stopped taking test 3 weeks ago fellas, I am now on trenbolone-equipoise only
weight dropped A LOT (8 pounds actually), but I have been sick so maybe I am only dehydrated a bit.
I'll wait a few days to tell you guys how it goes.
I am dieting another month with "low" carbs before adding insulin for 2 weeks to see how I look fully carbed.
weight as of this morning was 200 lbs (very depleted tho)
having a cheat day today so I should be 207-208 tommorow normally.
no libido loss yet (reason I am doing this is I want to achieve the middle east ripped look)

I have been dieting for 5-6 months already, slowly ( I was only dieting the week and eating whatever I wanted on the weekend)
yes, I will go without test for the whole 18 weeks, and I will add som anadrol the last month as Buselmo and Van Bilderass suggested to give me a "full" look without the bloat.
(at this point I'll be fully carbed also since I'll start insulin at around 12 weeks out , maybe at 8 weeks out depending on how low my bodyfat will be)

I'll keep this thread upated for sure, don't know when the pics will come in but surely soon enough.
my diet is like this at the moment.
Monday trough Friday:
meal 1: 16 egg whites
Meal 2: 60gr protein
Meal3: 300 gr lean ground beef with veggies like brocoli or celeri sticks.
meal4: 200gr lean ground beef with 4 slices of ezekiel bread (I make myself some kind of hamburgers)
TRAIN
meal 5: 60 gr protein with a 100gr carbo drink
meal6: either 2 tuna cans, or another protein shake depending if I am hungry or not
Saturday: I eat whatever I want, I try to only eat 4 meals tho since those are complete shit meals (pizza, fries, whatever I want).
I am not sure when I will cut back on the saturday cheat day, probably when I'll add the insulin since I might eat more carbs the rest of the week.
don't know yet it's a big experiment this year

Good luck bro. I want to try a cycle without test. I feel like everytime I use test I got so freaken bloated (bloofy) I don't like equipose though so I'm not sure what I would use as a base. I wonder how a higer dose of masteron would compare to equipose.

my face looks 10 times better when I drop the test for sure !
I'd try masteron but too expensive and not dosed strong enough at 100mg per ml :s

I have gh in there but only at 2iu for the moment so it wasn't worth mentionning at this dose. I started at 10iu for december and january but I started lacking funds due tu having more bills to pay, so I dropped the dose until I can buy some more boxes.

I'll up the doses a bit every weeks.
as for cardio, I was doing tabata but I injured my hamstring a bit a the club during a fight so I am taking it easy with the legs for another week, I'll start cardio again in 2 weeks.
but I am already 200 lbs so (in my pics from my last show I was 193, to give you an idea of my current condition)

I still have quite a lot of bodyfat to lose and I'll actually up the calories as the show approches so I shouldn't peak too soon.

that and I have problems with some bitch tits these days that won't go away so maybe dropping the test will help.

are you getting stronger with this diet + aas regime? Some people get stronger when dieting...i actually got stronger in the beggining of my last years diet, but after couple months strength went downhill.

Yeah that might be a good idea, budget is tight tho for this prep so that's why I wasn't taking it.
I like to use proviron in most of my cycles usually !
Meso: Strenght is great, I try not to push too hard since I injured my shoulder once again 2 weeks ago, but in most of the exercices I did this week the weights were still up a bit !

My shoulder is fahked too. I cry warming up with 45lb dumbells for presses and anything past 75 hurts so bad I can't even perform the rep properly. Any advice other than ortho surgery or epic nubain and advil overdose?

what I have is a subluxation, so everytime it hurts I go to my chiropractor.
he put it back into place, I ice it for 2-3 days, than I start training heavy again.
but I haven't been able to do a over-head press for the last 7 years, exept if it's on a machine and I do it very slowly

Well i know he likes to do carbs earlier in the day.
He also mentions that when dieting that its better to eat pro/fat post workout because carbs pwo shuts down some fat burning hormones in your body.
I remember reading something he wrote where he said he liked to do carbs in the 1st meal because glycogen stores are low and then pre workout so they can be utilized during your training.
Offseason I know he recommends carbs pre and pwo for sure.

I think I wrote about that years ago and it became the norm. Here is the deal: When u finish a workout the body increases fat burning hormones that are floating in the blood ...more or less the minute u take in carbs, those fat burning hormones go down. so............yea it makes sesne to eat only protein post training when dieting...THEN have carbs later

As for Chsis Aceto. He always says that he works differently with his clients, thus the confusion with post and pre workout carbs...
He believes though, that PREworkout carbs are more important than POSTworkout...not eating carbs post workout speeds up fat-loss but for small periods. use this method as a tool in your diet but dont overdo it (many days)..

Stav, something many European and Arabs do as far as i know to achieve that hard look, is staying clean couple WEEKS before the show (many of the shows are supposed to be tested).
This way, I believe they shed the bloofy androgenic look and come in grainy. I have never tried that though.

use machines and work around it... no need to stay out of the gym... try some high volume, short rest kind of training to work around... it'll give you a chance to see if that shit will work for you like it did for me... Disgusted would be the expert on this. PM him to see what he suggests...

remember my friend faisal who i posted pics of? the arabian champ? yeah... 2 months ago he slipped in the bathroom, his palm got stabbed by a sharp piece of metal that was sticking out the door trying to break his fall... cut his hand from mid palm to mid forearm.... luckily no nerves were fucked and no major arteries were cut.... he couldn't even close his hand for 2 weeks... he still trained... with 15 lb dumbbells and light machine work for really high reps and no rest (30 secs between sets) and trained for 2 hours... i saw him today... dude is still as big as he was but leaner...
so don't lose hope!!! try something new while keeping the intensity.

I will do chest tonight, I can do pec-deck and machine presses without using my fingers too much

I trained with 30 seconds rest and did exercise where I didn't need to hold much weights, it was 2 amazing workouts.
Chest was easy, because on the machines I can still press with my palm without closing my hands.
for the back workouts I used the "ab straps" to do my pulldowns, so I only pulled with my elbows

i hear you, test works great and is the cheapest most accessible roid out there. makes sense to run it yearr ound, in every cycle.
but i think youd agree that you by no means HAVE TO run it. tren only, for example, is a kick ass cycle, about as good as it gets.

I agree, you don't "Have" to run it but 9 times out of 10 people who say they react poorly to test have no idea what they're doing. That's not knocking anyone, it's just stating the obvious. Although tren-a is my favorite steroid, testosterone is by in large the most all-around effective and most important steroid.

the #1 reason I cut test completely right now, is that I try to reduce the bitch tits as much as I can.
they were getting out of control and letro, arimidex or whatever wouldn't get them down.
now the puffiness has reduced of about 50% since I dropped the test.
BUT, this week I am starting to feel the lost in fullness. After a workout I have a nice physique but the rest of the day I don't " feel " as big.
but it's no big deal, the main objective now was to dropped as much fat as I can, after that I'll either reintroduce test in low dose, or anadrol. probably anadrol.
and insulin also but that's only at 5% bf

BUT, this week I am starting to feel the lost in fullness. After a workout I have a nice physique but the rest of the day I don't " feel " as big.
but it's no big deal, the main objective now was to dropped as much fat as I can, after that I'll either reintroduce test in low dose, or anadrol. probably anadrol.
and insulin also but that's only at 5% bf
Since I cut Test i have not had any of the androgenic sides that i would get before, acne on the shoulders,hair growth on my back :-[, serious aggression :'( etc, ive never had gyno or any symptons of it and Test did give me great results and it works very well ;) but since now ive used Deca as a base my results have been much more to my liking, ive gotten bigger not at a fast rate but its all been lean gains, ive no andro sides that i had on test, my libido is fine, TBH Test made my libido out of control ;D my strengh is improving at a steady rate and my workouts are great, some gear works better on some than others, back in the 70's Deca was a base for cycles and even today in Europe or Asia it still is :)
I know these days high doses of Test as a base are very popular on the boards and in the USA and yes it works but its not the only way.

I'll shoot some slin after waking up, eat, train, take shake, shake and a bagel at 10 am, meal at 12pm, then zero carbs the rest of the day.
Knowing my body, this will take me to 215 at the same bodyfat once I regain my fullness. But getting down to 198 after that might be a mistake... if I do a show I'll do it for fun in the heavies I don't know yet.
the heavies aren't a strong class anyway at local shows

Being flat is no big deal, in-fact it doesn't matter at all. If you're flat 16wks out, 8wks out, 2wks out, it simply doesn't matter. The only time flatness matters is when you're on stage.
People worry about being flat during the diet a lot more than they should...just like a "pump" it's generally meaningless.
All that matters is you're losing adequate amounts of body fat and holding as much muscle as possible in the process...this is all that matters.

5h45: 1 cup oats (or some other carb don't know yet) , 8 egg whites
gym
7h45: 10-15 iu slin with 4iu hgh
carb drink (100gr carbs) with 60 gr protein
10h: bagel with a shake
12: 200 gr horse meat
1 cup rice (maybe 2 depending how the fat will melt)
17h: 200 gr horse meat with some green veggies
21h: either chicken or fish, 200 gr also, maybe with some olive oil don't know yet.
I know I will look great eating like that, but I don't know if the condition will get better. But I don't give a fuck as it's still 16 weeks away and I am lean already.
if I don't lean that much, I'll do 2 days like that, followed by 1 day low carbs.
then 2 like that followed by 2 days of low carbs when the show is getting closer.
I'll play around with food, I am good with that.

it takes time to develop the resistance... first week you'll be sensitive, then 20 iu won't do shit. you just need time to get used to it.
10 iu my first day and i was a bit dizzy... 2nd time not so much... then 3rd time i did nothing, upped it to 15 iu... nothing again... and next week it's up to 20 iu... so it just takes time.

Extra work on abs or lower back seems to help...not dramatic changes but i believe it helps.

When i started out, Ive always watched pros training in their videos and talking about how they never trained abs in the "offseason" and that abs show "in the kitchen"..lol..they never mentioned hgh though. :D ::)
Anyway, I was overeating a lot trying to "bulk" did not do ANY ab work. my stomach always looked like shit...anyway log story, I have 1.5 yrs now I train my abs religiously eod and although there where some periods I was eating shittier than ever, my stomach was flat and tight with abs "showing".

a couple of sets of training ball abs work every other day seems to keep my palumbish-ism on check...

but studies aside, it makes sense when you think about it. would your abdominals use fat from your belly, or would they use fat from your calf of your bicep? of course its going to use the fat that is easiest to use, and thats the closest fat.

But i also don't believe that it makes a drastic chage, but hell, every bit helps, and it doesn't hurt as well.

this year when i trained abs like hell... IT DID NOT MAKE THEM LEANER!!! BUTTTTTTT!!!!!!! it made my waist A LOT tighter... i did vaccums also whenever i was driving or just sitting at work for 2-3 minutes at a time... within a month, you'll notice that your waist measures less, your abs are always tight, and with the vaccums, you develope the inner abdominal wall and your stomach sucks in by itself. once i stopped doing that for 3 weeks, and eating almost the same food... that affect was gone!... it's a good feeling to have your abs sucked in without even wanting them to... i want that back :'(

before you add the carbs, what weight do you expect to be, and will you be at the top of a weight class or bottom at that weight?
I say this because if you get up there and you're shredded, you'll look bigger... maybe flat, but remember, a lot of people don't pump up like they should before going up on stage. if you up the carbs and you 'puff up', trust me, you won't win shit.
you're like me, right? most of the fat and the last to go (also almost all your water weight) is in your lower back... right?
you will look great from the front if you're full, but from the back, water will build up in your lower back and it'll make you look fat and shitty... and to compensate, you'll think that using more diuretics will get rid of the water... it will, but then you'll look like you're battling the infamous "stomach bug" that competitors get all the time ;)... basically you'll be flat and fat.

Alright so since last week I train my quads (and hams indirectly) monday evening, hams wednesday evening (and quads indirectly), and saturday morning I also do legs but some sorts of giant sets and squats and leg presses with frog position for the inner tighs.
maybe that's a but much because my legs looked small this morning, but yesterday was my super low carb day also so I might just be a bit flat.
I might cut out the satuday morning leg workout and train something else instead because next week I will start walking 30 minute incline at medium intensity (not fast enough to jog), and I don't think my quads will handle cardio + 3 leg workouts per week.
maybe if my legs were my strong point but they are one muscle that always shrink a lot while dieting, even if they get quite good sized in the off-season
I was kind of disapointed to see them lose their fullness when I started dieted down in the fall :-\ ;D

Head games, man. While I understand the idea, it's not true IMO. You can most certainly scale back intensity and allow recuperation. Especially if you're dieting a long ass time like you have been. You need to give your CNS a break.

Don't know the bf%, I never have it checked.
but.. I was 255 lbs or so haha
I just cleaned up my diet a bit but didn't diet "that" hard, but after 3 months I was already down to 215. A lot of it was water weight.
but I didn't look that good at 215, I used slin and got up to 230 again around november (again lot of water weight but it helped my physique).
then I started lowering the calories againt after christmas, got down to 212 in about 8 weeks.
then I cut the testosterone and in 2 weeks I dropped to 203-204 really quick, my face kinda lose 8 of those pounds itself haha.
so I was FAT as fuck at 255, I just have a very loong body hold fat very evenly so most of the times I think I have 30 lbs to lose and I have much much more

Thats my approach, diet hard but also cheat hard ocasionally, recharges me mentally and keeps me sane, anyway its better to be ahead then behind, but next 11 weeks will feel like 11 months. How long have you.ve been dieting now.

lol for a fews months already I was fat as fuck haha
but I took about 6 weeks off from dieting in december when I was in decent enough shape to eat some more and fill out a bit, and if I hadn't do this I would not be dieting at the moment that's for sure haha.
That's what I like about being in shape early, you can take 1-2 days of break with the diet if you get reaaaaaallly insane, and it doesn't affect your physique at all.
but of course the last 6 weeks there will probably won't be any cheating or maybe there will be if I can't controle myself haha

I have a problem with my legs joints whenever I diet down. I feel a strange weakness in both my knees like they are sore and weak. Why is that? I mean walking is hard. Do you happen to know its cause? Many many times im discouraged to starta diet only because of this.

since saturday I cut the Clen cause it wasn'T doing shit anymore and dose was high, so I am waiting a few days to re-introduce it with ephedra.
I just hope I'll still lose some fat even without them :-\

I really feel I could hold this bodyfat very well even off-season, I won't get much fatter after the show I think.

nope I used them on and off, I started them regularly at 20 weeks out but I didn't take much ephedra or T3 as I know I would have to up the dosage later

In addition to its direct actions through ARs, 17beta-TBOH may also exert anabolic effects by altering the action of endogenous growth factors or inhibiting the action of glucocorticoids. Compared to testosterone, 17beta-TBOH appears to induce less growth in androgen-sensitive organs which highly express the 5alpha reductase enzyme (e.g., prostate tissue and accessory sex organs). I put on fat so evenly that I can be 40 lbs over weight and not even look that fat, so I will monitor this closely
I am already up to 215 now with great vascularity, a bit bloated in the face but back on the diet from the easter binging
also instead of eating horse, I have a lot of ham that my father in law gave me with some pineapple so I'll eat that tonight 8) ;D

wow this is crazy, it basically say that its so much more potent with alot less sides effects.
what i find weird is that test amplify the tren sides, at least for me, ran like 750mg test with 350mg tren and i had tren sides (night sweat, insomnia), then second cycle i ran 1500mg test with 900mg deca, zero sides tons of gains but no real quality.. and now its been 3 weeks, on 750mg tren+250mg test= zero sides with more good results, pretty cool if you ask me :D

BLP responds very poorly towards carbs, he mentioned it before. I can tolerate high carbs thankfully. I'd hate to eat that much protein!

Starting talking about lifting and such and invited me to lift at the same gym. Spent a week training with him, he taught me proper deadlift technique, which helped a lot because I fucked up my back a couple years earlier, proper squat and bench. Super cool dude. This was a couple years before he started competing in the WSM.
If you meet him, seriously ask him questions. The guy knows his shit when it comes to proper lifting for strength and mass, real cool dude.

the third shake is a "gainer", about 50 gr

usually when I got up to those weights, it was because I had been off-cycle for a few months but I tried to stay the same weight so I gained a fuck load of fat and when I started a cycle again my weight would explode
but even at 255 my lean muscle mass wasn't that high

I think I could have used smaller doses and have as much results for a while.
BUT, the main reason I am making good gains these days is simply because of the fact that I don't go off anymore, so I never lose any muscle so I don't have to waste time to get that muscle back

if you can get results from 1.5g I would do this until you can't gain anymore and then go up to 2g !
gains will be small but steady
I like to lean out for a few weeks and then blow up again once in a while, it keeps the bodyfat down and "prime" your body if you want. plus it makes you more sensitive to insulin so you seem fuller from the food you eat

last time I was off it was for about 6 months !
when I got back on I was still feeling like shit, so 6 month wasn't enought for me to recover and I used HCG and Clomid too
I still felt good, I was training with low reps while off so I was still lifting heavy and I was still "big", just lost some muscle and got pretty fat but I still stayed somewhat big.
but libido = completely fucked for the whole 6 months.
didn't want to fuck AT ALL.
of course if I really put my mind into it and I had sex I was still able to get an erection put the mood wasn't there at all.

IF I eat clean, it's still in the norm (around 130)
if I eat a lot of junk it goes to complete shit ( I am talking in the 160's-170's)
the diastolic is always in the norm even if I eat like shit, only the systolic (sp?) get high

What does that have to do with coming off, I have a 5 year old boy, and a 2 year old girl, was on a juice for a year straight before I had my boy( before pregnancy actually) at around 1000mg per week, and when probably even higher doses for the girl... Both my kids are the healthiest ever.

Project Stavios terminated due to job opportunity
my main goal will be to maintain what I have now until I have the job in january, now I have a few months of "training" (october to january) that I won't even be home and don't even know if I will be able to train as much as I want
but no biggy, job first, training second
I will try to stay the same size during that time at least 8)
There will be a new thread for the next mutation, with more money, more growth and more fun !!
