Can you imagine being so embarrassed by your own appearance that you choose to work out at home with 2 light dumbells and 1 bench, and then try and tell people you get a full body workout with that equipment? Do you know anyone like this? I mean I thought I had it bad but can you imagine being this pathetic? I wonder if anyone on this board is like that? ???

Everyone ad my gym is fucking huge. Well they have a twink room with all machines, but if you want waits your surronded by juicers and permabulkers. I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed to go their but fuck Im not use to feeling small. :-[

i am natural and on a cut...i eat 2000-2200 cals/day
i eat 600 of those calories within 4 hours of going to bed...and the other 500 an hour before bed
i workout at night...the whole carbs before bed doesn't fucking matter when in a deficit

very true...i have been 35lbs heavier than i now am...i have done many cuts and recently took the
alan aragon route...you could also call it wave and adonis approved....i count calories and protein, thats
it....i am in a deficit 6 days and the 7th i eat about 500-1000 calorie surplus...my wife and i both swear
by the refeed....i only lose 1lb a week which is slow, but i don't want to workout any more than i do(3 days
lifting/week) so i cannot eat more
i am my own worst enemy when cutting, everytime i get a week or so from visible abs, i go on a fucking
budweiser, weed, and fast food binge....back to 15% bodyfat, and then it all starts over again
this time will be different as i am about 12% today...i should have visible abs by november sometime
and if i can get my ass to this point, i swear on my life i will post a twink pic for you ;D

it would work better if you were a lot leaner. then your body would be a furnace and you could get away with it. the other factor apart from metabolism is your bodies own propensity to hold fat from eating certain macros. some guys can eat excessive amounts of carbs and not have it dent them. other can look at 2 cups of rice and have it be adverse. thats why a lot of guys have to parition nutrients, ie fats and carbs cause taking them together doesnt work out so well for them.
if your eating them right after your workout in moderate amounts and then going to bed then i would say a lot of that would go to replenishing glycogen. anything after that glycogen gets replenished could go to fat stores. stick with what johnny no name said- protein and a tablespoon of natural PB, or i like whole omega3 eggs as well.

You don't need any exercise equipment or weights to get in shape, in fact, a lot of times those machines restrict your movement and do nothing for your stabilizer muscles. I've trained numerous people with none of that shit and have gotten them in great shape with nothing more than some exercise bands and a yoga mat if I decide.
The only time you need weights is if you're bodybuilding or powerlifting. Other than that...not needed

I weight train about 3 or 4 days a week but in the morning I'll do a routine of bodyweight exercises, exercise band resistance lifting, and cardio activity. It helps out a great deal because it makes your body more flexible, it strengthens balance and posture, and you burn fat more efficiently in the morning especially if you take about 5 grams or arginine.
