everyone on gear is big.  Remember what chick always says, its not about how much you can lift, its about how much you look like you can lift.  That shit makes me laugh every time, since i have a complete opposite mindset when it comes to lifting.  Im not getting on a stage in some homobait speedo and shaving off my bodyhair for anyone...so what do i care how veiny i am or how balanced my medial deltoids are to my outer thigh sweep?  Fuck all that noise.

im no expert, ask bob about the juice though...he's sold more sauce than ragu.

Holy shit!  That was my first set.  I had some 50 pound "plates"  that were about 5 inches thick and about 2 feet in diameter.  They had to have put in about 5 gallons of cement to fill that plastic shell.  What killed me was you couldn't put 10's on the dumbell and go past 40 pounds so I had to put the 25's on each side and I would feel the wight scraping my wrist each time I did a curl.  God I miss that weight set.  At the time metal weights were about a buck a pound. No way I could afford that at the time.

hahahahahha, weighing 260 and having a 34 inch waist would mean that he would have to have probably a 58 inch chest and 33 inch legs to weigh that much, sounds like IFBB pro material. ::)

Yeah.  I call BS on that.   He could wear a 34 but his belly button would hit the floor on the spillover.     Better to be comfortable in a 36 or 38, for a guy 240 or above.

thats almost 50-60lbs of tissue you have to loose

have you ever gone to the store and seen 5lbs of beef...now imagine 10 times that going into thin air.

Kevin probably eats three times a day and works out once a week to look like he does...he probably had to starve himself and never workout to get there though
