CT Fletcher had hearts attacks and open heart surgery, you'd think as a wise man he'd advise this fella to slow the fek down a little ::)

What would you do if you were at 711 and he slapped your girlfriends ass?

you'd say, "slap it again...", right?

No, that's something you would say, you'd even offer your own ass.

Friend, everybody is insecure. Some more, some less. The one's who claim they aren't are a baloon full of air.

Insecurity to a certain degree is human nature, but if all you see is harm and danger to you in everything around you, that's unhealthy and abnormal and should be addressed accordingly.
-
No, that's something you would say, you'd even offer your own ass.
you'd say, "The front is fake...but slap it again."
And you know you'd do it, because you were just talking about how she is always seeking attention with her implants...well, she got it right?
You didn't even see the implications of what I said above.
Stop trying to play hard.

If a girl I am with shows you interest Mr Parker, I will willingly step out the way for you. But that will never happen, seeing as how rediculously charming and explosively handsome I am.

Honestly don't know what's more scarier body or face .

Typical Getbigger insecurity lol ::)
You're all just a bunch of scared men
As someone else mentioned, everyone has fears and insecurities. Being a properly functioning adult is accepting that as a human being you will feel vulnerable at times.
Everyone gets scared, being brave enough to accept and share your vulnerabilities with others is integral to being able to experience emotional intimacy and I dare say it.....connection. The mutual acknowledgement that it is our weaknesses as well as our strengths which bind us as individuals.
The societal and media perception that a man needs to be fearless, emotionless, able to handle anything life throws at him...is...a...lie. One of the primary reasons that suicide is highest among young men is because of the social bravado that cripples men from expressing emotional vulnerability.
But go on, pretend that you're different, that you're not just projecting your own insecurities over the internet because the veil of anonymity gives you the capacity to momentarily delude yourself, that you, amongst the massive throngs of imperfect creature that occupy this planet, are peerless as the grandiose embodiment of everything society thinks a man should be.

hahahaha.....if Hulk is so strong, why doesn't he compete in the world strongest men and put that strenght to good use.....I'm sure He'd smash the Competition.. ::) ::)
-
can't even compete with the bench press specialists
who knows, he just might do that...
-
who knows, he just might do that...
And get crushed.

And get crushed.
There comes a time when even the Hulk gets beaten...
Also, check the comments on the video, people saying dude is using Synthol in his tris ::)
-
Yeah the dude is fat and juiced to the gills but still WTF

01:30
white superiority
It's not just the strengh itself, look at the size of that hebrew :o!
-
Very strong guy in that video.
That aside, while CT feels strongly about this guy being the strongest man in the world, we actually have a member here on GetBig by the name of BigBadWolfe that, if I am not mistaken, benches over 650 pounds for reps and does so WITHOUT a bench shirt.
We saw the "Hulk" bench 495 for 1 rep and then he had stepped back.

I don't wake up every morning worrying about my ass getting kicked or my girls ass getting slapped...is that too much cockiness in your eyes?
Should I be shitting myself if a guy bigger than me walk past?

Thanks for clarifying calfo, and sorry it went over my head :-*

yeah i gotta say
pretty damn impressive
imagine wearing galineko flamboyant shirt in club and this fella walks in
He would get all the girls fo sho...
-
CT Fletcher is just a bullshitter, but a strong and charismatic black one.
You meant hebrew i believe. :)

That's one bad ass Hebrew.

Lol seriously.
Lots of insecure beta males on this forum obessessing over what makes someone 'alpha' and 'what if so and so slapped your ass' and 'what would you do if so and so stepped on your shoes...'
It feels like a bunch of insecure high school freshman jockeying for approval and overcompensating for insecurity (steroids, etc).
The sad truth is they are probably guys in their 30s - 40s.
Must be; most have been posting on here almost 10 years now.
-
damn this fella is giving rich piano a run for his pmma money
What a scary looking freak, I love to see guys like this in the gym it gets me so pumped up.

Wiggs,
I'm not trolling you, I just happen to have my own beliefs which do not mirror your own.
The above is usually a common occurance in modern democracies, which doesn't and shouldn't lead to civil unrest nor violent clashes in civilised societies which I am sure both me and you come from, and we will uphold such values and refrain from calling each other "weasel dicks", albeit the latter name calling has been one sided lately.
Thank you

Nothing gayer than explaining getbig history to a punk ass rookie. ::)

I have a hard time understanding ebonics, even british english seems to be easier.

Your beliefs are wrong sheep. You'll feel like a blithering idiot when this becomes common knowledge. I suggest doing research instead of crowning a group of people something they're not. It only exposes your ignorance...You can't even hold a logical argument about your beliefs. I guarantee you can't defend them with any proof. I can with mine. Toodles.

Being black (judging from your picture I hope I am not mistaken) I am inclined to think that you may be biased towards finding positive historical facts about your ancestry, seeing as America succeeded in making african americans feel somewhat less important and worthy than their counter part whites. However, I am neither black or jewish, hence my mind absorbs information in a neutral format. Regurgitating written books of questionnable accuracies and less than respected writers does not constitute proof.
However, saying that, arguying with a stubborn fanatic is a pointless exercise for me. So here it is....be as Hebrew as Natanyahu...I couldn't give a sh*t.

CT Fletcher had hearts attacks and open heart surgery, you'd think as a wise man he'd advise this fella to slow the fek down a little ::)
Does he look like a wise man?
-
I wonder if KaliMuscle is worried about this guy stealing his thunder?!
-
Does he look like a wise man?
He's lecturing the world via youtube media on training.
-
he's a little fat though
should ease up on the post work out binges. his "hardcore" demeanor would be less embarrassing if he was a little ripped
-

looks like that "hulk-negro" has syntholed his arms. probably other parts aswell. it's downhill from here.

I would like to hear BigBadWolfe's assessment of "Da Hulk"
if you remove all of the cheap theatrics that is one strong dude, I hope that he tries to improve his technique and start competing in bench contests.
Obviously he has a ways to before he can compete with the top guys.
On the getbig scale he needs to improve substantially before he can lift on the level of most members ::)
-
Yeah impressive, but not impressive when you consider his strength to bodyweight. Benching 400lbs for reps ain't that impressive if you're a roided 400lbs dude.
-
he's a middle aged guy who is obsessed with the size of his arms (even writes books called "my magnificent obsession with arms" )
that doesnt really suggest he's the sharpest tool in the box
He won several titles, powerlifting and bodybuilding. What have you done besides talk shit?
-

thats a young man's game
now he's old and living in the past
-
Towards the end of the video he benched 495 pounds for two reps and he is pausing on his chest for a bit so he is one strong dude, if he trained for the worlds strongest man or a bench press contest i am sure he would do well.

worlds apart from Spotos 722 bench

Paus reps at 1.25 bodyweight. ::)
-
the way spotto throws around 495 is just right outof a comic book ;D
A prime Coleman would've put him to shame don't you think? ???
-
Ronnie did 495 for 5 reps, this guy did 1. And he has the benefit of being a permabulker.
Ronnie > this guy.
-
Not to mention: Stripped down to Coleman's conditioning in TCOR, he would be a whole lot smaller. My guess is he's carrying about 60-70lbs of fat and water underneath that impressive husk of muscle.
Big difference between benching 500 at 10% BF and doing it at 20%+.

Wonder if he's natural too like Fletcher. ;D

If it wasn't for the pause reps, I think he could do more. How much, I don't know. Would like to seem train for bench pressing.
From what it looks like, dude just likes to lift.
-

I'd have his max around 525-550lbs going by the video. Very strong but a long way off being elite.
This is elite:
:o
-
balance all that steroid abuse and spending hours in the gym with their 5 children and beautiful chocolate woman
Leopold, looks like every black female is 'beautiful' in yours eyes ??? , how is fat baby mama ;D

:o
yeah, you maybe right...
And that was...damn...but, dude's gut is way bigger than his chest.
And I have to say this about the hulk, even though his chest is big, it's got that "bulk big" look to it. You know the look... Don't know if does inclines or not.
-

possibly more impressive than Spoto because of the "form". back flat to bench.
But world record is world record and Spoto has it.
-
A prime Coleman would've put him to shame don't you think? ???
We're talking about Spoto here. Coleman would look positively pathetic benching beside Eric Spoto. So, too, this "Da ( ::)) Hulk" clown.
(LOL @ talk of someone here pressing 650 for reps without a bench shirt. Even Spoto wouldn't crush more than a few at that poundage, and he's BY FAR the greatest bench presser of this day.)
This oilbag hulk guy isn't very impressive. As said, he's full of oil and gas, and his strength isn't impressive, all things considered. Yeah, he did mega-pauses with 405, but he just lets the bar sit on his chest, caving it in, before the toobox shouts, "Hulk smash!". And he gets five like this.
I really hate this "Da" (duh?) dude.
Hell, even a prime Kovacs, he of the endless horseshit strength claims, would annihilate him. And standing next to him, "Da" would simply disappear. Of course, Greg is dead, but ... yeah.
-
How much did Coleman weigh here? This was his biggest ever shape offseason, in 2005. My guess is he was prodding 350. Consider he was 325 in the beginning of Relentless, which was the end of his 2006 offseason. So I'm assuming at 350, he could probably bench 585 for 1-2 reps at least, given that in 2003 he did 5x 495 in close to precontest shape.

where do you get the "full of oil"? His arms, particularly his tris look normal to me.
I find it funny how people on here talk about how bbers are boring and their training vids suck, and then when you get vids like this, there is still criticism.
I think the main goal of this vid is to get people inspired. Sure, there is a lot of hyperbole in this vid, but I take it as one big unknown dude lifting some heavy weight. Dude is not cocky, and If anything Ronnie and Spoto would probably give this dude his props.
It takes nothing to just say, "dude is a big strong mofo" and leave it at that.
It takes more energy to do otherwise.
-
coleman would blow spotto away if he practiced bench pressing for 6 months and bulked up to 380-400lbs
You're so out to lunch it's embarrassing.
Coleman wasn't a great presser, even considering his huge gas intake and size.
Do you have even the SLIGHTEST understanding of the colossal difference between five for several and a few with almost 700 pounds?!
Please stop embarrassing yourself.
Spoto is in a whole other league. Even amongst true elite pressers he's an anomoly.
-
There was some black guy who was even bigger than this guy in a Youtube video doing 495 for reps. He was talking about how he only eats twice a day to conserve energy. Dude was at least 350, maybe 400, but not that fat. Anyway, he was more wide that this guy, was doing inclines, and didn't do any of the stupid screaming or posturing.
-

Can't see the oil? Quite obvious, fella.
And this video is not inspirational.
-
James Henderson who held the "natural" raw bench record at 711lbs
That's him. Guy is a real humble and respectable dude, unless this clown in the video.
-
One-trick ponies or not, the VERY few of Eric's abilities (like, maybe three or four, ever) were/are grotesquely gifted in their chosen pursuit.
Like Coleman is as a bodybuilder.
In that one video where Ronnie's pressing 495, he's hardly "feeling" the weight. He simply struggles for several reps.
What many don't know, is that a great many high-level bodybuilders are MUCH stronger pre-contest, as this is when most are really going for it, drug-wise. Simply adding 50 pounds of fast-added fat won't make much of a difference. Perhaps another 25 pounds for a few. There's about. And specialty training will have to be done for more than six months to put appreciable pounds on the bar. Over 5/600, every additional pound is monster.
For the record, only three men have EVER officially pressed seven or more, raw.
Again, spare yourself the embarrassment and don't comment on that which you do not know.
-
sure
James Henderson was a legend bencher like Scot Mendelson and now Spotto
Yes, one of only three who have ever pressed seven or more, raw.
-
Can't see the oil? Quite obvious, fella.
And this video is not inspirational.
Are you talking about his triceps?
This vid may not be inspirational to you...but to others who may need a boost, to motivate them, it might be.
Also, this vid is targeted to those who make excuses to skip out...Like the thread below.
This vid is not targeted to guys who are already motivated.
That is CT Fletcher's whole deal, motivation.
-
ronnie coleman is the most gifted athlete in the history of human civilization
he could have set the all time powerlifting record, brian dobson says this and brian knows a thing or two about powerlifting
Your first comment is sheer idiotic.
Your second, close to it. Brian, with whom I have spoken, is no expert in strength. And while I agree Ronnie was super strong and likely could have done very well as a powerlifter (even though his beginnings in the sport wasn't all that impressive), he would have struggled mightily to have been in the lower ranks of the true elites.
Just stop, dude. Seriously.
-
I don't see how that video is motivation to the average blob contemplating bodybuilding because the guy in the video is clearly on steroids or maybe more. If he was natural and fat, then I would say at least the wannabe permabulkers would look up to him. But he's more like an amateur bodybuilder/powerlifter hybrid (obviously not IFBB material). So I just see it as a video like Kali's crappy clips, trying to impress people by how loud they can be while they bench weights that are impossible to 9 out of 10 people viewing them.
Now, of course, a guy who is on gear and dreams of being the strongest guy in his gym - and already lifts big - then the video is a little exhilarating, sure.
-

Brian was definitely being dishonest when he said Ronnie showed up to his gym without having lifted a weight in the late '80s, and already had veins popping out of his thighs through his pants. That is simply wonky. I saw a pic of Ronnie taken in November of '89 and he was already juicing and had enormous arms, but in that case he was doing this stuff before he checked into Metroflex. Which isn't Brian's version or Ronnie's actually. So I would just as well ignore anything Brian has to say about his favorite gym regular, he's hardly impartial.
-
ronnie coleman is just squeezing these like the pink dumbbells
sure spotto did 17 or so shitty ego reps with them too
but all he trains for is strength, is bloated like a swine and he couldnt do half those reps with coleman's form
And Spoto presses a couple of hundred more pounds than Coleman could (which, when you're talking five or more, is STAGGERING in the extreme), so what are you saying?
I know Ronnie and like the guy. And his Olympia form was something to behold, but in a realm of strength athletes and those who are elite pressers, Coleman was nowhere.
-
All around big dude but not impressed with his strength at all. For as big as that guy is and as much drugs as he is on you would think would be a whole hell of a lot stronger. Hell I've been clean for 4 yrs fat and out of shape and can still do everything that he just did. Big YES.....Strong not impressed!!!!
-

Exactly. I am drug-free and can almost do a couple of paused reps with 405, weighing CONSIDERABLY less (about 270).
-
you are full of shit
RC #1
Why I have chosen to argue with you concerning strength, etc. ... ???
You're mostly inferior of intelligence and clearly rather ignorant where human strength is concerned.
I've tried to educate as best I could. And like a true meatball you've thrown up roadblocks at every opportunity.
Folks of spiritual religion do the same thing.
Best of luck. It's all you might have, ever.
-
And now this thread has devolved into a Bber vs PL thread, specifically Ronnie Coleman vs Spoto.
-
Powerlifting and strongest man shows don't pay well because they're even more unattainable and niche than bodybuilding is.
Reduced fanbase = reduced revenue = fewer sponsors and small cash pools. Much smaller. Not to mention strong men are more common than shredded men who weigh 250-300lbs and know how to pose.
The Olympia and AC prize money has grown proportionately to the interest in the sport. I don't know exactly what the status of powerlifting is but it seems to not expand outside a small circle of weight-lifting fanatics.
-
Nig dude. All the way nig dude.
-
the reason being is that nobody gives a shit about a bloated pig doing a shaky single rep with a whole entourage cheering him on
I give a shit. Many people I know do, too.
Many would say you're all about the show with zero passion for the go.
Style without substance.
But you couldn't care less, I know. You're too much the toolbox.
Go "get the girls" (aka punching the money) and leave manly pursuits to men.

Im 100% natural and I can bench press the same weight he did.

I work out w this guy sometimes at an LA Fitness in Dallas Texas and will vouch he is big and strong huge ass and torso. Def Kais size and a strong plifter.

;D

thats a young man's game

His bodybuilding victory was just a few years ago.
We are all going to age and our body will not be like before.
At least at some point of his life he did the did and walked the walk. Hell he is still working out with massive poundages at his age, is that not good enough?
-

Thats generally how I saw it too.
With his "Hulk" nickname, the grand intro he was given by Fletcher and the sheer size of the guy, the lifts he ended up doing were pretty underwhelming. :-\
There was a video of Alexey Lesukov reppin out 440lbs a few days back and that was far more impressive.
As someone earlier said, he's more like the black Rich Piana than the black Eric Spoto. ;D

Cool video though - 'Hulk Smash' - and 200,00 views in a day...
-
Why was this thread title changed?
Was it offensive?

No. I like being everything to everyone. :D

As someone earlier said, he's more like the black Rich Piana than the black Eric Spoto. ;D
Let's not forget the claimed 545 bench of Lee Priest (in Flex magazine).
-
Let's not forget the claimed 545 bench of Lee Priest (in Flex magazine).
If you were to make a thread containing all the bullshit lifting claims made by the pro's, it would go on and on forever. ;D
Priest wouldn't dare even do lockouts with that weight. :D

I'm thinking this was super bulk Priest, right after he ate a bucket of KFC. After his supposed 545 bench, he rewarded himself with a bucket of Popeyes and KFC....he locked out his elbows when downing both buckets.
-
James Henderson did only 4 lbs. less than Mendelson in a tested meet! That's impressive, isn't it? At least he was drug free that day.
It's extremely doubtful he was drug-free on that day, but any way you slice it, pressing seven or more is BEYOND impressive. Like I say, several of the freakiest pressers of all-time have been pinned with considerably less (Kennelly) than such a poundage.
-
What would you do if you were at 711 and he slapped your girlfriends ass?
Is that a serious question? WTF? Why would you handle it ANY different if CT Fletcher did it than any other man? Even if I wasn't this size I would think no different - I was skinny as hell in the Corps and I promise you I would have handled it
-
Very strong guy in that video.
"1"
the hulk in vid is built for power lifting....thats a powerful, insane built he has right thurrr. needs to ditch ct and get with a real power lifting coach
-
I tought he was saying "Hulk.. trash!" that made no sense whatsoever.
-

Come on now...It's not a serious question, it's a inside joke.
I remember when the Iraq war was just starting and there was report of a bunch of Marines who got thrown out of strip club in Puerto Rico, they went back in, and they got "handled"...very badly.
-
Strong press specialist but not elite.
Here's 585 a few years back.

Henderson was drug free that day. Mendelson was probably on a crazy amount of orals and stimulants.

if you look up to this guy and get motivated by his videos, you are a peasant. graduate from peasantry and you don't need to watch these silly clips. just another liar.
-
guy carries more muscles than 98% of pros. Not CT the other dude

That big black dude is awesome for motivation he gets me pumped up.

i was just admiring the chocolate mountain of muscles
not ct, he's looking small
You call a guy with 211/2 arms, looking small?
Granted, he's standing next to Washington who weighs 315 lbs, but still......
-
Amazing the bullshit people fall for.

Have you been to Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory? That is the last place had heard the term "chocolate mountain" used young lad

100% WRONG! If this Guy would diet down for a show and got ripped he would b 230's tops. He is big ..but he is bloated. Look at his face

Steroids mixed with cocaine is a hell of a combination. Can you imagine any potential Gym members walking through the place and these jailbird type nutters screaming the place down. Surely these gorillas can't be good for business. Hulk SmASH, WTF SERIOUSLY! MENTAL AGE OF 8.
-
Depending what kind of deal he has with youtube. He can be making around 5000$ per 1 million views.
Depends on category etc, Dunno how high fitness related vids are.
-
A friend of mine who's started training recently, asked me the other day "Hey, this CT Fletcher guy on youtube - do you think he is natural as in 'no steroids or anything" I couldn't even think of a suitable response, so I just did the real life version of this smiley ::) and then said "Do you want an espresso before we train".

yeah, sometimes you are not even sure how to answer people. Many times you want to give the shortest answer to get you out of the conversation. And the truth would take you too long to explain.
I usually smile and walk away when he hear these responses:
"he is church going"
"he swears on his children"
"I have known him all of my life"
"why would he lie, he even took some test"
"he has been training for over 25 years"

He Ate Heavy foe 20 years and honed the lactic acids

They're in MetroFlex Long Beach. The members know it's a video shoot; so they allow Fletcher and Washington ("Da Hulk") to clown in the gym.

Crushing those BigMacs

he saves for cutler new dvds.
-
he is breath taking all that muscles, well placed fat and passable oil
The homo is strong in this statement.

LOL @ Fletcher. ;D
"Strongest mother fucker on planet Earth."
::)
So many guys around that would totally smoke this "Hulk" at benching that its not even funny.
Fletcher knows that this kind of bullshit sells though. :D

The average gym dude is pretty dumb the other day a dude ask me what I take to look so jacked, so I decided to be sarcastic and told me I stack celltech with nitrotech, saw the fool a week later and he told me that he brought the celltech and nitro tech at gnc so he is ready to get big what a dumbass.

Indeed, especially if he skipped over the marked-down GNC 100% Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate (Fruit Punch or Blue Raspberry).
He could have picked up the former for $20 (or less) and the latter for $8 (or less).
;D
-
And these guys would be........
Well, Eric Spoto for starters would school this dude. :D
Here's "Hulk" doing 600lbs:
Now here's Spoto handling the same weight:
-
is this real ???
This mayor guy just tracks down these people in the industry. Almost creepy.
-
yeh but does eric have the ballz to do it without a spot?
Hulk would have repping it out if only he had a spotter (or Spoto :D) behind him.
;D
-
no but still takes ballz of steel
Big, green balls of steel. ;D
Yeah, you're right. I give him props for that but it wouldn't have made much difference to the difficulty of the lift itself.
-
Thanks for the compliments guys
-
it can give a mental boost but no way he had 2 reps in him
it didnt even look like his buttocks were on the bench
Not sure what the Hulk's competition lifts are, but judging by his video's, I don't think he's any much a stronger presser than some pro BB's like Kai or Lesukov.
Strongest mofo on the planet according to Fletcher though. :D
-
kai and alex are super strong and use more difficult form than power lift
but CT is getting old and small
this causes the ego to hyper inflate
look at vic richards after his career his claims became more and more outrageous
http://forums.musculardevelopment.com/showthread.php/58397-Where-Are-They-Now-with-Victor-Richards-by-Shawn-Ray
:I have bench pressed between 550 on incline bench and 600+ pounds flat bench; 200 pounds on dumbbell press. I’ve done shoulder presses in the range of 450 pounds; squatted nearly 900 pounds, as well I’ve done barbell curls up to 315 pounds and I never liked using a belt or knee wraps.
As far back as 1989, I recall a particular promoter at the Orange County Bodybuilding Classic trying to pocket my guest posing fee of $2,500. I had specifically asked for the money to be donated for children of Muscular Dystrophy.
Compared to Hulk or his former powerlifting self, perhaps.
Otherwise.......Sorry!! I don't call a guy with solid 211/2 arms "small".

From the 2014 Arnold - he is popular

not impressed with this hulk fella, offseason look, bloated, smooth, synthol arms. I wonder if Lou know he's being referred to as da hulk, he didn't appear to be putting 110% into his benching.
CT sounds like samuel L jackson voicing over that video

Yeah the way CT is hyping dude up is bs and hurts CTs credibility.
-
Would have been funny if while in the hulk act, theatrics and all with CT being the hype man, Eric Spoto walked in, put on the hulks max and repped it out like nothing.

You saw the vid of him putting up 600, right? I don't think he is competitive, he just likes to lift. Correct me if I am wrong. Every gym has a few dudes who just love to lift. That is what made Ronnie Coleman special, and what torn him down...he liked lifting heavy ass weights. He enjoyed it.

Many athletes seem to do this when they retire. They want to stay relevant so will never miss the opportunity to tell anyone who is willing to listen how amazing they were and how the current generation don't compare to theirs. :D
When it comes to strength, some bodybuilders just pull random numbers out of their ass. Just bullshit to sell their image, like what Andy Haman does. ;D
Yeah the way CT is hyping dude up is bs and hurts CTs credibility.
;D
He knows its bullshit too. But he's also smart enough to know that hype sells. +2m viewers in a few weeks is pretty damn impressive for a weightlifting video.
-

Yeah, he may just be one of those guys who just loves being the biggest and strongest mofo in the gym and isn't interested in competing. But then he shouldn't be billed by Fletcher as being "strongest mofo on two legs" etc. :D
Hard to pin point what made Coleman special as for me it seemed to be blend of several things. Insane and freakish muscularity compiled with a likeable persona and a hard-core attitude in the gym. Not to mention being strong as fuck. :D

Bitch please.
This is fucking strength.

C'mon, if you have to make a comparison with the best bencher in the world right now then that says something about Hulk.....he's a beast.
That's like when folks attempt to discredit great singers who perform "Nessun Dorma" and in order to discredit their performance they can only compare them to Pavarotti LOL.....one of the best of all time.
When you get to elite strength levels like Hulk the only comparisons are against worldclass. Even Dan Greene can't touch 600lb and Stan Efferding (one of the best in the world today) can barely put it up. I'm not even sure Kaz could put it up in his prime. Ted Arcidi could put it up. These are all elite, best in the world.
-

The thing is though, I'm just judging this Hulk dude by the stuff that was being proclaimed in the video. During it, we heard the following things being said:
"That's a walking legend right there"
"They whisper about this guy in corners"
"I see it but can't believe it"
"They don't do that shit no more"
"What?! Did he really do that shit?"
"Strongest mother fucker walking around on two legs"
"Strongest mother fucker on planet Earth"
"Cannot be defeated"
"Muhammad Ali of powerlifting"
:D
After all that hype, I was expecting to be blown away. Instead, all we end up seeing is Hulk doing several paused reps with 405lbs and then a paused double with under 500lbs. :-\
Very strong but come on, there are a number of pro BB's currently around that can do that. ;D

Yes samuel l fletcher, sorry ct jackson really bigged him up in the vid but he couldn't even manage 110% like the real hulk

the pullups were the most impressive part
-
Morgan L Fishburne is a funny character indeed
-
spotter on the bar but it looked light
Try rest pausing 500 on your chest for a few seconds and pushing it back up, good luck. All of these were 3/4 reps tops and touch and go.

kaz had the record for years...660...paused and very strict judging
this hulk fella couldn't sniff green's or Stan's other numbers in squat and dl
Jeremy hoornstra is stronger bencher than this guy....242 class and 670 bench...raw and officially judged.

Maybe I'm missing something? There appears to be 585 on that bar. Seven plates would be 675.
P.S. Don't be a dumbass. Zack would get pinned for the full count with anything nearing 675. ::)
P.P.S. 585 for two is incredible, regardless. But Spoto strong?! Not EVEN CLOSE.
-
kai uses much harder form than powerlifting form
pause or no pause
You are a fucking idiot, hope this helps kid

Where does it say 675? :D
Its 260kg which is just under 575lbs. Just used it as an example to show that even some BB's like Zack can more than match this Hulk dude for strength.
Obviously guys like Spoto, Mendelson & Siamand are next level.
-
(http://i61.tinypic.com/4j12qa.jpg)

Im 100% natural and I can bench press the same weight he did.
Would love to see that. Maybe the next time you're in we can see it?

Henderson was ridiculous. One of the strongest upper bodies in history.
I wonder how much Siamand has done in training, away from the cameras.
