Dear Ronald,
As for racist accusations by black supremacist getbig members Parker and Lobstah they are entirely inappropriate. These people are just furiously angry that a white man has bread with one of their toptier females. They are racists, not me for having such thoughts.
Philipped Heath is always stepping over the line so I went a little bit crazy when I realized he was reading the thread live, I called him a cuckold but said his wife seems like a virtuous Christian woman, that is the fact.

Well to be honest with you there is a conspiracy theory currently circulating around that Halo was set up and that the real reason he got banned had nothing to do with what was mentioned or had little to do with it.
The theory suggested to me by an undisclosed source seemed to suggest that Halo's name i.e. Anabolic Halo was coming up with his ramblings on Goggle search and effectively giving bad press to the actual "Anabolic Halo" supplement company in market place who made complaint and asked for blood.
Furthermore it has been suggested that the real Phil Heath never came online here as a guest and that was a gimmick set up/storyline to set Halo up.
Now if some shit happened to me like that as a business owner (i.e. Getbig ) it is totally understandable and I wouldn't be putting by business relationships on the line for any forum internet poster who I couldn't give two fucks about.
However I wonder if OMR and Ron would play ball and entertain Halo's return on the following conditions:
1) A name change hence nothing showing up on Google for the Anabolic Halo supplement.
2) Promise that the slightest infraction of breaking the rules, particularly using racist language would lead to automatic IP ban.
Again I am not sure if I was OMR or Ron this is simply a risk worth taking and I could see why they wouldn't.
Then again they have proven to be exceptionally lenient in general over the years.
Interesting to see how this one plays out.

we can allow our Cuban friend to return and simply remove the occasional reported post (like we do with everyone else) and cap the number of threads he can make a day
we need to encourage people submitting content to the site, not stomp on their heads for the occasional excess

acne seems to be almost gone/majorly improved, told me he is off cycle, keeping shape still.

I would like to arrange a 3 way Skype conversation with me, Halo and Lobstah to have a grown up civilized discussion about this and for differences to be put aside if Lobstah agrees.

Only way Halo is coming back is if Lobstah is on board and willing to forgive and forget.

Man, I have never hit the report to mod button, especially on halo. Dude has issues. The problem is, he bothers Lobstah from understanding. Halo has been done a huge favor by being removed from this board.
Some people have an unhealthy obsession with message boards. On the bright side, Halo appeared to actually socialize with people outside of the board and so has a real life outside of the board to go back to.
Joon - well he appears to have now built a life revolving around the board. Hence he needed to intervene and move Halo out of the way because he could not bear to share what he considers "limelight".
Think about it - when you log off Getbig, how much time do you spend thinking about it? For most that is close to zero.
Now imagine actually planning your days around getbig. Desperately trying to impress people there. Having it as the focal point in your life - being a "name" there and having it drive your activities in meatspace.
At best it's an addiction. At worst it's an unhealthy outlet for someone with severe mental issues.

In this case, someone's beliefs made them act like a cock. But more than that, this is Ron's board. From what he's told me, HE asked Halo to chill out. I do NOT make the final call here, Ron does. I think halo is definitely sexist but it's rampant on getbig. As for racism It's rampant on here as well. I think it's racist for people to refer to me or others as a mudshark. So since everyone else gets away with it then I don't think it's fair that halo gets singled out.

No sweetheart lets just be super crystal clear here about what happened, the email he sent me was not a "Private" message to me, it was part of three messages he wanted me to "Post" on the board, he was still doing it in "character".
I have many communications with him where its private and he talks completely normally.
Off course it was misguided of me to post that one out of three messages for the board where he used that offensive term which I had no idea at the time was offensive (many people here admitted they didn't either as its not a common term) and had I known it was offensive I wouldn't have posted it as you well know and documented.
Honestly do you for one second even think that's how he talks or acts in real life???? Without meaning to be disrespectful to you, that would be highly naive. Yes people do for the most part have online persona's and characters which can be entirely different to what they actually are like.
I have seen a completely different side of Halo ever since I got talking to him, a caring man and a devoted father who idolizes his son and wishes things had turned out differently with his partner and is a harmless and sweet man.
I know what racist people are really like, I bumped into fair share of them in my life, Halo 100% guaranteed is not one of them despite what his online persona suggests.

Guess what my love people are allowed to have stereotypes, are allowed to be misguided, ignorant, base beliefs on generalizations and myths and they often do but that does NOT necessarily automatically make them racist and to put everything under the racist umbrella is political correctness gone into over drive .

-Telling a black man or woman he cannot sleep or eat in your hotel because he is black is RACIST.
- Telling a black man or woman he must drink from a different water fountain than whites is RACIST
- Telling a black man or woman he will be paid a lower wage for doing the same job a white man does is RACIST.
-Or he will be only allowed to stay and live in a certain section of town.
- Calling black people the N word in a derogatory manner or otherwise is RACIST.
Saying something like "I love to fuck black girls because they are such beasts in bed" might be derogatory, rude and offensive but in my view can't necessarily be interpreted to be racist.
Off course I wouldn't ever express myself that way and it can often be difficult to judge and there is a fine line.

The Halo Defense League understands that transgressions were rendered by its client, and for that it apologizes. Nonetheless, it is everyone's interest to deescalate this conflict and put substantive proposals for a ceasefire on the table.
In exchange for regaining access to the main board, Halo can: serve a 2 week TO sentence; return for a probationary period with thread creation limits; have extra officers assigned to him prevent his targeting any more Hebrews for hate crimes.
This way, he pays penance and gets a second chance whilst the board gets an uptick in quality content and bodybuilding-related material.

Mostly it's Fitness First type places in Bangkok. All new gear but not dungeonesque if that's your thing. Still - there's no "anti BBer vibe" here and the gyms all have squat racks and loads of free weights.
Lumpini park has a couple of cool outdoor gyms but most of the gear heads go to Pattaya - there's some hardcore gyms there. Plus Pattaya gear is cheaper and accommodation is really cheap.
