One ate 2000 cals from Steak and veggies
One ate 2000 cals from fish and oats/rice
One ate 2000 cals from whatever they wanted
Would they all look exactly the same in terms of bodyfat lost after 10 weeks?

No they wouldn't, but the person who can eat whatever he wants is surely the happiest. Unless you like eating the same thing every day.

Which would show the most fat loss?
Not sure, probably depends on an individual metabolism (some process carbs better, some protein, etc..). I for example can drink oil and still won't get fat (my body temperature increases and burns off extra energy as a response that makes me immune fat accumulation).

I say yes they'd be pretty much exactly the same regarding fat loss, BUT show me where this study or something even close to it has been done and published in a peer reviewed journal. No one can answer with other than Broscience without that.

What I meant by not being cut and dry is: 2,000 does not breakdown the sugar, carbs, fat ratios of the above diets.
The 2,000 calories of "anything" will be processed differently then the 2,000 calories of steak and vegetables.
This also does not take into account that not everyone processes nutrients in the same manner.
This doesn't even take genetics or metabolisms into consideration either.

Every morning for me:
Almond milk
Whey
Frozen blueberry/strawberry/cherries
Spinach
Almond butter...

Then you eat just little bit of dry rank chicken or tuna or otherwise gross tasting shit
just to level where u can carry on starving more and more.
U lose shit load weight quickly.
Yeah u lose muscle too but no bigge.
once u lost fat and become lean, u shoot test, deca dbol and put ur muscle back on.
Then u switch over to mast, tren and polish it all of.

Wtf man? I was like 14-15% bf . This is a bbing site, not an atkins diet website. Im in shape to 99 percent of the world. 10 solves alot. Im way tighter. Have another 5 to go before im where i want to be BF wise. Im hoping to end up around 9 and stay there all summer with AD approach. I will add calories back in once i hit where i want to be (just one refeed day)

Also when dieting that low, cheats become more normal and "acceptable".
My goal is this year is sustainability and being able to STaY lean without crash dieting, and the use of mimimal drugs. Anyone with wilpower can crash and get lean...but staying lean is the hard part

Gotcha. I guess everyone is a bit different. Know quite a few who have done 1800 cals for extended periods. And there is a difference between lean and ripped to me. Being lean, yeah, you wouldn't have a need necessarily restrict calories too low and you would still be able to eat an alright amount of food. Being ripped and maintaining that takes more dedication/lower cals then most would be comfortable with for an extended time.
