What significance would it be in changing the numbers (fat) if you cooked lean ground beef, ran it under water and tried to eliminate all or as much grease as possible?

It's not rocket science. Fat content would go down ...not sure how much.
Same concept of taking a napkin and soaking up the grease on pizza.

Brisket is about as cheap as you can get, same beef as Flank, but cross cut making it a tougher piece...if you dont mind the toughness, it's your best buy

Yeah, it's gotta be 150-160 degrees to be effective. Reduces the fat to that of chicken breast.

Oh, and if you're gonna rinse anyway - don't bother starting out with "lean" ground beef. The end result will end up the same. Use the "extra lean" stuff for situations where you can't rinse, like meatloaf.

You can eat more. Your body is already a furnace. Disturbia has to turn on his furnace. Until then, cardio and extensive weight training, and high protein low cal days is a must.

You are not going to look any different than you do now, even if you drop weight to look like a "linebacker" (which you already look like). You simply have way too much fat on you to see any real changes unless you are willing to go sub 200.

i think your social skills are just fine and your right about calories in vs calories out... but your wrong about rinsing beef.. its not something i do regularly, but it does make sense. if someone is trying to lose fat rapidly, then they should eat as low calorie as possible while still getting in sufficient protein. logically, this indicates eating meals of protein-only, no fats or carbs. and its addviseable to get in a variety of protein sources, and not just stick with chicken breats or egg whites. so for the person looking for a protien only meal with as little calories as possible and hasent used beef for a while, they would want to make the beef as lean as possible when they ate it. they arent eating it for taste, just for a new variety of protein. and they arent eating because they are hungry, they are just eating to get enough protein to sustain mass while burning fat as fast as possible. nothing stupid, ignorant, or illogical about that.

Brisket and flank steak are absolutely not the same piece of beef. Flank steak is significantly leaner.

If you're that hell bent on getting rid of the fat then just boil it (gently), let it cool on the counter a bit and then put it the pot in the fridge. Every bit of fat will congeal on top and you can easily remove it. Then boil down the broth and add it to the meat. Or make a consomme n shit yo.

i think your social skills are just fine and your right about calories in vs calories out... but your wrong about rinsing beef.. its not something i do regularly, but it does make sense. if someone is trying to lose fat rapidly, then they should eat as low calorie as possible while still getting in sufficient protein. logically, this indicates eating meals of protein-only, no fats or carbs. and its addviseable to get in a variety of protein sources, and not just stick with chicken breats or egg whites. so for the person looking for a protien only meal with as little calories as possible and hasent used beef for a while, they would want to make the beef as lean as possible when they ate it. they arent eating it for taste, just for a new variety of protein. and they arent eating because they are hungry, they are just eating to get enough protein to sustain mass while burning fat as fast as possible. nothing stupid, ignorant, or illogical about that.

Brisket and flank steak are absolutely not the same piece of beef. Flank steak is significantly leaner.
While its obvious they are two different steaks, the values are almost identical, especially the fat content, which IS identical....15g. fat/ 6g. saturated.
As stated, the main difference is toughness as Brisket needs to cook for HOURS.....BUT...if you're looking to save a dime....

What significance would it be in changing the numbers (fat) if you cooked lean ground beef, ran it under water and tried to eliminate all or as much grease as possible?
if you let 93/7 beef soak in water and grill (george foreman preferably) it...you can remove additional fat...which i'm assuming is a lot of brown fat along with white fat. i'm not sure how much of that 7% but you can see the fat run/cook off.

93/7 is inedible by itself. I would throw the package straight in the trash if it ever somehow magically found its way to my house. (I would NEVER EVER buy it as there is no cooking application for it to be used)

But see thats just it. Rinsing beef is pointless when it makes no difference what you eat, provided you eat like a normal human being. You don`t need as much protein as you think you do, especially if a Natural.
Eat for taste and you will get the same results.
