same old ? from 2 yrs ago: how the hell you eat 200gms protein in a day or more? i'm 70in at 208, was 240. i was dead in the water after 2 breasts and 5-6 eggs in one day. that's not 100 grams.

For the OP just eat your regular meals and drink 3 - 4 protein shakes a day. Should be enough

that's like 14 chicken breasts and 3-4 drinks plus 15 eggs! yeah...i'm in school but that glutenous. plus you are on gear. f##kin kidney overload there. impossible for an everyday lifter to handle this food consumption. if not properly chewed...you choke in your sleep.

For din-din I'm right now having a few cherries with wheat germ, raw cacao and a few table spoons of blueberries and a dab of olive oil, that should push me over 50g for the day.

bowl of soup
1 slice of tomato (can't stand vegetables)
2 drum sticks
6 slices of stew beef (probably 16 oz total)
10 grapes or so
4 pieces of cake
offered watermelon, replied with "blacks eat that"
water
cigarette for desert

i eat less than ever and train way more without caring about "overtraining" (same muscle group every 3 days and abs /calves every two days) and improved dramatically in notime since i started training that way 6 months ago.
I eat like 50 to 80 grams of protein a day and barely give a crap about missing meals (i eat like one or two meals top a day).
I wasted so many years believing in the "leave aenough times for your muscles to grow.. hahaha or "dont overtrain, eat tons of proteins "... oh brother.
want cut and mature muscles? train em often and dont care too much about the "hyper proteined diet". Train lagging bodyparts even more often.

Protein: eggwhites, chicken breast (sometimes tuna, turkey, beef), whey protein, aminos (powder & liquid).
Carbs: oatmeal (sometimes grits), rice, some potatoes, MRP, vegetables.
Fats: sometimes some peanut butter, some kind of oil, nuts and the cheat meals.
Something like this.
