She gained most of it after she had the baby. It would be easy to lose the weight...hell I bet they have a personal chef, so get the chef to make healthy lower calorie meals for her. And she can afford a personal trainer if she doesn't have the drive or determination to exercise on her own. But even by going for an hours walk everyday she would drop alot of the bodyfat.

I know what your saying, I would probably be happier leaner, but at the same time why would I want to do that? To be like the majority of gym rats who are afraid of loosing their abs to make appreciable gains who have been cycling for 5 years and still weigh 200 pounds? I dont want my gear to go to waste. What's the point of running gear if your not gonna supply the surplus for growth? I've Been there done that, man what a waste of time. I want to be a massive son of a bitch by the time I hit my early twenties.

Try this...get bloated as fuck in the offseason, grow a beard and taking a hefty dose of testosterone, eat lots of salt and carbs get as ugly as fucking possible. Then what you do is Approach a fine woman, watch her lie to your face that she has a boyfriend or some bullshit. Then do a 8 week diet, drop the test, shave...next time you see her watch her be on your nuts, but ignore her :D let me tell you it is a GREAT feeling.

Be careful through. the risk of extremely low estrogen is increased susceptibility to injury. Estrogen keeps water in the joints keeping those ligaments nice and pliable. So I recommend doing lots of fish oils and healthy fats, at least, if you're gonna do an aggressive estrogen suppression protocol.
