nah its all the bodyfat.whenever someone says they dont get cut at certain area, they simply need more dieting.all the fat eventualy goes.it goes something like this for males:first forearms and calves get "dry"followed by shoulders and upper chest area.arms get lean with these 2, about same time.when striation become visible in shoulders,the arms gonna be quite lean.by then, the abs will show, not rock hard,there will be fat around navel area,serratus will be covered in fat so will lower pecs area.legs will be cut with bit veins, but no striations yet in quads.then you go on and back becomes dry,often the lower part is bit dryer than the upper part.then you carry on, the abs fat goes,side abs look cut, serratus is out,legs dry,firs tstriations.arms should be having visible brachialis easily by now.with spiderveins criss cross on biceps.lower pecs area gets dry, solar plexus looks like its only covered by thin paper skin.upper back becomes dry,aka striations in traps,now therell only be some fat over the glutes toward side abs left,and maybe some on glutes.the next step is full christmas tree and striated glutes(these can come soner,depend how big the muscle is).this is how it works, but most break down and have dietary and mental breakdown somewhere where striations in shoulder start to show.
