Title: I will admit I hardly EVER put the weights back on the rack after training
Post by: mdef48 on March 18, 2015, 05:45:39 PM
I like to keep things messy. It makes me feel good about myself.

I hardly ever put the weights back on the rack after or during training.

Matter of fact the only times I do is if too much shit is getting in my own way or my spotter, NEVER out of courtesy to anyone else...I don't give a fuck about them

Or if a really hot personal trainer chick is working and looking at me....then I might put weight back depending on my mood only to impress her.

If its a guy working I never put the weights back and they don't dare even say shit to me cos they know how fucking intense I am when juiced up to the gills.

I train hard enough as it is, I don't need to fucking waste more energy or time or lose intensity worrying about putting the weights back.

If you got time to do that you ain't training intense enough. It shows weakness.

I pay my gym membership like everyone else and that is the fucking job of the staff to put weights back NOT ME.

If they don't like they can fuck off and get job elsewhere.

Pic from today's shoulder workout. Drop sets (left shoulder practically disabled now)

Keeping shit real.

Joon, you need to lift them first to put them back on the rack. I don't think such operation happens in your life.

Yeah maybe but I am being honest.

Thing is putting weight back on the rack every single time really fucks up intensity and rest times.

Specially since people get in the way.

Rather be dick and have great workout than be a good two shoe teachers pet and lose intensity.

Yeah I would rather be like top 4 beast in my commercial ass gym, even though their equipment is war worse and get all attention from the bitches than go to proper bodybuilding gym and be like number 68 just to impress some juiced up shemales i'd never fuck anyway.

I'd say I am doing it right.

But who cares if you're bigger than the next guy. There will always be someone bigger and stronger than you.

I am sorry that your self-esteem is so low that guys with bigger muscles make you feel puny and small.  :'( :'(

Not in my commercial ass gym there wouldn't, I mean yeah there is like one dude who is way bigger than me there, some crazy ass Russian dude, he is fucking monster, he is like 6ft 4 and fucking clearly trened out his mind, but he is also totally bald and ugly ass fucker.....he pisses me off.....but he has a girlfriend anyway....cos he comes to gym with her....she is hot too....no idea why the fuck she is even with that babaoon ...

But yeah as for the rest of the twinks there Id say I own them pretty hard and if too many bigger guys join up I will just change gyms so I am like top 4 again.

Sometimes i'll go to the gym to train forearms, and just load weight all over the place, then leave.

seriously, today it looked like someone intentionally inverted the weights on the tree..
2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, then 45s.  I literally had to move 5 plates to get to each 45.

I especially enjoy it when one of the aforementioned "gym cops" sits there with his head turning purple biting his tongue  because I am twice his size and shredded, i usually give em a wink as I drop the 120s

No, it is NOT the job of staff to put weights back. All members agree to keep the place tidy and consider others. Use a towel, and put dumbbells back on the racks

and unload leg presses and other plate loaded machines.

No its not. Show me in my terms and conditions that I signed up to where it says "you must put the weights back after training" it doesn't cos they can't force you to do that.

I had one chick long time ago tried to give me jip about putting weights back (only cos she was new) and didn't know the order of things and who is who etc.

I just told her I was still using the dumbbells and she should think twice before interrupting my workout again.

You can always get away with saying you are still using the dumbbells they can't do fuck all about that.

And if someone else say's they wanna use them you just say "sure you can have them now I am done, there they are over there"..LOL

I am experienced in this shit I know what I doing.

Probably. "Punishment" of that type has been meted out in that gym before  :P

Every day, I leave her a new lifting routine that she "hates" me for. In her own words, she "doesn't hate what it does for my body"

That is her revenge.

That's not OCD, that's just common sense. I used to go to a gym where folks just put the DBs back any old place. 50% of a time of a set was trying to find the other 65. Fuck that. I quit after a week and told them why.

I used to train at a hardcore gym with big letter sign on the wall.

" Pick up your wts,  after lifting. Your mother doesn't work here."  ;)

You just stated yourself you're a midget. You're obviously one of those 5 foot tall douches that walk around the gym with their old highschool logo t shirt cut into a tank and have low self esteem issues because of height. You're a douche end of story. This guy is probably the type of guy to cause a big scene at a restaurant because his food wasn't cooked to his standards.

Anyway, you big nosed camel fucking pole smoker, our accounts were both on the line a few weeks ago  in your bet and you were going to post a pic of you in your "Astin" Martin and I'd leave and if you didn't you'd leave Getbig for good.    ::)

Bullshitting little twink.

I am just gonna keep it factual and not resort to name calling.

The account has always been me and no one else despite what you might think.
The content matter and style I agree I changed up, its not really a change cos actually if you look at the original Joon account (I think deleted now) the subject material I was posting and style was kinda similar about year or more ago I just decided to revert back to it for a while.

GB is a bit of light hearted entertainment for me and not all that serious. Just something to do while passing the time online doing other shit.
I happened to enjoy your posts on the chopper account for what its worth.

You ask do I make threads for attention?

Yes and no?

I make threads not so much for attention because I am somehow lacking that in my life and looking to compensate for it online as you seem to be suggesting.
But more rather I make threads that I think will get a "reaction" and ones which we can all amuse ourselves with rather than what I perceive to be boring content.

It's the same philosophy that newspapers use in marketing to sell their papers.

The more worked up you get about my thread the more it shows that I have kinda done what I set out to achieve.

In the words of Oscar Wilder "the only thing worst than being talked about it not being talked about"

I don't remember the exact quote so I paraphrase cos I am drunk and high as fuck right now.

PS I genuinely own an Aston Martin DB9.

You're missing the point.

When you cut out the BS and attention whoring your posts are decent and you can be a funny guy.

When you post this type of crap, you end up in the Shizzo, Basile, Goodrum, and Wiggs category of shit posters not worth reading.

Tone down the bragging and boasting and you won't be the laughingstock of Getbig anymore.

Possibly but I think the question you have to ask yourself is "why do I even post on Getbig", what practical or actual application does it serve in my life.
I guess the answer to that might vary from one person to the next depending on their interests on the boards etc.

I have often asked myself that question and the answer has pretty much always been "well not much really its only to shoot the bull and pass the time"
I have never thought of Getbig as a place to come to for intelligent discussion.

I have been active on many other forums, particularly poker ones where it is of a much more serious nature, I don't troll those boards because many of the people i interact with I play with or know in real life or bump into in tournaments and its just more serious in depth discussion in general since money is involved and since I take poker far more seriously than bodybuilding.

What I have always found attractive about getbig is the bullshit, trolling and nonesense that goes on here. I think without that I would simply lose interest in posting or lurking it.
It's unique and one of a kind blend of a place....almost like a surreal video game to me.

My thought process behind this thread was as follows:
I was doing a shoulder workout and doing drop sets. And it was getting messy.
I actually couldn't find the weights I was looking for cos people didn't put em back properly and it pissed me off and gave me idea for this thread.
Now I always put the weights back after I am done truth be told despite what I wrote.
So I decided to take a pic on my phone playing baddie while actually I was the victim of the misreplaced weights myself.
Why?
Cos I knew people would relate to it, it would get reactions and make a decent thread.

This something I have always done on my GB career, take snippets of truth in real life, twist them into an alternative reality of sorts making them highly believable, casting doubt in peoples heads and spin stories allowing me to hold and captivate audience, creating drama, controversy and multi-page threads for entertainment.

That is and always has been what Joon account was about.

If there is one legacy I would like to be remembered for on here while the Joon account permanently makes its final posts into retirement is that:

I was always a great salesman and a great marketeer.

Those two things I have always been exceptional at in my life and made me my fortune in life.

My posts on here have simply been extension of that character.

Never been attracted to male genitalia other than in porn on trannies, specifically in bisexual girl on girl type content.
If I was I would have no hesitation in admitting it cos I don't think there is anything wrong with being gay if that is your preference.

It simply inst mine, I love women too much, much more than I should, being a sex addict creates its own set of problems not to be complicated by adding in further complexities.

I don't believe much of what you post. This seems honest for some strange reason.

I'd like to believe this, but you sometimes often take the responses you get very personally since you have those regular as clockwork meltdowns. I suspect Getbig is a bigger part of your life then you are willing to admit.

My meltdowns are always staged. I almost never melt down. If I do its simply playing along with the storyline and its natural conclusion to heighten the dramatic effect.
ALL my videos are the same as well.
Many people have talked to me from the boards on the phone etc.
I don't think a single one ever precieved me to be nuts or a psycho or kinda person to melt down.

putting the weights back is for commoners.

I especially enjoy it when one of the aforementioned "gym cops" sits there with his head turning purple biting his tongue  because I am twice his size and shredded, i usually give em a wink as I drop the 120s

NOT putting weights back is the sign of a commoner.

The only time I ever leave here is when I am banned.
It's very hard to explain the feeling, I doubt if you will get it but I will give it a go.

I don't know if you are into rough sex or not....but I LOVE rough sex.
Not just regular rough sex...proper fucking hardcore dangerous rough sex...

I don't know if you have ever had a girl slap you so fucking hard during sex that your mouth bleeds.
So you reply back in kind by spitting on her face and giving her a massive back hander and hear her moan and scream as she experiences that stinging pain....."arghhhh"

Then you both look at each other with a sense of relief and kiss each other passionately in amazement.
Its a massive buzz and adrenaline rush.

Same reason Shizzo faked his death.

Certain personality types like to flirt with danger.

Getting banned and coming back over and over is a buzz.

Right now I am so bored out of my mind.

Getting banned would relieve that pain.

Its like self harming.

My theory about faking his own death is different. Everyone told him he is not funny and not a good poster so decided to fake his death to see their " real feelings" about him because to himself he was a good poster. When he got no sympathy even death, he knew then for sure that he is a shitty poster.

Short answer? I was drunk, and thought it would be funny.

It was a mistake for the fact that people on Getbig have known people who have died/been killed by drunk driving.

Not that it helps, but people sniffed out that it was a hoax within minutes anyway.

Still the truth. Most getbiggers are easy on you because they saw how you humiliated yourself on a daily basis for months. Faking your death to see who's going to feel bad about it was a teenager move. Making miserable videos was another step to show what's up with you.

My theory about faking his own death is different. Everyone told him he is not funny and not a good poster so decided to fake his death to see their " real feelings" about him because to himself he was a good poster. When he got no sympathy even death, he knew then for sure that he is a shitty poster.

While I agree there are snippets of truth with your analysis about shizzo's getbig insecurities I disagree entirely with the rest of your theory.

You see Shizzo was never a shitty poster in his glory days.
Shizzo in his trolling days made Getbig what it was. He was the talk of the town, the main attraction and a crowd puller.

He was the Frank Sinatra of GB.
He was almost on Gh15 level but in a different way...in a trolling way.

He was a show man, a box office best seller, GB entertainment at its very best.

Despite what everyone claimed secretly everyone always loved Shizzo because he brought the LULZ.
Everyone waited with baited breath in anticipation of his next thread just so they could bash him while they secretly go their pop corn out

His success made many jealous.
Particularly Bigmc and his gimmick empire.

They felt Shizzo was a threat to them so they started the propaganda campaign against him to try and discredit him.

I was one of only a handful of people who could see this and the truth.
Hence why I was always a  staunt Shizzo supporter.

Shizzo is the godfather and inspiration behind the Joon account.

I learned everything I could about Shizzo. Like a young buck learning from a great master.
I studied his posts and every move intently....doing my homework and taking notes.

In time Joon superseded Shizzo and took it to a whole new level with the video content
I had mixed feelings about this.

Obviously delighted at my own success but also saddened and guilty in a way that I managed to surpass my great hero and idol.

Those were the days of GB at their best.

I am not being a hater saying this and I sincerely wish you fulfill your dream about getting the mod spot.
However, I feel like you are being strung along here....and I don't want your feelings to be hurt... I know deep down you are a sensitive soul.

There is about as much chance of you getting a mod spot as their is with Kai Green winning the Olympia.
Are you deserving of the mod spot? Absolutely, no one deserves it more in my opinion.

But unfortunately, politics is politics and Getbig politics is even harder and more brutal than bodybuilding politics.
Its never about doing the right thing it is always about pleasing the right people.
We saw that with the UK board.

While Princess L brings a breath of fresh air to the boards, new direction and leadership starting  a dawn of a new chapter I am not sure if she currently has enough clout to overpower some of the other darker forces that still linger in the background.

I am firmly behind her purple revolution of peace and have my army of gimmicks ready at her disposal the moment revolution erupts and the peoples scream for change is heard.

I will always love you, but I feel it a great tragedy and disservice to your hardcore and loyal fans Shizzo that you sold out for the mod spot possibilities.
You were prefect as you were, you didn't need to change for anybody.

They tried to change me too with their mind control games and underhand bully boy tactics.
But I retaliated with my army of Kamikaze gimmicks and regained control.

i feel if you stuck to your guns and beliefs and went through the pain you could have come out the other side smelling like roses like I do and defeating your enemies in glorious triumph
But instead you decided to appease the enemies and engage and give in to their ridiculous demands to change you.

That was a sad day.

Always be yourself and who you are.
Never retreat or surrender.
Choose to live life on your own terms always or die a glorious heroic death instead.

On aside my friend I just want to clarify one thing.
I know many people believe you to be alcoholic just like they believe I am a drug addict simply for using recreational drugs here or there.

I never bought into it as being a given that you were an alcoholic.
I just think u were a kid you liked a drink here or there just like many people.
You were probably a heavy drinker but not a true alcoholic.

I also don't believe you ever went to AA.
You could prove me wrong by giving me the name and number of your sponsor to verify.

I think the whole AA think was/is a cover story in your reformation story.
I don't believe or buy it.
Why?
Cos I don't believe you ever actually had a problem in the first place.

You may say I am wrong and maybe I am.
But that is my theory and I will stick to it

Still the truth. Most getbiggers are easy on you because they saw how you humiliated yourself on a daily basis for months. Faking your death to see who's going to feel bad about it was a teenager move. Making miserable videos was another step to show what's up with you.

somebody give me some insight to this please ;D

Never had a sponsor. I only went to the required 16 meetings for the program I had to do for work. I also had weekly phone meetings with a counselor, and I am still required to remain sober (subjected to increased random drug tests which focus on the alcohol) until November of 2015.

I definitely had a major problem developing, which was slowly taking over my life. That's fine if you don't believe me. I am the one who has to live with myself in the real world, and I am happy with the progress I have made (not a drop since Oct. 2014)

Its been a weight lifted off of me figuratively and literally. I have lost close to 30 pounds, and the desire to lose more is there.

A mod spot would be cool, but I have already won something in real life, which is much more important.

I think you didn't witness shizzo faking his death and doing video for money.  ;D
One day he came to getbig and logged ( with his account or another one, I don't remember ) like he was shizzo brother. Shizzo brother told us that shizzo is dead in a car crash then after a while the truth comes that's all fake.
As for videos, he was humiliating himself, drunk, in videos Joon told him to do for money. Some video was him naked doing push ups or whatever.  Great shows  ;D

The Shizzo fake death thing I am not the expert on you are better of asking Narcisticdeity, think he might have the original thread.
As for the videos Shizzo did nothing wrong.

He made a thread with a shirtless pic "260lb of awesome" looking crazy fat.
I couldn't believe he got that fat, I thought it was a troll job and photos-hoped pic.

I asked him to do video to prove it was really him the pic and no photoshop and that I would give him 250 bucks if he did.
I thought he was lying.
He posted video and owned me.

Josh probably has is on his youtube channel.

The other video of him doing 25 pushups was for charity.
He was a good sport.

Here are the two videos I posted on Getbig. In the first video, I take Junior up on a bet that I wasn't a gimmick. He said he would give me $250 dollars if I made a vid to prove I was real. In the second video, Junior challenged me to do 25 pushups. He donated $250 to the Regina animal shelter in my name for making the pushup vid.

So as you guys can plainly see, I wasn't turning tricks for Joon, and I wasn't naked  :D

In his world it was.

It took courage.

Giving up the only one meaningful thing in your life.

Getbig.

The rejection of his peers on here drove him into dispear  and destitution.

Turned his world upside down.

The realization he would never be made mod sent him into a great depression.

There was only one solution.

The final solution.

His death and suicide.

Online.

I sincerely hope you are mistaken and that Shizzo is having himself a big laugh right now.

Faking one's death is hardly the same as committing suicide. The connection is that often suicide is a last ditch move to get some attention and faking suicide on an internet forum also is an act seeking attention. The big difference is that pretending to die on the internet is not the same as trying to take one's own life in real life because there is almost zero risk with the internet tactic, while there is a real risk in real life.

Short answer? I was drunk, and thought it would be funny.

It was a mistake for the fact that people on Getbig have known people who have died/been killed by drunk driving.

Not that it helps, but people sniffed out that it was a hoax within minutes anyway.

I know. Seems like folks could let this go. This is sometimes a crazy place where you cannot figure out what folks are thinking.

But to lend some reality to it. Drinking and driving can have some serious consequences. If your stunt helped just one person realize this and thus not drink and drive, then it had value.

Shizzo is only "respected" now because of Joon. After he humiliated himself in videos, people decided to leave him alone and not discuss his existence in the board. They knew what miserable being he was and won pity of getbiggers.

Really??? Getbiggers have not pity. I am surprised you don't know this.

Seriously though, I am toning it down on purpose. They are looking into the mod situation very soon, and I would like to think I have a realistic shot a getting a spot. You just can't go all "willy nilly" as a moderator.

I would like to think as a moderator, you are held to a higher standard.

Why is it so important to you to be a mod here? Being a mod is a big responsibility. Ask any mod and they will tell you that it is a thankless job. You think some people hate you now, you have no idea how much they will despise you if you become a mod.

I am impressed with your honesty here. I have represented folks who through my negotiations with HR were not fired and were allowed/required to go through rehab in order to save their jobs. There are laws which protect the unfortunate folks who find themselves in this pickle. It's usually a last chance agreement. Sometimes it worked for them and sometimes not. I always felt bad for those who did not succeed because their future seemed grim.

You need to give yourself a lot of credit. What you've accomplished, many do not. It is good to read about your successes. Don't now set yourself up for disappointment. If the powers that be don't make you a mod, then fuck it. Don't let it get you down.

The "I am so hetero that I can make homo-erotic jokes and get sophomoric reactions because it's blatantly obvious that there is NO WAY I could really get hard for another dude" is really pathetic man.. I have noticed that even in real life a lot of very insecure, sloppy looking dudes do this...

Truth is that you don't HAVE to look like that. In 8 weeks you could look decent and another 12 you could get ripped.. I mean - come on man your arms are just sad. Yet you actually show them off?? If it's the ink you are trying to display - think about that and have some respect for the artist.. Get some damn discipline... You will feel tons better and watch how your every aspect of life improves.. You'll earn twice - maybe three times the money and you will actually get a woman even maybe ( just NEVER let her read the shit you write here)

I understand what you are saying but you fail to see the correlation between shizzo faking his online death and how that mirrored his real life depression and death wish
Only a clinical expert pyschologist with a keen eye such as myself can see it for what it was.

Shizzo's only form of escapism at that time (similar to your meltdown a few weeks ago) was Getbig.

You see to him without Getbig he might as well have been dead.
That is how deep his addiction to  this board ran.

So you see for him to kill shizzo online (and refrain from posting in keeping up the pretense) killed him in real life as well.

Yes sure he was still breathing and slurping Vodka but he wasn't alive.

He was the living dead.

The thread he made (one of the greatest pieces of modern art) exemplified his inner pain beautifully.

Like a Monet oil painting.

Only but in online form.

Good for you! Joon has his own issues. He can't help you.

Actually that is were you are sadly mistaken prime...perhaps because you are not aware of the facts...or perhaps because dementia has taken its toll on your old poor brain..

It's on video here where I offered Shizzo 5K to lose weight and quit booze way before those videos he made were posted.

I offered to put him up in a treatment center in Florida and even offered to send him to fat camp at my own cost.
I did this out of the goodness of my own heart.

Because I related to what it was like to be a fat drunk bastard no one cared about before I started my transformation.

Shizzo refused my acts of kindness many times.

Like a true addict his main concern at that time was scamming me out of few hundred dollars here or there to meet his weekly vodka bill.

Shizzo is a changed man now.

Reformed character.
Deserving finally to fulfill his lifetime ambition and goal of being made mod.

All so that he can remove a few threads and delete a few posts.

Its understandable accolade for him to achieve.

Especially where he has come from.

The bottom of the barrel.

This says a lot more about Joon then it does about those he may have duped into doing some dumb shit.

Explain to me how he was "duped" into taking approximately 2000 dollars from me my friend.
Usually is the people giving out they money and not the ones taking it that have been duped.

I can understand why you would be confused.
Its old age.

Nothing wrong with that, happens to the best of us.
Just means I have to allow a little bit more for posters such as yourself and Vince my friend.

Because uhhh.....how can I put this politely without offending you???
Ever consider you might how shall we say "not be all there" prime?

I would advice you take intramuscular multi complex  vitamin B injections.
I got my gran on them as well, it helped tremendously with her mental faculty.

Now she only forgets things and chat's shit 4-5 times a day as opposed to 20.
I suspect it will do you the world of good too.

You should try them.
