Moving super slow is awfull. BTW- your "form" has nothing to do with lifting speed, they are 2 totally diff things.
If you truely have to ask what is wrong with your lifting technique then you need to do some research.

As I said, I just want to show you some mistakes: To much weight, you are using your arms to much ( itīs clearly visible ), you are not getting a good contraction and you stay too upright at your rows...

If you are then keep at it and dont listen to anyone here. You cant even see the angle you're rowing on the BB rows but you def stand up and use way to much wait on the T-bar. exactly, dont listen to anyone else but yourself when it comes to "form". as long as you feel it in the desired muscle and have good mind-to-muscle going on.... then your all seet. biomechanics are slightly different in every human, and certain movements and form work better for different people.

But itīs clear by the video that you are using mainly your arms to perform the rows. When you spend 6-10 hours a day in the Gym training people for a few years, our eyes become trained and we can see some little things that a inexperienced guy canīt. ( sorry form my bad English)
ANd Iīm not saying your reps speed is too fast, but you are repeating this and trying to excuse yourself even people doesnīt mention this at their posts. But...
I strongly recomend to you do your reps a little slower ( not slow motion ;) ) . Not saying that a faster rep speed doesnīt work - we can use Jay, Ronnie and Branch as examples. But they certainly are gifted guys when it comes to mind muscle conection.
For us, mortals, in most cases, itīs better to use slower ( not low motion ) rep speed.
Your back would get even better.

i break out sometimes but i dont what the cause maby, sometimes i think because i keep a hat on all the time, i sweat alot, i dont wask my face sometime before i lay down, the type of supplements i'm taking it could be alot of reason

I feel you on that. I used to be superstrict with all my back movements but have loosened up the past couple years and its made a huge difference. I actually changed my form after seeing how poor some of the pros form is. It would obviouslly be stupid to base my training on how someone who does 5grams of test a week but its worked out.

I don't like to accuse anyone of juicing, but your training style screams juicer. Guys who juice never have to learn and practice proper form/technique because they choose to take the easy way out due to their 1/2 ass nature. Natties are forced to become true "bodybuilders" in order to develop their bodies. There is no way that you're feeling any contraction in a specifically targeted muscle. No way. You are not a bodybuilder. You are a weight slinger who has very good genes.

With compound movements, many ppl like to move as much weight as they can from A to B.
It is clearly working for him, and I disagree with you that u say he trains in a 'half assed nature'....what works fo one, doesn't work for another.

Guaranteed his db bicep curls (isolation movement) are at least 60 or 70lb db's and swung up instead of squeezed up. Therefore, not a lot of bicep contraction, but, rather, a lot of joint used. Tension is placed on the targeted muscle for only a fraction of the range of motion. Momentum and gravity are working more than the actual bicep. Come to think of it, this is actually less than 1/2 ass effort. Ligaments and tendons take a beating using this style of training. No muscle is targeted and isolated for a maximun contraction and squeeze. Never said I think he juices, but most juicers do train this way. I was refering to his training style only. Surely you understand my point, right? :)

YG: You're in your early 20's right now, and only been lifting for a handful of years right? I guarantee you that in about 10 more years (hopefully you'll still be working out if you truly love challenging yourself with the weights) you'll have a different outlook and approach to lifting and look back on your form as a bit poor. Much respect for the development you've acquired so far and the amount of weight you're moving in the gym, but just imagine with your training style being more fine tuned what you'd be able to accomplish combined with your above-average genetics. I myself usually train in a slightly explosive style, but I'm squeezing the muscles to the max throughout the entire set, getting a hell of a contraction each rep, and not letting my ego get in the way. I have to agree with some on here and say that your form needs work, especially those one-arm rows where you're practically standing straight up ~ those are no good. Dorian was the first to popularize a slightly above parallel upper body stance when doing rows many, many years ago, but it's gotten out of hand these days with guys' upper bodies almost completely vertical when doing rows. Just my two cents; take it any way you want to. But you've got good genetics; make the most of it; best of luck and always try to get better.
