stop asking me something with a reference to those guys.. wtf do I have in common with them? is that the ONLY diet or type of dieting you heard of? gosh you are an idiot

I have them eat healthy: lean meats, wide array of veggies, low glycemic index carbs, some healthy fats. They have exact quantities they respect and I do make changes as I see fit depending on the scope and the person's metabolic rate response etc.

I teach people how to eat healthy and functional rather than driven by taste. 8-10 on an average finish what they start with me so I am happy.. 10 years ago it was 2/10 on an average. Being able to work with ANYONE is a challenge I welcome. My latest clients are 2 10 yo kids.. I am not joking.

I think the internet has given a medium for douchebags that are totally delusional. Sev - just because the horrifically out of shape locals think you are a guru - doesn't make you an ACTUAL guru.

All of his clients have the same look, so you can tell his methods wind up with this result.

However, to be fair, I don't think he's trying to turn these guy into BBs... Probably just trying to get them lean/in shape.

I am a trainer but I can tell you that is bullshit, most people who hire personal trainers are the ones that lack motivation in the gym, go to you tube and you can learn how to do an exercise properly and all the diets and training routines in the world are available for free on the internet, there are no secrets in this game.

Also, when you get to the higher levels of corporate America, having a trainer becomes a prestige thing.

the 1st one went from skinny fat to skinny crack head

the 2nd one could have achieved the same result going to weight watchers or similar women's dieting club

the 3rd actually looks like he might have done some physical exercise, so that is good. i wouldn't give up the day job though.

I don't believe a total noob would be able to lose 53lb's in 3 months, I am sorry I am gonna call you out on that.
That's nearly 18lb every single month, I call bullshit. 6 months yes, 3 months no. Let's do some basic maths.

Each lb loss requires 3500 caloric deficit. So to lose 53lb's would require a 185,500 caloric deficit.
That means in order to achieve 180,500 caloric deficit in 90 days  you would need a daily caloric deficit of 2061 calories.

Even if the guy is eating 1000 calories a day, he would need to burn another 2000 calories a day to do that.
Even if you go for a hard jog for one hour (something a noob will not be able to do immediately) you burn something like 700 calories.

So to achieve that level weight loss in 90 days will require running hard for 3 hours a day NON STOP and eating just 1000 calories a day.
So its very obvious why you are again totally full of shit.
I rest my case

my practice shits on your theory time and again

It was a serious question. I am giving you props for the transformations, just questioning the time frame you mentioned for the first one.

I would like to know how you went about making the first guy lose 53lb in 3 months?

Care to give a constructive answer we can all learn from?

You call me out and make yourself look like a stupid idiot with your "math" while you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. Love idiots like yourself.

That being said here's his story: a very pretty girl, his girlfriend was starving herself with diets while exercizing too much until she fucked up her hormonal balance and her periods ceased. Goes to an endo doc and the idiot puts her on progesteron and estrogen. She gains 80 lbs in 3 months then comes to me desperate to "fix her" while refusing to quit her "hormonal treatment". After 6-7 weeks as I predicted she starts losing some weight, starts tellig me I don't know what I am doing, gives me nutritional advice and so forth while fucking up the diet consistently. While trying to work with her, her boyfriend, a truck driver, listening to me talking all day about meat and greens starts eating just that: meat and greens.. he was also coming to train together with her every saturday and sunday while in town so I watched him starting to melt. After watching him drop 20 lbs after 4 weeks .. while she became more irate, I told her to fuck off politely and to prove a point, for the money she spent offered to train him. So I fixed his diet, he ate exactly what I told him, trained by himself on the road then with me during the weekends.

Here above he is after 3 months (pic taken yesterday morning). When I am done burning the fat off of him (2-3 weeks), I will build him up a little. All this so to demonstrate his insane girlfriend that I am right and she is wrong  ;D

He is very easy to work with, does exactly what I tell him to do and never questions anything. Even I am impressed with his transformation.

So the key to this success story was eating meat and vegetables?
How much meat was he eating a day and how much vegetables?
Approximate calorie intake daily?

Also how much you do normally charge clients for prep or such transformations?

I am currently 203lb, probably around 20% BF, I would like to come down to approx 180lb and 15%BF in one month, what do i need to do?

no, I told you what he did BEFORE I took him over.. pay attention

For anything over 3 months I charge 300 euros as a flat fee paid upfront .. normally I charge 100 euros a month. I tell them what to eat, they send me pics of each meal every day so I can rest assure that what I tell them coincides with what they eat, daily weight, pics weekly and before and after. This is for people from other cities or countries. Locals usually train with me 3-4 times a week in addition to diet monitoring. This is how it generally goes.. not that complicated. I charge diet separately .. training with me is 11-12 euros an hour.

Yes basically I am quite motivated by this and it's good timing actually.I was looking to lose 20lb and I would love to do that within 1 month if possible, I have a vacation coming up. I was actually in all honesty looking to start doing keto tomorrow. So like I said good timing.
Can you be more reasonable about your rate please, (I am not a millionaire), how about 150 euro's for one month?

Happy to send you the money tomorrow via Western Union. I just want to lose 20lb in less than 30 days and I need someone to hold me accountable.
I can train twice a day for 4 hours a day if need be and do crazy amounts of cardio on top of weights.
Just mainly need help with the diet rather than training.

Do you think this is possible?

so I charge 100 euros a month and you ask me to charge you 150 "to be more reasonable"  ;D

btw, my clients train 3 times a week with weights for 1 hour each session circuit training and I include 20 min of moderate cardio .. if they do extra cardio it's all good by me

it is possible to lose 20 in a month, depends on your metabolism and discipline, not everyone loses weight that fast

it is "normal" to burn about 1kg of fat per week .. in the first month or two you add to that all the water weight, that's why some transformations seem "spectacular"...after 2-3 months invariably everyone ends up burning 1kg a week plus minus a little

Good job, because many people lack the motivation to actually lose weight, and work out more than a few times here and there.  A trainer does motivate you, get you into a place where you can lose weight, and actually work on some muscles.  People complain about people being out of shape all the time, and here is someone trying to help out and train, as many trainers do.  No, not every trainer is perfect.  Many do stupid things.

But, I bet these people are glad they are down in weight and working out.  Some of you think you need to have huge muscles like they are entering a contest.  Not at all.  They just want to feel better about themselves.

Respect.

Thanks Ron. It is true that 90% come for health reasons. So I teach them to eat healthy and lift weights so they end up incorporating that in their lifestyle. My bodybuilding friend and some athletes I train and do their diets are the exception to the rule. I put a lot of soul into it and people respond accordingly.

Sev I am being serious are you going to make me lose 20lb in 20 days or what? I don't have much time, so if you are serious let's do it starting right now cos I don't wanna fuck about or have much time. I will let you take all the credit for the before and after photos.

Basically I wanna pay you 100 Euro for 20 days and use your ears as a punching bag every time I get hungry, have a headache or in a pissed off mood I want to be able to call you 8 times a day and moan and complain and say shit like "I am hungry bro" or "I want a can of coke" or "Fuck off I hate life....I can't get a hardon"....."or this hoe just called me and wants be to eat her pussy what should I do.......blah blah blah" and you can be like.......

"no no no, it's ok just fight through it, you are a champion, you are survivor...blah blah blah..."no coke, just drink water"...."no no no pussy eating, too much salt and carbs' in pussy".....and just basically hypnotize me into starvation with your superior powers of persuasion.

I will pay you double if you make me lose 8 kilos in 20 days, I will be very happy with that.

I can train twice a day 6 times a week, for like 2 hours each session.

Don't tell me to train less cos I can't, I am addicted to training and have to train that long for psychological reasons.

I am sure the athlete in you understands.

I promise to do and eat exactly what you say and I will film it all.

Let me know today if we can start this tomorrow.

Thanks

You sound like me.I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor.I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

What kind of music do you like?  Do you like Huey Lewis and The News?
Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

That's the problem trying to get over the 2 weeks mark. Do you think it would be worth paying Sev 100 Euro's a month, he did say in his profile that clients get to ring him unlimited amounts of times which seems rather generous.

Imagine how valuable that would be for me, I would be ringing him every two fucking minutes. ;D

It's almost like having my own fitness /diet coach and shrink all in one go.

Buy one get two for free.  :o

Sev would have top provide you with a way of paying the money, that I fear would be a problem because he isnt really a PT and doesnt make a living from it.
