Yup most guys have one or the other, just like guys will usually have a big chest OR big tris/arms.
Big tris look better when arm is relaxed/just hanging there, big bis look better when arm is flexed.

go hard and you will have both.

Triceps - 2/3 of arm size roughly, but should have both for the complete arm. A gigantic arm though needs some big ol' tri's :)

a hard 16 week contest prep diet will cut you up..... as long as your arms are trained. Its all about body fat levels.

well, I have big triceps and biceps that are so-so... I prefer it that way. my triceps you notice when i'm doing anything... just standing there... picking up a weight.. walking.. ect... plus I could 'wag' or shake out my biceps the way I do my triceps (like shaking out a quad)..
so, I wouldn't trade my triceps for big biceps anyday.

When I was younger my tris looked ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating when I say at 19 my tris could make a few pros jealous. I love tris because it gives you that powerful look.

well, they cathcing up,some actually know.the ones who pretended they wanted to train after new year etc glutony feasts,then they catch the word.
but seriously, what makes the arm impressive to them is the triceps overall, biceps is just the top up addition.

i have both and i frankly have no idea how i developed them, i wouldnt dare to give expertise and reduce it to 1 or 2 exercise, i always simply did all the variations, that way i knew some of the things will work.
and most likely its the exercise giving the best pump that makes them grow best.which is never the same for all people,thats why its stupid to say this particular exercise is best.

nah its all the bodyfat.
whenever someone says they dont get cut at certain area, they simply need more dieting.all the fat eventualy goes.
it goes something like this for males:
first forearms and calves get "dry"
followed by shoulders and upper chest area.arms get lean with these 2, about same time.when striation become visible in shoulders,the arms gonna be quite lean.
by then, the abs will show, not rock hard,there will be fat around navel area,serratus will be covered in fat so will lower pecs area.
legs will be cut with bit veins, but no striations yet in quads.
then you go on and back becomes dry,often the lower part is bit dryer than the upper part.
then you carry on, the abs fat goes,side abs look cut, serratus is out,legs dry,firs tstriations.
arms should be having visible brachialis easily by now.with spiderveins criss cross on biceps.
lower pecs area gets dry, solar plexus looks like its only covered by thin paper skin.upper back becomes dry,aka striations in traps,
now therell only be some fat over the glutes toward side abs left,and maybe some on glutes.the next step is full christmas tree and striated glutes(these can come soner,depend how big the muscle is).
this is how it works, but most break down and have dietary and mental breakdown somewhere where striations in shoulder start to show.

evrybody throws real ot imaginary #'s ,i'm pretty tight,abs ,thigh seperation,lower chest pretty lined ,summer i was pretty low as in not contest but full but lean/hard probably 6/8,,eating more carbs a bit probably on the low end 8 or 9pct..

I gave you chance after chance to agree to the terms of the challenge. You pussed out. Anyone half way literate can go back and read where you moved the goal post because I agreed. You originally said all that was needed was a sign of wolfox in the vid...no face. Anyway, I have basically no arms at all, but my biceps only make a difference if I'm flexing AND really really lean. My triceps, on the other hand, show when I'm wicked soft and pretty much doing nothing. So I'm going all in for triceps, with the obvious caveat being that I have huge legs and a decent dumper, so my arms don't matter at all anyway unless I'm wearing some kind of retarded sweatpants.

ive seen his (galineko sp?) pics on here- a guy that lean, w that bodyweight and height would have no problem doing working sets with 315 or better even if he didnt train with that kind of weight typically.

whenever someone says they dont get cut at certain area, they simply need more dieting.all the fat eventualy goes.
it goes something like this for males:
first forearms and calves get "dry"
followed by shoulders and upper chest area.arms get lean with these 2, about same time.when striation become visible in shoulders,the arms gonna be quite lean.
by then, the abs will show, not rock hard,there will be fat around navel area,serratus will be covered in fat so will lower pecs area.
legs will be cut with bit veins, but no striations yet in quads.
then you go on and back becomes dry,often the lower part is bit dryer than the upper part.
then you carry on, the abs fat goes,side abs look cut, serratus is out,legs dry,firs tstriations.
arms should be having visible brachialis easily by now.with spiderveins criss cross on biceps.
lower pecs area gets dry, solar plexus looks like its only covered by thin paper skin.upper back becomes dry,aka striations in traps,
now therell only be some fat over the glutes toward side abs left,and maybe some on glutes.the next step is full christmas tree and striated glutes(these can come soner,depend how big the muscle is).
this is how it works, but most break down and have dietary and mental breakdown somewhere where striations in shoulder start to show.

im at comp conditioning at between shredded to striations everywhere 200lbs to a bit fuller and carb loaded 210.thatd mean 240@10% fat, something like that.

I was on my heaviest cycle in May, At 220 plus, I could close grip bench press 365lbs with my hands 4 inches apart. and run the 100 meter in 10.6. this was not trained for, it was a result of gear use. Certain steroids (Testosterone only I believe) increases the size of motor neurons which is pretty much the route of explosive power. It also has the ability to change the shape, appearance and even number of muscle fibers.
For any of you ex rugby/football/ athletes who haven't had their 40 yard dash tested or your vertical jump checked out in 10 years but have taken gear heavily and continued to weight train using compound movements, I'd check it out. You just might freak yourself out.
