i wouldl do this every 6-8 hour until i got the size of delts and widness i waas hapy with ,,ofcourse you can train it too but delts never grow on true naturals ,, they can never see the rear delts from front ,, never look volumized ,, they just cant no matter how much you lift ,, you can have 5 plates each side of hammer kicking it 10 times and your delt will look average and have this flat disguting smoothness to them if not on aas and hgh,,when it come to lats...your lats loo high from what i remember i didnt look in picture again but...you want t bar ,, you want lots of pull down with hammers!!,, and you want that hgh into blood so it make your bodyfat melt but leave all the size on to reveal wings under your arms,, and trust me hgh make it to look like wings!
