You're a moron if you try to do it all in one day, you have to be very careful with diurectics and introduce them gently.. you can't just take 400mg of lasix in one day and BOOM.

I have heard from many some do take afew days to "dry out" which is crazy.
This is not about a small loss of water but more like pushing the sanity envelope in my opinion

And pro bodybuilding is sane otherwise? ???

Joe Meeko said he would go three days with no water. In the Pre-contest Bible, most pros did one day, with restricted water for the previous two days and normal dieting before that.

I took 1/2 diazide the night before my show, that's it
do you really think you have 20 lbs of water to drop ? ::)
-
you guys seem to think that your physique changes COMPLETELY when you drop the water
you look the same damn it, just a bit more detailed ::)
-
I think he may be referring to aldactone. Some start to use it about a week out, but they are by no means restricting water that far out!!!

I heard aldactone was fucking weak for a diuretic and that it didn't do much

Not really taking it for the diuretic effect. Isn't needed anyway.

Disguested... A question...
IYHO... do you feel dierutics are essintial for drying someone out in todays competitive enviroment... or can someone who is meticiulous enough with his/her prep do it without them? I found it interesting that both Rich Gaspari and Dorian Yates stated throught their competitive carreers that they never had to use them...as they were always ready two weeks before their shows...
M!

That was the norm back then, 2-3 days before a show, water was almost taboo. 3 days out cut water in half, 2 days out half of what you cut out from day 3, 1 lasix, 1 day out, cut water completely exept to just wet your toungue and mouth, 1 lasix in the morning, 1 before bed. Not smart and wouldn't recommend it, regulating water nowadays is one of the positive things in this "new age".

he didn't use diuretic and was in better condition that the competitors who use diuretic

didnt you place 6th out of 5?

ZING !!!

i took 1 aldactone a day for 3 days and lost over 20 lbs. in 2005. 40 years old at the time. i seem to respond very extreme to anything i take. a bantemweight i knew took 4 or 5 a day for a week to lose 4 lbs.
-
Memory fuzzy...but i recall...
momo benaziza bought bags of apples and blended them for the whole week before the Dutch Pro. He either drank no water, or very little water, and this was following anohter show. Then he won the show and passed away that evening at the hotel. I dont know if he actually drank nothing but blended apples for a week straight.
-

Actually your wrong because they come in out of shape and try to make up by losing water, any real competitor like yourself knows that it shouldn't take more then 24 hour to lose your water and losing water shouldn't' t be more then 5% of your weight, and as far as the guy that called you a moron is concern, I hope he doesn't ever enter a show because it is way to dangerous to be dehydrated for more then a day. In fact If you've dieted properly 12 hours could be all you need. I also compete in Canada Stavios.
-
It really comes down to sodium intake as well. If you start cutting sodium drasticaly a couple days out and the drop/cut out the water in the last 24 hrs, it doesn't have to be dangerous... well, relatively dangerous. Sometimes you even need to drink a little bit of water to get it all out. everyone's body is different granted, but if you diet properly you're body will be in carb and sodium depletion and most of the water will be out already.

Correct

Cut water 24 hours tops......cramping up onstage is not a good thing. Been there. FYI, one can easily ruin 16-20 weeks precontest prep "just like that". ;)
-
it depends stavios....on the pro's dedication, on his willingnes to risk his health, and on whether or not his personal genetics dictate that he go to such extreme measure to get dry(why dhydrate if you have kickass genetics and dont need to?). i know for a fact that at least one ifbb pro doesnt deplete at all...just starting at the beginning of the carb up. but i also know for a fact that a really popular european pro back in the 90's went for weeks on end depleting himself...his only source of water was blended apples!!!! crazy mother fucker was dry and striated as hell though.

I read in MMI, that Momo had nothing to drink for a week solid. Never heard the apples story-who knows if it's true or not-rumors abound in the BBing industry!
What I do remember from the article, is that Momo's only source of any liquid was ice chips. If he felt thirsty or that he needed water from sever dehydration, would would chop up a bunch of ice and suck on the chips.
The whole story started with the above. By the time he was on stage, he was nearly convulsing and by the night show he was practically a dead man on the stage. When he passed out in his hotel room, Porter Cottrell tried to resuscitate him and Momo's color was nearly GRAY despite his natural dark skin complexion (Egyptian I believe) and tanning color. The article concluded that his blood had basically become solid throughout the week, even more so on contest day, and he was dying the entire time he was in the contest.
Definitely worth a plastic trophy though. I'm sure he would do it all over again given the chance!

so you're saying that his body only contained 4 lbs of water total?? my problem is that it hits all my water, including intramuscular; which is water you want and need. an 8 lb. newborn has more than 4 lb. of water in its body.

LOL! Of course he would. They make the tropheys out of wood now, engraved like a bodybuilder. Much more valuable now ;)

How can that be? Any person can walk through a forest, pick a tree, cut it down and make his own trophy.
How many you see building Coke factories, molding the plastics bottles from products of science and chemistry, filling them with Coke, drinking them, and then melting them down into hunks of plastics, only to rebuild them and etch them into a bodybuilder for one to win?
;D ;D ;D

if you are lean enough, you wont need a diuretic for water loss. other things, but not to aid in your dropping water.
-
MoMo did extreme shit too. The difference between 1st and 5th is how dry you get.

I don't believe for a second Gaspari and Yates never used them. When Yates won his first O in Helsinki the story was that he was in trouble on contest day. He was cramping up and someone had to rush back to the hotel to get some anti cramping pills he forgot there. And Gaspari... dude was in print saying he was ready to die for the O title.
-
And Gaspari... dude was in print saying he was ready to die for the O title.
Weren't there rumors of him also having three heart attacks while competing in his time? Not competing as in on stage....
-
I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you are lean enough you DO NOT NEED DIURETICS! No one one the planet will look shredded no matter how much water they lose if they have fat on their body. If anyone who took diuretics looks shredded on stage then they would have looked better without them.
Cutting sodium is a VERY STUPID thing to do!!!!!!!! Get it thru your heads guys. When you cut sodium from your diet all you do is piss out less sodium. Your body knows what you are doing and will kick in Aldosterone which in turn causes reabsorbtion of sodium. Soooooo, while you may be taking in less sodium your serum sodium levels will remain normal!!!!! What does all this mean in the end? You have just screwed up your bodies very delicated balance of where your water normally stays. This will take many days to correct.

But that's not what Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout said, and it was printed in FLEX magazine....it HAS to be correct!!!! ;) ;D :P

Why do 'all' the pros still use them then? Aren't any of them lean enough?

;D Actually he blamed stress for causing his water retention if I remember correctly. His Aldosterone levels increased due to stress.

No offense Hazbin but I really don't think you had 20 lbs of subcutanous(sp?) water to lose !!!
you may have lost a SHITLOAD of water that was in your muscle, making you lose a lot of fullness
just my opinion :)

Yes they are all stupid :D I guess most of the gurus are too? :D
Seriously though, you don't think diuretics ever help someone who is very lean? I remember Duchaine talking about meat, how it looks when dried - grainy. He thought losing intramuscular water, which most don't want to do, can make you look freakier. Some competitors, like Dillet when he collapsed, with no veins due to dehydration, looked freaky hard when near death. 8)
Flex arguably looked his best in 93. Was it due to the diuretic schedule Jeff talked about, or was he just leaner then? Matarazzo almost killed himself with diuretics in the same show. Probably never looked quite like that at any other show.

Yes they can help especially when you are not lean enough. I know exactly what you are referring to with Dan. Ideally I think he would start the dry out process around 6pm the night before a show. Dan also had one take meds to keep the blood pressure up when needed. BP is an important part of the equation since having too low BP can push plasma out of the vascular system. He also admitted that what he did was flawed and dangous BUT was the only he knew at the time to get the right "look", a look which is long gone. He was into researching plasma expanders around the time he died.

I remember he said he would inject 10mg of Lasix at a time and check blood pressure, then continue if possible. "You can't compete if you can't stand up" is the comment I remember LOL

you are absolutey right. basically i deflated my muscle water, losing definition and fullness. i know you were at that show. i wish i looked like i did wed. before the show at 237lb.

yeah I am only about 220 lbs right now, I should end up at 205 lbs onstage this year
still skinny but it will be 15 lbs heavier than last year and I compete in the teen class so I shouldn't look too bad

15 lbs. heavier you will not look skinny. if that one freak buddy of yours is too old for juniors you should have a good shot.
i did Canada's this year in edmonton. didn't use any diuretics but didn't really diet either. came in just about 235 at 5' 10". I liked my look better but it's not what the judges like. (second from the left)
-
What is the heaviest cycle you have ever done? mgs and substances?
have you heard of anavar??
i did everything except that!!! haha
actually not very high doses, but everyone says that. i pretty much gave up on serious competitions after 1991. (i started my gym then). i looked my best in '91 and couldn't get as disciplined again.
now i just compete to give myself a reason to stop boozing for a few months.

that's all i need. to stand next to a guy with legs like that. i couldn't even train legs the last few years. i have 4 bulging discs and three are arthritic. it's ok though, i had it coming. haha
-

Did you compete with BIG KEITH SCHWEITZER? From musclememory:
http://www.musclememory.com/show.php?s=KEITH+SCHWEITZER&g=M
I love old time juicers. By "old time", I don't necessarily mean of old age, but simply referring to 20+ years of sauce in them. Proof to me it can't be as bad as they say it is. Keith has around 20-25 years of sauce in him.

actually Keith lived in Calgary and trained at my gym for a year. if you know him tell him rik says hi!!

the most dangerous thing i ever did for a contest was at the 1999 Canada cup. i wanted to stay away from diuretics so a local trainer talked me into cutting sodium and loading pottasium citrate. in theory it should draw all subcutaneous water into the muscle. the trainer miscalculated my pottasium by 250% and i don't think i was ever as close to death. i was fortunate to see Scott Abel in the elevator at the show (i didn't know him but recognised him from musclemag). i told him what i did and i bet if the trainer that advised me was there Scott would have knocked him out. he was pissed at the advise i was given. he brought me to his hotel room and gave me something to counteract what was happenning. i don't know what he gave me but i was feeling better in a half hour.
Scott may have saved my life. pottasium controls heart function and an overdose of it is one of the surest ways to kill yourself.

Wow that's some crazy shit right there !! :o
didn't know loading with pottasium was dangerous ???
-
Wow that's some crazy shit right there !! :o

the scary thing is your body reacts the same way to low and high pottasium. in the real world too high pottasium is extremely rare, so medics always guess you are too low so they administer more. this almost happened to a pro a few years back but Milos intervened and schooled the medic on the situation, preventing a very bad scene.
also, the kidneys can be pushed over the edge when they are already working overtime to process all the other chemicals in the system. then the water is drained and the concentration of drugs is multiplied many times as there is no water to dilute and flush the kidneys.
-
isn't it what killed Momo Benaziza too ?
I heard he was deshydrating on apple, I don't see how it killed him ???
maybe Disgusted can speak on this

I remember the night he died. I was at the Nationals in Fla with my wife I think 1992? I was in the hotel lobby the day after the show and overheard talk about him dying. I also heard the apples story and as far as I know it's true. I also heard that he was taking huge amounts of clen. There is no way of knowing whether he was hypo or hyper kalemic, but I can tell you that the end was not pretty.

I remember the article about it in MMI. He was supposedly on Nubain too. He had seen a doctor a few hours before he died who just told him to drink some tomato juice. Dr Mauro DiPasquale thought that the Nubain could have masked the symptoms of severe dehydration so he didn't get a proper diagnosis.
-
I heard he was deshydrating on apple, I don't see how it killed him ???
What do you mean by 'dehydrating on apple'? Supposedly he was using fruit as his only source of water for 3 days or whatever it was.
-
Can you get ready for a show by drinking beer?
-
What friggin idiot does lasix!?!?!?
-
You absoulutly need a diuretic no matter how lean you are.....after reading the posts ..no one is even close to knowing how to use them. I'm going to make a fortune off you guys!!!

thanx bro!! just never on the day of the show.
thata because you kisten to too many opinion and dont follow your own thing,,the more people you ask and listen to the worse you will look ,,its a rule in bodybuilding to never change what works,,especially competetive

you ben a teen for 4 years now ,,from the time i remember i read your posts you been a teen :D yorue not 17 not 18 ,,get on real stage open class and win it,,its not that hard especially when you have more to go for you than arms,,,most canadians only have arms to begin with and are lacking trremendesly in the pecs delts and all other part on the uppoer body,,get to be a man ,,teen stoip at 18 19 ,,20 is when you need to get in the opens

Never heard the Nubain thing but doesn't mean it isn't rue. I had spoke to people who knew two guys who where there, Porter and Steve B and the poor guy suffered before he died. Suppoedly he may have lived if he was in the states, but I think he was too far gone regardless of where he may have been.

What friggin idiot does lasix!?!?!?
many do ,,inject lasix is favorite among many for some reason i still havent figured out because diazide and aldactone both are better in my experience,,

Yep they do. Given a choice I would rather use inject. So much easier to predict.

In canada we are still in the teen class at 20
Let me have my last year of high placing before I start getting last places !!! ;D
no offense but 205lbs onstage at 5'10 = dead last

I've seen people win in Canada local shows with 205 at 5'10, so why not do your level one then you'll have time to gain size for your provincials instead of wasting money and time on juniors. Last 3 pro cards awarded in Canada have gone to competitors under 205. :)

Lasix is a 70's drug..any pros doing it are idiots...any body but heart patients doing it are idiots. Injecting it is really really stupid. Damn this feels like the dark ages. Gotta love these boards. Never never use lasix.
-
have you heard of anavar??
i did everything except that!!! haha
actually not very high doses, but everyone says that. i pretty much gave up on serious competitions after 1991. (i started my gym then). i looked my best in '91 and couldn't get as disciplined again.
now i just compete to give myself a reason to stop boozing for a few months.
Those are some freaky veins. Where is your gym. I go to Powerflex in St-Laurent. I've been looking for a new place to train.

Why don't you educate us then? You say diuretics are a necessity, always. What diuretics are good and how should they be taken?
I have very little experience with them but on paper injectable Lasix seems good for a loop diuretic due to the control, like Disgusted mentioned. Orally they seem hit or miss. Sometimes nothing happens after taking a tab (the few times I've seen guys take it).

were they still fat ?
if they are fat and they take diuretics, they will still look fat but flatter, wich make them look even worse !!
it happens all the time at local shows

I'm talking about diuresis as seen on the scale. One time you piss like crazy and lose a lot of weight and another time nothing seems to happen.

Cause I charge $300 to do somebody's water for a show. But let me tell you ...you guys are so way off.
-
Theres a number of steps to take to get the water off....you dont just take a diuretic ..you have to prep in order for the diuretic to work properly.
-
Cause I charge $300 to do somebody's water for a show. But let me tell you ...you guys are so way off.
lol thats just funny hearing someone say...i do the water.
like a mechanic or something...
i do the color...
i do the water...
i do the drugs...
i do the diet...
i do the posing...
more maintenance than a car to compete!
Just out of curiosity...what do you have to say about the sodium factor...should that be considered or not? Jim (DISGUSTED) says it isn't something to cut out when shedding water just a few days out.
-
I would say dont hire him for your precontest diet. I have a great precontest diet but I am the master at water. Thats why all my people win.

I bet there's nothing new or revolutionary with your prep. Nothing that hasn't been done before. You sound like you have some secret. ::)
Please post a pic of one of your clients. I bet they put Munzer to shame.
-
Mah ahn for the Sacremento and the Europa...she didnt try at the Olympia so I dont want to hear about that. Brenda Raganot will have a new look at the Arnold this year and Mickal Kindred will look vastly different at this years Europa...last year he tried Lasix. Watch the difference this year.

HE DID USE ONLY FRUIT FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS AND NOTHING ELSE....i GOT THIS FROM THE PROTHAT WAS THERE WHEN HE DIED: RON LOVE....
-
He was also using heavy diuretics and speed to get cut.....he died because his electrolite balance threw his heartbeat off.
-

that Kindred dude has some serious potential
good luck with him
-
Kindred will be fine as soon as he gets his prep down...big kid ..no weak points..just shitty trainers.
-
He didn't seem that fat off last year
just needs to be a little leaner
-
way off last year...wait till you see

Never heard Ron Love's name mixed into Momo's death. Steve Brisbois (who had to retire, it was so traumatizing to him), and Porter Cottrell- who performed CPR on him but no matter Momo was too far gone.
But, to your credit, Ron Love did place 6th at that contest so he was probably there. :)

what the hell are you talking about friend? bobbie at 197 lb looked 220lb ,,it has nothing to do with weight as long as you have the goods,,most sucecful professionals started lower look at dex when he competed nationals,,if you can bring the quality at 190-200lb you will win,,look how many winners of npc showes are at the 5'8 -5'10 190-200lb,,many many many
its the thinking that you ned to be super heavy or heavy that kills you! even with average genetic response or bad genetic reponse such as kamali and others,,they all do it at 190s,,,
offseason 230lb on stage 195-200lb,,thats your place if youre 5'10

At least there is plenty of Prize money in Pro BB sort of makes it worth it. ::)

to my credit ?...dumb ass let me enlighten u . I asked him once about momo and he proceeded to tell my why he died and how he managed to fuck himself so badly what he took , what he ate , for how long and such.....so I got a first hand account from someone who has been there...u on the other hand ?....that's right : read it in a magazine or the internet ::)

Awesome !!!
he will look fucking crazy in the heavies
I think he will place higher than Alex Raymond, Alex tends to desydrate himself WAY too much and it makes him look lanky onstage IMO
Leo has better shape, he only needs to be really dry

yeah he put the wrong dream-tan color last time...i think he put red instead of gold....or the other way around...and it really blurred his look. in person i saw all kinds of lines on his legs in 2005...then 30 mins later he puts on his tan and goes on stage and i was wondering why he looked different. sucks, but in the end...they were still gonna give the win to Dufresne in 2005 in the light-heavies...lol
this year hes coming back bigger and better!
i hope alex does well too.
i know what your saying about his shape.
he comes in crisp but almost loses the "full" effect.
im sure he'll balance it out when it comes time to compete.

I don't know, his trainer André Charette seems to really push it with the dehydratation.
I think he will end up looking pretty much the same, maybe a little bigger
he is fucking huge right now but he was huge last year 2 weeks before the show. He lost like 20 pounds the last 2 weeks before the provincial :-\

the scary thing is your body reacts the same way to low and high pottasium. in the real world too high pottasium is extremely rare, so medics always guess you are too low so they administer more. this almost happened to a pro a few years back but Milos intervened and schooled the medic on the situation, preventing a very bad scene.
also, the kidneys can be pushed over the edge when they are already working overtime to process all the other chemicals in the system. then the water is drained and the concentration of drugs is multiplied many times as there is no water to dilute and flush the kidneys.
what a crazy fuckin sport.

I say it's bullshit, nobody need more than a day to lose the water
discuss
keep in mind, that guy think he is "in the know" :D
What they do is this: one week out from the show, they increase water consuption. This causes levels of the hormone, aldosterone, to increase so as excrete the excess water. Two days out from the show, they stop drinking water, cut out Sodium and increase intake of carbs. Levels of alosterone take 3 days to return to normal, which combined with the deficit of Sodium, will cause them to drop water quickly and dramatically from under the skin. Conversely, the carbs will push the water inside the muscles making them look fuller - each molecule of glycogen is stored with 3 of water. Mind you, increasing carb consumption while not drinking water and having lots of aldosterone coarsing through your veins is very dangerous. You are already excreting water, and yet your muscle keep making water demands on you to store the glycogen. Being able to lose the water under the skin without losing the one stored inside it for contests is the the most important thing that separates the amateur from the pro bodybuilders, and it is the hallmark of the professional bodybuilder.

Good Post.
Had a freind drink diet cola by the case a day, 2 days before competition he cut all fluids and he piss like a maniac,he said the caffiene was a natural diuretic as he was very concerned about taking a diuretic. He looked full and crisp onstage.
-
ciggarette.......wrong

damn you would get a water bloated pig 50% of the time with that method cigarette not to mention if you did hit it right for prejudging the spillover 8 hours later would ruin the athlete for the night show.

How would a Pro get dry besides taking diuretics,my freind looked good with the caffiene approach but no where nearing a Pro.

If he's the best in the business, like he says, you'd think he would charge the highest prices. I don't really know what the pro advisers charge for the last weeks prep but that sounds cheap.
-
I charge 1000.00 for the diet and 300.00 to do the water. Thats for pros and locals. Pros also pay 10% of winnings . Its a fair price.

And you're an expert because...? I'm just telling you what I've seen some guys do. Of course, if you're taking 400 miligrams of aldactazone on the day of the contest, then this is irrelevant, but drying out the hard way is the only way to go. Messing with your body's electrolyte balance by flushing Sodium and Potassium out is very dangerous.
-
Dave Hughes, Achim Albrecht, Blue Taylor, Brenda Raganot, Shelia Blech,Nikolia Yazinoffski, A contest with diet food suppliments and 8 months of prep is very expensive...for another 1000.00 I will bring the athlete in better condition than they have ever seen. I do contest prep as kind of a hobby..I run other businesses so my time is limited on how many athletes I can train.

And you are...? It seems like this board is full of self-professed "experts" who don't know basic biochemistry and physiology. Thanks, but no thanks. I only ruin my health with nicotine, and that's because it gives me pleasure. No way no how will I fuck my system for more muscles.

that has to be the first solid advice gh15 has ever given.
There is no way in hell anyone should pay $1000 for diet advice. Fuck that buy as much juice as u can with it, and compete!!!!!!!!

Like Nasser said in a mag once, most gurus are just drug connections. I really doubt anyone pays several thousand dollars for a generic chicken and rice diet plan. :D
Yeah that was a good post by gh15.

gh is so so very wrong on this...all good bodybuilders hire a trainer before a show...as you diet you lose sight of how your body really looks and you need somone with a clear head to look at you and notice the subtle changes your body makes . You see yourself too much and when your three weeks out from a show your an emotional wreck that doesnt have a clear head. Achim went from a 10 th placer to two top threes the year I trained him..think that was worth 1000? Mah ahn went from 7th place to winning the overall at the Europa as a light wieght. Was that worth 1000? Nikki turned pro in two years and won the tana within 4 years of first touching a wieght. worth 1000 to turn pro faster than anyone has ever done? Chad charges 2500 and theres pros lining up to have him train them...gh's comment was just stupid
-
oh I almost forgot...Blue Taylor has competed for two years...hes never lost a show...worth 1000? I can make the difference between winning and losing...hey dont pay 1000 but pray the guy your competing against didnt hire me.

Chad charges 2500 and theres pros lining up to have him train them...gh's comment was just stupid

no,,you build drug stacks for a lifter who shoudl know his or her drug stacks fbefore they come to you ,,they shoul dbe able to build drug stacks for you and should be able to tell you what you should eat inorder to look like them!
the gurus can be good at specific tims when the bodybuilder just got to a level where he is limited with his response to hormones,,then you can bring out a little more out of him,,in general most professional if think about it hard enough and try diff methods before they got to the nationals will be able to be their own gurus,,
-
I dont do the drug stacks i do the diet....although 90% of the people dont know how to do that either...I never double drug doses. On your diet you really need only enough to maintain size....are you sure you were a pro?

look friend,,this is no rocket scoence,,
offseason grow ,,get 4 xl shirt,,eat lots of calories,,try avoid lots of fat,,bulk with dianabol test nandrolone you can add growth and insulin if you know what youre doing,,
prep time cut the calories adjust diets with protien carbs and fats suited for your needs,,youll have to find it by trial and error and not from someone else,,adjust the drugs and move into water based compounds and very short easter compounds among them orals,,
inbetween use the duretics so your gains dont dissapear with hard diet,,if you bulk right the water is mostly within the muscle ,,even if you look someone thick in the midsection its still only in majority of serious bodybuilderds pure water h2o ,,to eliminate it and avoid sacrificing lots of size use the right duretics along with right diet,,
very simply to do and find for yoursled and gh15 didnt charge you even 1 dollar for this little post,,
you complicate things,,thats why bodybuilding now days look like kamali face,, MESS
half of you gurus dont even need to touch guys,,the rest of you do it to get by and earn money which is ok but in reality no one need noi guru in the real world,,only top of the top that really need the drug connection and doses + specific adjustments because they maxed out their potential and try to find a secret formula,,it does work in 1% of cases ,,but even in this 1% of cases the guys that it works for them are the top of the top with lots and lots self experiemnet to a point they can be the guru of the guru and give the guru advice,,in jason case he took a guru just for self reassurance ..its good to have someone by your side thathelp and encourage ,,
there is a place for guru but its nothing to write home about and plenty of bodybuilders should be able to do it themselves

Look dont be pissed because you didnt hire me and now your career is dead. Your one of those stubborn guys that has an ego too big to have help and thats why your where you are. Real winners will use all the tools at their disposal to win.

You don't do drug stacks? Didn't you just say you "do the water" for 300 bucks? I assume this means diuretic advice too since you say they are a must.

GH was refering to steroids

I met Nikki at the 1990 Ms International in Columbus OH and she did not seem very old.
If she really is your mom, then how old are you?
You can't be more than 25yo, yet you're a training/drug guru? ???

Ya think Brenda is Glad to pay 1000 now?
who is brenda
-
Brenda Raganot 12 place Atlanta no prize money...pays 1000.00 Gets 5th at the Arnold..makes a bit more than 1000.00.
-
haha... considering that Brenda won the Arnold years ago that is still a step back.. either way you slice it. if you dont build their steroid stack you can't design their diet... this sh$t goes hand-in-hand.
-
I think I see where you think your going but your wrong,,, I can get people shredded on anadrol and test cyp...Brenda won the lightweight class a couple years ago she did not win the Arnold Classic ..competition is a bit harder now. Dont hate...just hand over the cash.
