those supposed 155's, are very small thats labelled 130 (6 plates either side of the dumbell) in my gym
why does jay at his stage of his career with all of those years of experience need hany to train him in the gym... :-\

this was actualy good training session ,, this was a good one,, he is very high on all drugs,, his face is changing due to over all body compsotion change ,, really the weight he loses is mostly water right now and the 3 dimentional comes in from the trenbolona and the gh at high doses...he is really drugged maxed as we call it but! he trained very good and he has no comeptition right now in ifbb ,, the field is just not good enough ,, they want philsulina to win!,, kai is actualy holding more muscle than both ,, but jason just has the frame ,,
the best among the worst,,but! winner is a winner...

As you will notice I used the word 'drastically' smaller. It is quite obvious that no one is perfectly symmetrical. However, his right arm is drastically smaller than his left arm, beyond what is of the norm. Its smaller to the point of looking odd.

jay doesnt need a trainer.
hany and jays partnership is a business partnership. jay tells everyone hany does his diet and trains him, lets him appear in his vieos and talks him up. hany gets tons of clients out of the promotion. jay gets paid in return.

I must agree wtih T-Bombz here... it is definitely a cross promotion. Also, why are people on here saying that Ronnie always trained alone?? Has no one hear heard of Brian Dobson???? In case you haven't, that would be the guy who owns Metroflex in Arlington, TX and got Ronnie Coleman to start bodybuilding. Also the guy who was training Ronnie is almost all of his videos. Let's not forget, you can always learn more in bodybuilding and it's also just nice to have someone in the gym with you who you respect to help you push harder through your workout.

I think Gus the Bus is the other guy with Brian Dobson in this famous clip... he's pretty huge if you take a look at his arms in the beginning of the clip, you'll see that.
Watching this video always makes me wanna go train legs... Ronnie was a beast!!

Even on high dosages of Dianabol Arnold prob had a much better condition. He did his cardio by running on the beach with fresh air and normal daylight. Jays worse cardiac condition is prob the main reason why he's weak with chins. He looks tired all the time (compare this with Arnold!).
Other factors are his machine addiction and too many distractions in the gym.

You see there is a thickness difference, and you see what is missing in Wolf's back...
And this dude (Gus) didn't get a Pro Card (I don't believe), and he has a better back than Jay...
You know what? I would have loved to see Flex train with Ronnie, for Flex's "comeback" back in 2002. Or even back in 99.

My previous gym, well it was rather a weightlifting club, was like this. Lots of old Russian and Swedish olympic barbells. The only serious reason I left them was because their poor and incomplete set of dumbbells.

It's kind like those picture where all you see are letters and symbols and then someone will point out that when you look at it a certain way it's really a picture of Einstein or something like that. And once you see it you can't unsee it. The quads are a large muscle group and stands out the most. I don't I've ever seen a healthy bodybuilding with such a large discrepancy between muscle groups.
