Hi GH15
I've been reading your posts everyday for a while now and only post now because my account got activated today! I must say the knowledge you have is amazing. The fact that I am from South Africa means that that the correct info or the the TRUTH is hard to come by since bodybuilding is still growing as a sport (cult) here and is not as popular as overseas.
I am 20 years old, 6'1 and at 220lbs now off season with about 12% bodyfat I would guess.
Would you please critique my physique for my first competition in August. I know I wasn't at my leanest, but I'm going to diet a lot harder next time! What do I need to work on the most?

good legs I think your lower then 12% need more upper body thickness. Prolly some heavy benching and rows. Thats a hard pose to look thick in also u should put another one

6-7% upper body,, 8-9% lower body,,over all 7-8% bodyfat,, muscular develpment is decent but lack in many areas such as pecs ,, very weak pecs ,, lats ,, many more ,, over all if had more developed muscle you would see this is 6-7% fella ,,dry condditioned ,,prety hard bu tagain lack muscular development ,, hips are wider than what you exopect for this structure so you need wider delts and wider lats which is basicaly gh into the aas for a combo usage inorder to create this,, you can do it with steroid only if young enough as in 20s,,
over all good physiqe but lack development,,

Thanks GH15 for the reply! I'm planning on doing a cycle next year. I'm just going to do 600mg Test Enanthate for 10 weeks with Letro on hand in case gyno symptoms appear. I don't know if I'm gyno sensitive but better safe than sorry!

Too tall and too long in the torso to be a good bodybuilder. I have the same structure pretty much btw and am 6'3.

Man...you're only 18??? By your posts I figured you to be at least 10 years older than you are. If you're this much into hormones and all just think what you're going to look when you're 28? With the knowledge you have, the advice of gh15 and your youthful age you can definately turn professional if you wanted to. If you make the commitment it is a feasible goal for you.

Dont listen, with your child bearing hips and unbalanced body you will never make it, you are fortunate. Just eat mainly fruit and vegetables, exercise every day, drink mainly water, and shag as many as the pretty young whores while you can.

It was on my competition day. I weighed in at around 189lbs. I am NOW in my off season and weigh around 220lbs

i wouldl do this every 6-8 hour until i got the size of delts and widness i waas hapy with ,,ofcourse you can train it too but delts never grow on true naturals ,, they can never see the rear delts from front ,, never look volumized ,, they just cant no matter how much you lift ,, you can have 5 plates each side of hammer kicking it 10 times and your delt will look average and have this flat disguting smoothness to them if not on aas and hgh,,when it come to lats...your lats loo high from what i remember i didnt look in picture again but...you want t bar ,, you want lots of pull down with hammers!!,, and you want that hgh into blood so it make your bodyfat melt but leave all the size on to reveal wings under your arms,, and trust me hgh make it to look like wings!

your taining is good,, you can do whatever you want with training as long as you put time in gymnasium and consistant and progress with weight,, the key to advancment in bodybuild is H O R M O N E S ,, specificaly the usage of human growth hormone inorder to look impressive,, aas is good and dandy but it doenst get you no where close to the wow factor hgh add to you ,, aas and hgh my friend this is more importent then if you eat your meal 2 hour or 3 hour or if you go to gymnasium 4 time a week or 5 ,, you can train arms then go train chest next day wont matter as long as you have! the right compound in the blood

don't run test. test is for people who want to get "big" but don't care how they look when they get there. you will just get bloofy and it won't be much quality muscle. run some tren, start at 50mg/day and if that works well without sides go up to 75mg/day.

I was referring to Swlabr the 18 yo not the OP. Swlabr has good knowledge on this stuff, the kid can go far.

He says he`s been training since he was 15,so that means at least 2-3 years of doing mostly everything wrong.
Once he learns what works best for him diet and training wise,he`ll make a lot of gains and fill out a lot more.
The kids practically brand new and advising him to use GH is not good advice.
Remember the foundation must be built firstly.

You need no fking tweaking not eating tuna and rice and nothing else.Screw this,take 100 mg trenbologna ED with 5 IU at least and you will keep getting leaner and leaner and more quality.Add some test to not look flat,add some eq to polish things,add some masterona to dry up and look nasty.This is what it takes to look like an animal,not tweaking your diet to last details and getting notes on each training of how much you lifted.Srsly..

A few posts above was right, you naturally have low testosterone hence the female pattern fat deposits. Low dose test and mucho tren for three months and come back to us. Realistically you're 18 so you can't afford gh so so zma at night and bcaa before gym, after gym, morning and bed. Other protein from food. Plenty calories on the tren

i dunno, never took gh, i cant afford it. but im same type of guy. after hormones i dont even look like same person. my shoulders got fucking WIDER and its not muscles, its also bone structure that got altered. it took me some time but now my metabolism works different way, my body reacts to training different way, shit that couldnt pass when i was natural works. difference is I always had things that made people say "oh, when you get bigger your back would look amazing", "you got goot shape of legs", "your shoulders would be round and nice". imho this guy got no chance.
even 150mg/week of test and I still got that "weird" way to react. when I come off after 3-4 months Im starting to get back to my old shitty self.

how tall are you friend? i find height is what gives the best looking physiques, generally wide shoulders compared to the waist line.

main points if you where taking 600mg for your last cycle or what ever that is not enough if you dont have money run test 1,200 or something. You just need to get your dosage up if you want to get bigger bottom line. Hgh yes gh15 is prolly right but i doubt you have money for that and gear I would just up the dose and build what you can now.

what are your shoulder measurements? not sure why having delts overshadoing your arms is a bad thing considering huge delts will give you the amazing v-taper, but if you are going for the bloofy disgusting look of an ifbb pro then i guess it might be a negative.

what the hell are you doing looking for a 'critique'? your 8-9% body fat and entering shows. what the hell are you thinking? critique? critique what? give us something to critique ffs. do you not see the quality and caliber of the physiques these days competing? you need to stop turning yourself into a whale in the offseason, put a baggy tshirt on, headphones, a ball cap and start busting your ass in the gym. nobody here is going to wave a magic wand for you and give you the secret to massive growth. its call busting your ass in the gym, ramming a 22g in your ass eod and making sure you get in enough protein to grow. then 5 years or so when you have some muscle to critique come and talk to us. the only help you need right now is a psychiatrist for getting on stage looking like that when you see and know the level of competition out there.

I just have to say that in South Africa it is a bit more difficult to bodybuild than in the states. We don't have access to so much information as you have there, we don't have as many pros as you have there, the food is cheaper there, many things are a bit easier there! I'm not complaining, just pointing stuff out. If you compare our national level competitors to your national level competitors there's a HUGE difference? Have you ever seen a South African place first in an international show, besides Marius Dohne, which I don't like at all, and he is the only bloody pro we have at the moment!

hey, heres an idea- lets look at some of the posts you've made since you have got here...
not real complicated you just run 5 grams a week, doesn't matter of what and at least 10 iu of gh with slin and then run diuretics and drop the bloofy steroids while manipulating carbs and sodium before a show. that's it, there is no secret, it just takes a lot of money and willpower.
don't run test. test is for people who want to get "big" but don't care how they look when they get there. you will just get bloofy and it won't be much quality muscle.
you can actually get a lot of muscle mass natural, i got pretty large by "normal people" standards but i couldn't hold the muscle if i would cut down. any time you try to go under 10% you just lose more muscle than fat
bro, i've bulked solely on bread before, eating 500 grams of bread a day and i didn't get "fat" as i still had abs and striations but i did get the hgh gut, from excessive blood glucose levels, that you see on every single pro-bodybuilder who also eats excessive carbs.

I just have to say that in South Africa it is a bit more difficult to bodybuild than in the states. We don't have access to so much information as you have there, we don't have as many pros as you have there, the food is cheaper there, many things are a bit easier there! I'm not complaining, just pointing stuff out. If you compare our national level competitors to your national level competitors there's a HUGE difference? Have you ever seen a South African place first in an international show, besides Marius Dohne, which I don't like at all, and he is the only bloody pro we have at the moment!

when i was a natural, which was awhile ago (i don't count myself as a natural after the moment i used any hormone, even when i'm off) my best natural gains were with a lot of volume, and training 7 days a week, to the extent most people would reflexively say it was overtraining but my point was that it never caused overtraining fatigue, even as a natural. the reason i made the distinction of being a natural at the time is because androgens will increase recovery time of your cns, which will further reduce the likelihood of overtraining. anyways, i think the thread was a debate over training at high volume and about inducing overtraining, my best natural gains were obviously pathetic compared to just one week on gear, never claimed otherwise bro
actually, don't really feel like explaining all of these one by one because most of them are boring and meaningless but when i was eating 500g of carbs a day of bread, i was on a lot of gear and i didn't actually get fat like a normal person but more in the sense of how bodybuilders get fat: water retention, hgh gut with a ton of visceral fat. i could still see striations as well as my 6 pack even though my waist was like, a bloated 38 inches. next thing is, i've run a lot of test in the past, and i ran it just recently but this most recent excursion with test really solidified my feelings of dislike towards test that it's a lousy compound and i hate it. if i was going to run something that would make me bloofy, i'd much rather run deca and get the added benefit of joint lubrication as well as avoiding hairloss, acne, gyno, and enlarged prostate. fuck test.

Take the test up to 500mg and the tren to 80mg ed or if your really stuck for cash even 50mg ed, but ed is important, I prefer it. Jesus work on your lovehandles though will you, get one of those sweat belts to help with water retention and fat gain on your lower back and sides. They Fuck up your look.

you'd make pretty solid gains, it would feel like your first newbie gains except much more drastic while also the tren will keep your muscles hard and full like you've never experienced before as a natural. minimal if any sides at those dosages, maybe gyno and hairloss if you are real unlucky with genetics but probably unlikely. i'd keep the test at that dosage but increase the tren, double it, in my opinion.

I agree with you. You won't lose it immediately but overtime you will certainly lose it? what about after a cycle you go back to HRT dosages? Will the gains be kept or will you also lose some?

I'm naturally lean but have a hard time packing on size. Had back acne on my back and the diet was more to gain lean mass other than for losing fat.

i haven't heard the words pct in quite a while.
you will gain a lot of water weight, not subcutaneous water weight that makes you look fat and bloofy, but i'm talking about water retention in your muscles, when you use any kind of steroid. it's going to make your muscles larger, more full as well as making you stronger. once you go off steroids you will obviously lose this, and you'll see pounds lost on the scale. doesn't inherently mean you lost muscle fiber size. at the same time you will be struggling to maintain the muscle you had just acquired, you'll have to eat more and train consistently with the knowledge that you can't even put on any muscle and at best you're just trying to stave off muscle loss - it's no fun and i'm sure you'll quickly become tired of it. you won't make any gains until you go back on cycle, so you'll want to bulk while on cycle but at the same time you'll also want to be on cycle when you cut down for a competition to reduce any muscle loss. it will be pretty difficult to go off completely between cycles if you want to compete competitively.
anyways, pct is just: make sure you run hcg throughout your entire cycle, 250iu hcg 2 times a week, increase to 1500iu per week for the last 3 weeks of your cycle right before you start your pct, then stop hcg. pct itself is just 50mg clomid every day for a month, using a supplement like d-aspartic acid during the tail-end of your pct will help keep your natural testosterone production fairly high, provided you aren't suppressed still. also, all of these items for pct are legal to buy as they are merely prescription meds and can be bought at online prescription websites. i don't know what the laws of your country are regarding prescription drugs though.

The only "problem" of tren and that's why I haven't tried it yet, is the quality it gives especially if you're lean (8-10%).
There's a risk of getting hooked of that "look", thus it's preferrable to stay on with it year long if you do not want to be deceived.

the dosages of test you are thinking of running will suppress you to 90% probably, tren will be 99%
both tren and nandrolone are the most suppressive steroids, but provided your testicles do not become desensitized to LH (the hormone that signals your testes to produce testosterone, which hcg mimics) you should be able to recover fine. tren-acetate has a shorter half life than test-e so it will clear your blood quicker and you should be able to recover quicker as a result but ultimately what determines how well someone can recover is how long their cycle has been, the longer they've been on the harder it is for them to recover.
i made the choice a while ago to stay on indefinitely. i feel better while on so it was an easy choice. i use hcg weekly to make sure everything works right, otherwise i'll get muscle cramps without it.

6-7% upper body,, 8-9% lower body,,over all 7-8% bodyfat,, muscular develpment is decent but lack in many areas such as pecs ,, very weak pecs ,, lats ,, many more ,, over all if had more developed muscle you would see this is 6-7% fella ,,dry condditioned ,,prety hard bu tagain lack muscular development ,, hips are wider than what you exopect for this structure so you need wider delts and wider lats which is basicaly gh into the aas for a combo usage inorder to create this,, you can do it with steroid only if young enough as in 20s,,
