Most people remember my pictures I posted from the Arnold Classic and were yelling at me about how fat I looked in the pictures. I've been training hard and was utilizing a general dieting method but I did not feel the weight was coming off as fast as it should be....so I decided to use the Adonis Method since I didn't have .
I ate what I wanted but kept my calories between 1800 and 2400 as my metabolism had slowed down and simply ate what I wanted and keep a log of calories But I harpooned about 30 pounds of whale blubber from my body. Still a looooong way to go as I'm still pretty huskey but I'm feeling great and its a nice change from eating dry chicken breast, sweet potatoes, tilapa, and putting Mrs Dash on all of my fucking meals.

Now here's what I look like today along with my meal I had for Brunch which was a double stuffed French Toast with locally grown strawberries, bananas, and maple syrup....I still have 1500 calories to go for today. I've included an under shot of my cheeks so that everyone would know that I wasn't using any trick photography or photoshop bullshit.
No, I'm not ripped as I still got a long way to go but just had to give credit where its due.

I said I cut 30 pounds off so far...its only been 3 months and I lost the majority in the past month and a half. At 231, I'm still about 40 pounds off from my normal weight of 191 pounds. By August, I'll be below 200

Very good job at dropping 30 lbs my friend. Just keep it up and be consistent with your calorie count. You will get there in time. You will end up in single digit bodyfat given enough time.

I think you should keep going below that even. Might as well since its simple to do. How is your training?
You will succeed if you stick with it day in and day out. Its probably the easiest thing you can do really, just takes time.
I think you should update your progress on your site daily. Keep a log there.

Look, he has a long way to go and he already has lost 30 so I say he is well on his way provided he sticks with it.
He`s not going to look "good" until he gets down to at least 15 percent bodyfat and even then most people still don`t look "good" at 15 percent.
If he can stick with it, there should be no reason why he can`t, he will get there and beyond if he wants to.
Either way, 30 lbs lost so far is a good start.

Just keep sticking to it. Its going to take months as you have a lot of weight to lose, but you will get there.

I have my own workout space/ PT office in the house. Most of the equipment is small because I run around and train people so I keep it pretty simple because I can't go and lug around heavy equipment.
Even though my space is meant for operating my business, I can easily get the job done although I prefer to train outside

I'm never using steroids again....quit that mess in 2001 and don't intend to go back to it. Watching some of my friends drop dead and have all sorts of serious health issues was enough to convince me....Besides, I don't need that stuff to train.

Thanks, its why I depend on free weights. Mine are rusty and old but they still do the job....load it up and do bicep curl, tricep extensions, upright rows, and you can't go wrong with that

You would think that but when I added it all up, I was almost getting 3000 calories a day. Now that I cut back the calories, the weight is coming off.
And being 40 pounds overweight isn't as bad as it seems. Here's a picture of me in Under Armor shirt.....I still hold the weight ok....just no real definition or cuts is the big difference

I've also often wondered about Queen Vissy's true intentions. I just don't know whether he is with Melvin for true love or if it's due to Melvin's fame, notoriety and wealth by way of the bodybuilding industry. Queen Vissy knows very well that he won't ever meet someone like Melvin, but he does seem a little disingenuous and his ways, which leads me to believe that he is sticking with Melvin for the monetary benefits and the perks of being with a bodybuilding industry celebrity.

Look, he has a long way to go and he already has lost 30 so I say he is well on his way provided he sticks with it.
He`s not going to look "good" until he gets down to at least 15 percent bodyfat and even then most people still don`t look "good" at 15 percent.
If he can stick with it, there should be no reason why he can`t, he will get there and beyond if he wants to.
Either way, 30 lbs lost so far is a good start.

You can ask anyone who has ever met me that my arms are no fucking joke. I use no steroids, no synthol, no insulin, no growth hormone....nothing. I'm not saying I have the biggest but if 333386 has bigger arms than I do, he's welcome to put some pictures up as well as anyone else who thinks they can hang with me. Even in this casual pic with me walking around the Arnold Expo with no pump or nothing, I still got plenty of size
Gailenko and other are simply jealous that they have to inject a boatload of chemical just to match the size that I have naturally.

It works for what it does and I'll be putting up a responsive theme in a few weeks where it can be accessed on any device without a special program
The main page is the primary focus of Anabolic Mayhem and where the revenue I make comes from. Everything on the site is experimental and I use the data from the visitors to enhance my other websites

Problem is that there are too many commercialized boards that have to bow down to other companies and censor the material. Anabolic Mayhem is funded by no supplement company so I don't have to answer to no one
