Zinc acts as an aromatase suppressant, blocking the conversion of test into estrogen in the male body. It won't cause your nuts to produce more, but you may end up with a slight bump in total test levels in the end. Zinc's greatest impact occurs in people who are deficient in the mineral.

I believe the word you're looking for is "linear", not exponential. An exponential increase of test would be absolutely insane.

Zinc helps if you're deficient, being lean helps some, the larger lifts will raise it slightly for a bit, getting enough rest helps a tiny bit, a healthy balance of fats, some of those goofball herbs, etc....
But honestly none of that shit Really helps. You could live like a saint and if all it does is raise your test levels a few dozen ng's, it's done nothing of real value. If you want something real, go see a doctor about getting your test levels checked and maybe getting on some TRT.

Stress is a test killer, if you have a lot of stress in your life you will have lower levels, and whatever you try to do to get them up "naturally", they will either way still be way too low.

100% true, i experienced it first hand this february, my test levels were so low i didn't even know i had a dick, you could've dropped me in a pool of some of the hottest women on this planet and they couldn't have made me hard + i felt like i was high all the time...it's a good state to be in if you have some important things to do or hit on hot women (ie) because you're so relaxed it's unbelievable, like you don't give a slightest fuck if anything goes wrong etc. We men don't even realize how high levels of testosterone can often be destructive to our social lives eventhough it makes us feel stronger and younger etc.

That's because people who engage in regular exercise typically have lower levels of zinc and magnesium. The more deficient you are, the more dramatic the effects of supplementation will be. This was the science behind which a lot of ZMA claims were made.

but no it's licorice which is quite common in herbal adaptogen formulas, energy drinks etc. It is cumulative and the mechanism by which in increases cortisol, 11B-hydroxysteriod dehydrogenase type 2 is also important in testosterone conversion. The data is unclear but i literally see no way around it dropping test levels, the magnitude of the effect is up for grabs.

no, this is not true, 100mgs of glycyrrhizic acid per day has all the effects i speak of, if the amount can raise blood pressure significantly through aldosterone, cortisone manipulation the same effect would be had on test, as the mechanism is the same.I mean if you can post evidence to the contrary i'm all ears, licorice has all kinds of benefits.

i usually don't make random assertions but i wouldn't be suprised if alcohol consumption occasionally increased test levels, it is a pretty good anti-inflammatory. A night after boozing im horny as fuck and find i'm actually stronger. Chronic consumption no doubt will hinder production.

Right. These practices help support natural baseline hormone levels; the increases are not ongoing/endless. The only things that can duplicate the results of exogenous hormone use are exogenous hormones.
