so whats the new diet look like?
pretty much something like this, I ate a bit like that this fall and I was FULL and looking good at about 218. it was kind of a lean bulk based on Troy Alves diet from Aceto:
5h45: 1 cup oats (or some other carb don't know yet) , 8 egg whites
gym
7h45: 10-15 iu slin with 4iu hgh
carb drink (100gr carbs) with 60 gr protein
10h: bagel with a shake
12: 200 gr horse meat
1 cup rice (maybe 2 depending how the fat will melt)
17h: 200 gr horse meat with some green veggies
21h: either chicken or fish, 200 gr also, maybe with some olive oil don't know yet.
I know I will look great eating like that, but I don't know if the condition will get better. But I don't give a fuck as it's still 16 weeks away and I am lean already.
if I don't lean that much, I'll do 2 days like that, followed by 1 day low carbs.
then 2 like that followed by 2 days of low carbs when the show is getting closer.
I'll play around with food, I am good with that.
always been good with my own diet adjustments (exept for this time haha)
