Arms are long, working hard to improve, pumped 17.5 inches but still look small. (dress shirt 38.5" sleeves)
Happy with my legs, look small here (angle?) about 26-27" not sure if want bigger than that... ripped my expensive ass jeans. Don't train calves 17.5"
nd blues 5iu/day - 3rd month. (built up from 2iu first month, then 3iu, etc) this is first time using gh
tren ace/prop - 100/100 eod 3rd week in, first time tren
just started anavar @ 80mg/day, first time with anavar

Take my advice - train for a few more years off the sauce and get a decent foundation. There is no way you should even contemplate juicing until you have several years under your belt. If you have been training for that long, train a damn sight harder.

Don't underestimate his height guys. He most probably does look like a solid fella irl (he looks well in that pic too), and arms may very well be 17+, but because of height - doesn't look like that. Overall - needs more mass, obviously, but frame is good, if you'll fill it out to some decent degree - you'll be a scary lad to meet at an alley..

btw you have been on hgh for 3 months???? should have thrown in test!
not to late though , throw it in now, keep the tren in and buy some eq....
eq at 600-900 mg a week, test p at 50 mg eod start from there and move slighty up until you feel good and full without getting bloated, tren is fine at 100mg eod... you can up the dose to ed if you can take the sides.
no need for aromasin, caber.
proviron well, will not hurt lol.... not really needed though...
and play with the hgh.... i always used a week ed... then a week eod.... then mix it up... one day 5iu's then a day nothing, next day 10 iu... etc etc.....
do that for a year.... and you will be looking drastically diffrent!
you are tall, so always will look less impressive in pictures compared to real life....

Bro his shoulders can look like that. For 6'6 you either have wide developed shoulders or u dont naturally. Tren ace at 100mgs EOD isnt exactly a tiny amount, deca if legit is a decent amount. Hgh at 4ius ed can make a world of a difference. This guy looks natural. There is definitely something wrong.

his shoulders are slightly capped... that was what i was talkin about. this pic is a very bad pic... bad lighting, bad angle bad everything.
also his legs have a sweep, a weird one but have a sweep, guys 6'6 natural never , ever have sweep on their legs....
he has a typicall tall guy ecto built..... hard to get big... but to say he looks like he does not train is silly...
guys like him, are naturally very very skinny! he said he was 200 pounds , that is very skinny @ his height.

tren 100 mg eod is a starting dose..... deca @ 400 mg is a starting dose.... nothing high
hgh @ 3/4 iu's will change a physique yes, but will take a little longer then 3 months... and he has changed his physique allready from 200 to 240 ish is a pretty big change! and he is not fat either.
he should just keep at it.... will fill out slowly but surely...

so you were running test? get you diet on point then... read the bible here... very good info....
anti e's and ai's are to be avoided if possible when off season, no need for them. but since you have tittie problems... you can use an anti e or ai.... choose one, do not use them together... since your gyno is minor i would just use some nolva @ 20 mg/day.
as ai's inhibit estrogen hard.... and you need estrogen to grow, and be healthy.

Shortcuts dont work. You could have at least started building a natural frame for some years first... Your body's development screams "i started to inject steroids the same day i first picked a weight in my life". Can't believe that shit.
I guess that's the kind of influence steroids users who are worshipped on these boards have over insecure newbies browsing them desperatly in search for more manliness.

They dont need to overcompensate for a potential lack of achievments in life by injecting external hormones in their body to artificially look bigger than the average joe, in order to "impress" him cause they have nothing else to be respected, liked, by others.
-There are guys who start naturally and still arent secure enough with what they get -cause the deep roots of their insecurity isnt related tot he shape of their body or their muscle mass, but by the lack of a father figure and often, by an overfeminization of their personality coming from having beenr aised by a single mom with few or no substitutive father figure at all to balance the development of their personality which is suposed to be a healthy mix of masculine and feminine psycho behavorial influences coming from faithful parents working hand in hand-, they re still in need of "more", and knowing they wont achieve anything in any other domain of their existence, think "well i suck at everything, but lifting weights and sculpting my body, which impress gullible people with an even lower self esteem than me". They go the steroid route. They re never satisfied, they never find peace of mind, the crual, original lack is never fulfilled. And they re ignored progressively by more and more people who find them to extremistic. Their substance use become abuse, and installs itself in their life, they re addict and their addiction is their personality. They often end alone and despise those who took a different, healthier way of life, while wishing they could have done the same at the same time. But they cant explain to themselves or others why they were not capable to do the same, because they dont understand a decent father figure they didnt have, should have been by their side to advise them how to grow up not falling for the extremes. Still, when you didnt have a father, or a substitutive father figure, God the Father of mankind is available for everyone, especially the poor, the weakest, the orphans. All you need is to be able to read his words written in the Bible.

Unfortunately or fortunately I'm 6'6 and shopping for clothes becoming a problem when I start to grow shoulders XLT gets tight and then sleeves are short :)
So yes, I can see your point here and agree with most of you guys here if not all, squats and deads are my favorite exercises at the moment. :)

I believe you are only referring to the extreme cases and the freaks and the 250-300 lb goons. Not the 200-220 lb shredded magazine model look. if you are, you are wrong in that case but other than that your analysis is correct. alot of guys start out with the first description you gave but noticed that they indeed are gifted physically and want to take their look slightly to the next level but not be freaks still. dont be so close minded. I forgot to mention, these are the guys who will usually only be on for 4-5 months out of the year obviously in the summer or vacation months, then they will come off because again like you said they have other achievements and responsibilities to be proud of and care for. these same guys will usually only partake in this activity while in their 20's and maybe a bit of their 30's as well if they still havent found their wife.

uberman, I went thru all natural training in my profesional swimming career since I was 7yoa. Happy with my results, broke records etc, but to compete at national world level you need drugs. Whether you like it or not that's the reality ;)
Anyways, you have some good posts and it looks like you did lots of reading on the subject, been reading your posts for a while, whatever/whoever pushed you to do all this research you are almost always on top sometimes exaggerating here and there but I like your assessments. Just take it easy sometimes, life's good ;)

im talking about natural weight lifting, not natural training to become a profesional swimmer...
You obviously didnt push natural "bodybuilding"/ weight training in order to develop maximal msucular mass to the limits, far from it, anyone who has at least 3 or 5 years of serious lifting behind him naturally or on steroids can tell this.
You look like a guy who swimmed for years, saw the pics of huge guys on internet or in mags, jumped online, found getbig.com, read too many posts of steroids users and concluded that he had to inject steroids, and sometimes lift some weights to become "huge".
I wont even comment on the initial desire to become "huge" which in itself can only be rooted in some deep psychological insecurity, I will just comment on the fact that it seems you have no clue about how to train for long enough naturally to develop a decent body without the need of any external "enhancing drug". You dont even know what you would look like after 2 years of serious natural training.

Get off the drugs alrdy and train naturally for at least one year or two, all it requires is consistancy and .. having other more important things to succeed in on the side... which is often what most guys who get obsessive about the "size" of their muscles lack.

You obviously didnt push natural "bodybuilding"/ weight training in order to develop maximal msucular mass to the limits, far from it, anyone who has at least 3 or 5 years of serious lifting behind him naturally or on steroids can tell this.
You look like a guy who swimmed for years, saw the pics of huge guys on internet or in mags, jumped online, found getbig.com, read too many posts of steroids users and concluded that he had to inject steroids, and sometimes lift some weights to become "huge".
I wont even comment on the initial desire to become "huge" which in itself can only be rooted in some deep psychological insecurity, I will just comment on the fact that it seems you have no clue about how to train for long enough naturally to develop a decent body without the need of any external "enhancing drug". You dont even know what you would look like after 2 years of serious natural training.

Get off the drugs alrdy and train naturally for at least one year or two, all it requires is consistancy and .. having other more important things to succeed in on the side... which is often what most guys who get obsessive about the "size" of their muscles lack.

do yourself a favor, learn how to pull deadlifts and squat with a ROM that suits your body, no reason for 6'6" guy to go ass to the floor on squats and pull deads from the floor, get in the power rack, find a partial ROM that works and load that bar heavy as shit and get as many reps as you can, you will get thick in no time.

usually the rules of "full ROM" is great advice for most people but when youre 6'6" with 39 inch long arms the rules have to be adjusted, your ROM will still be full for an average height guy but shortened for you.

on bb benches and overhead presses again get in the power rack and set the pins to where when you are at the bottom of each of those exercises your upper arms are no lower than parallel to the ground, sometimes even higher, you can really pound the weight for reps in that range.

It`s all good dude,but at your stage of development, with that cycle,you need desperately to find out what will work the best for you.
Don`t just up the dosage,there are other aspects that you`re probably not doing correctly to make consistant gains.
Experiment with training,and eat like a horse.

Take my advice - train for a few more years off the sauce and get a decent foundation. There is no way you should even contemplate juicing until you have several years under your belt. If you have been training for that long, train a damn sight harder.
great advice right here! take it to heart and do it! with your build, you need to be pounding down the calorically dense foods, the cheeseburgers with loaded french fries, the ice cream in your shakes post-workout, the chicken and biscuits with mashed potatoes and gravy, steaks with potatoes or fries, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. sure, you'll gain some fat, but with how high your metabolism probably is, it won't be anything drastic, and you can just carb cycle and lose it when you want to be lean anyway. take 5g of creatine hydrochloride (hcl) every single day, no cycling it, get yourself a good pre-workout drink like jack3d, pump fixx, etc, it will keep your intensity very high during your workouts, have a couple of those calorically dense protein shakes a day, eat those types of foods 6 meals per day, 50g protein at each meal, train HEAVY 6-8 reps upper body and 10-12 lower body, hit abs after every single workout

One point I try to make quite often on the board lately is that a guy like AlphaM for example,who is running a decent amount of gear,is that I hate to see a guy with little or no training experience (as far as the weights are concerned,not swimming or sports),who reads the boards,then immediately hops on a fucking boatload of juice, when he could have made good gains and saved a lot of coin just by starting off with 500 mgs. of test and some D-Bol,ate like a pig,and trained like a demon.
Or better yet,build a natural base,then take the next step.
These days I see veritable beginners starting out with 1000mgs, and fucking GH for Christs sake.
I`m hardly against using gear,but make it progressive just as you would do in your training and your diet.
Starting off using a cycle that is made for Ronnie just leaves you with no place to go later in your training,plus you aren`t gonna` make it unless your response is good and your genetics are insanely awesome.

Goal is to have solid dense muscle frame, not a mass monster, aiming more for a fitness type look.
Then why take steroids?!?!?! Just actually read up on nutrition and get the calories in each day and get strong enough over several months so that you are lifting decent poundages, this will add muscle if you're doing a 4 or 5 day split each week, clearly the roids alone isn't doing it and will just fuck you up and make you crippler cross-face your little boy and then yourself.

Concentrate on lean gains, dont bother bulking or dirty bulking that is fucking stupid. Because of your height you are not going to look good in pics compared to shorter guys. But in real life you will look amazing and that's what counts.

Well, may be that. I remember a guy from another forum posted his pics, he started juicing from the very first week, susta, deca and anadrol as far as I remember. He gained like 10 lbs in a couple of months. But he was still skinny as hell, some guys just want everything quick without doing any effort. :-\

even if you do the traditional "bulking" youre still going to make big muscle gains, if we're taking about your typical 5'9" gym goer they end up looking like 5 pounds of sausage in a 2 pound bag but you have so much area at 6'6" to add muscle that youll be fine, CALORIES is what you need.

pay your dues in kitchen learn how to eat according your body
start AAS 1 at a time when u are sure on what each drug does try stack 2-3 this your first stack

good lifts for your height, work on improving them in the manner i described earlier in the thread, theres no reason a guy with your structure shouldnt bench 400 pounds, and squat and deadlift 600.

Just actually read up on nutrition and get the calories in each day and get strong enough over several months so that you are lifting decent poundages, this will add muscle if you're doing a 4 or 5 day split each week, clearly the roids alone isn't doing it and will just fuck you up and make you crippler cross-face your little boy and then yourself.

My first cycle was 500 mg test with dbol. I gained 30 lbs, yes, but I got bloofy/fat as fuck, got acne and stretchmarks. I wish I'd just stuck to tren/equi/mast/low doses test. The whole test is best thing is outdated. Tren is perfect for a first cycle!
