No prob, I know exactly how Dexter dieted. Egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish, red meat, potato yam rice etc. He cut his cals as the contest got closer. Nothing fancy just regular clean foods and calorie counting.

I imagine caloric deficit as a vacuum attached to few different holes - muscles, fat and so on. When on enough drugs we can pretty much assume hole with "muscles" is blocked. Yet it doesn't take just vacuum to get every piece of fat.
If you do not open the hole with fat enough you will not get that fat at desired rate. Concept of caloric deficiency is stupid because it assumes you will burn same amount of energy every day. But if you eat 2000 calories and for whatever you do throughout the day, you need 3000 calories and you're not able to burn 1000 calories of from your own fat storage for whatever reason then you will simply NOT be able to do whatever you do throughout the day. You will be tired earlier in the workout, your batteries will simply go off.
Concept that macronutients are irrelevant and "deficiency" is enough is simply not true for that reason. There are proportions which will give enable you to burn MORE fat.
Also IIFYM is oversimplification but it's close enough. Micronutients and fibre are also crucial for fat loss.
At some point into the diet I imagine that you have to be very cautious because you eat so few calories that if you change your rice to gummy bears you might not get enough fibre or enough minerals/vitamins which will impair your ability to loose fat.

Out of all the people here claiming to know what Dexter eats precontest, who actually knows Dexter personally and has seen what he eats on a daily basis? I read a lot of claims with no backing: "he eats clean, only chicken, eggwhites, rice, etc" or "he eats junk whenever he wants".
I remember seeing one of his videos where he goes to a japanese restaurant and eats rice with some sea food I think precontest,....but that was just for a damn dvd...who knows if he always did that. More importantly who cares how Dexter diets for his shows? A lot of people here have a lot of emotion and bias attached to this "dieting" thing it seems.

i jsut keep the carbs low and wait until im starving before the next clean meal, every time.
this is an absolute foolproff way to do things while being able to live life normaly.no planning meals, nothing like that, just pre cooking stuff and thats that.
and before i worry about missing some meal, i just skip it.
to get rid of the last bits of fats, everyone will be introduced to harsh starving, very simple.
no theory about diet gonna change that.

Over recent years I have met several people who have been trained or are being trained by Palumbo. The Acromeglion is also "training" people "over the phone" (diet and nutrition advice, drug programs and so on) and he is even advising most people not to do cardio for burning fat calories. He instead recommends using "Clenbuterol" in pill form. In my prime I was taking 10 to 15 pills of 0.02 mcg per day of Clenbuterol while dieting.
Palumbo is known for taking daily (when dieting) 50 to 100 of these Clen pills at the same strength. Additionally he, for example, also recommends taking "Cytomel" in pill form as part of a combo with the clen. He was swallowing approximately 10 to 15 pills of Cytomel per day.
Do you guys understand how much this is (if true)?

Milos claimed Luke was inadvertently taking 2000mcg of T3 per day, i.e. 10x Dave's supposed crazy dosage. :o
I don't think Milos knew the dosage in the UG pills though, so I don't know where he got that figure.

So let's take 300mcg of t3 which will ruin our health and add calories from mcdonalds because we burn so much calories on t3 that it would eat us alive if he we didn't eat extra calories. Mcdonalds plus t3 plus everything else ruins our health even more.

I actually saw dexter jackson during the 2001 or 2002 grand prix. He was in the cafe at my old gym ordering like 5 barbecue chicken and rice plates for the trip to australia. keep in mind, this was dark meat chicken smothered in barbecue sauce and piles of white rice. You need to eat fat to lose fat. If you starve yourself of fat the body's going to hold on to its existing reserves of fat. It's mainly about the carb manipulation.

i know that stories about someone eating 7-8000 calories a day for bulking up are just pure bullshit!
you said it right-from my example sometimes i ate 2000 calories a day and felt fine (doing nothing no training) beeing for example @ 200pounds!
then i said am going to reduce 500 calories to cut BUT immediately when you reduce your calories your body @200 need much more,and you feel tired,could not train etc...
and when am 25 pounds lighter and i eat 2000 calories a day,man i can fly!
so they try to say "its pretty easy you cut 500 calories a day for 16 weeks and thats it"
