I am gonna post some pics of me tomorrow and I want your help. I want your advice to get in the best shape of my life. I want tips on diet/cardio and routines. Do you know what your stack's going to be like?
Make you you got plenty of DNP, clen and T3. OF course you have to take at least 1-2 grams of test / week to keep your mass plus some orals with GH but I'm sure you already know that. Let me know your stats and I'll recommend doses.

My stack is 500mg test a week and 60/70mg of d bols per day. No hgh. And caffeine bronkaid for fat loss. My diet is clean no junk food no soda. Just water and lean chicken fish and beef.

I agree I set a goal of 90 days this way Its attainable before I get comfortable and start slacking off. In 90 days I will set my next goal. Thanks to all those who have posted positive comments.

I tried a diet based around fish before, and I lost size as it was difficult getting in adequate calories from fish when you are training hard. I had to eat so much more food to make up for the missing calories I required. Conversely, when my diet is based around a large consumption of red meat, I get hard and lean in a short period of time. In fact the best shape I was ever in was when I was eating a diet based around ground bison and eggs 3-4 times a day, along with lots of broccoli and plenty of water. To this day, my bison and broccoli eating plan always gets me into beach body shape relatively quickly each spring. I just seem to respond to it very well. Far better than when I consume fish.

I eat very clean and my calories are under 3500 per day. I would like to know something though... I am or was a big soda drinker what can I sub it with. Is diet soda any good?? Also what about bread. I love bread should I cut it out or is there breads that are fine to eat.

Q- You previously, on your X radio show, mentioned that drinking diet soda would be equally as good as water.
Dave Palumbo: Diet soda, crystal light, tea, and black coffee are fine. Stay away from splenda - it has added maltodextrin. Use stevia instead.

I drink water throughout the day milk with cereal in the morning and green tea 3/4 times a day. My goal is to lose weight and tone up.

diets looks clean, now its just a matter of you getting on whatever cardio machine you like at your gym and pounding away 40-60min on it 5x a week

Experiment with other cuts of meat as the poster has listed for you. There's just something about ground bison for me. It seems to have a big anabolic effect for me compared to other cuts of meat. I don't know what it is, I just respond to respond remarkably well to it. I pay a couple dollars more per pound for the ground bison, but I just love the stuff. I usually sprinkle a tiny bit of taco seasoning in it and fry it up some eggs. I get crazy lean on the stuff.

If your cutting, keep your total carbs to 80g MAX total a day , if you want your carbs from bread then get them from bread, if you want them from pasta and/or Oatmeal , its really more about counting carbs then where you get them

I was told to kill msyelf numerous times on getbig and wear it as a badge of honor.
So I posted a couple pics from my contest days and was told to go kill myself again .
I'm pretty sure these guys don't work on the suicide prevention hotline.
Questioning your sexuality and ragging on any pic of your actual gf or wife is mandatory on getbig.
Having said that, if you want some real tips, ask some specific questions and I may reply.

Seriously Dr. OZ, just work with what you've got. You work from home, OK...
1. when do you have a spare 30mins to exercise?
2. now what is the most logical piece of cardio to do in that time?
3. how many days a week can you devote to it?
My advice would be to start with at least 3 days of solid, sweating cardio for 30mins to 1 hour - depending on how long you can devote to it. Just work up a good sweat 3 times a week and then progress to four and then five, etc. If you're predisposed to weightgain, you'll need to sweat/cardio your ass off.
Nutrition, avoid sugars. Eat fruit and veges, protein (save the animals, keep it nuts, egg, soy, etc) and decent carbs but nothing too fatty or too many carbs. Just have small, healthy meals 3-4 times a day and snack a little bit inbetween on things like veges or fruits. Good luck.
