different coach..different styles. .the keto was great, got me shredded but I feel i lost a good amount of size..trying to look fuller this time around. But keto is definitely effective.

Still funny to see him dodge the questions though! ;D. lookin good go4it.

He usually doesn't dodge the question but denies using anything other than OTC supplements. At first I never believed his natural claims but I'm starting to think he's telling the truth. I think who is just blessed with having very full and round muscle bellies but who will be surprisingly small in person.

Come on man, can you blame the guy? You all know the answer to the question why bother asking.

The reality is let's say he answers the question and lays out what his stack it. Most guys here go meet with their little UG dealers buy the same drugs that aren't the same because the anavar is really dbol and the primo is decca etc.. only to find they aren't looking like Go4it after 8 weeks.

The reality is it doesn't matter.

Its not going to work for you.

Just eat in a deficit and you will eventually get in shape.

hey stunt..physique

Can you lay out the basic diet you're doing? How many days high/med/low on carbs and how many grams for each? Do you keep protein constant?
pretty basic..on days i train bigger body parts high carb (back, legs) chest and shoulders medium carb and small bodyparts (arms) low carb..lowest probably around 75 grams..high days i would say around 200..protein the same 1.5 grams per pound. .also taking in some healthy fats from omega3 eggs,  fish, flaxseed.  I see what you guys are writing regarding nutrition. .just be in deficit or whatever. .i honestly think nutrition is super important. .the foods that you eat are going to effect so many aspects of your prep..knowing what to eat..when to eat certain things..it's a big deal. .at least to me it is.

It doesn`t matter at all.

You would be better off eating The Most American Thickburger, 1/2 pounder, with the Hotdog and Chips and cheese on top like I do with chocolate cake.  I stay around 162 pounds and probably eat around 4000 calories daily or more.

Of course I have been playing with horses and other animals and am burning off all of it.

For the greater part I agree with TA in that calorie is a calorie.  What you do with it makes all the difference.  When training hard I try to eat at least 4,000 calories a day.  Some of us have the metabolism of a humming bird.  Dammit!  ;D

For example.  At lunch I will eat 8 to 15 pieces of KFC along with 4 small baked potatoes and a quart of milk to wash it all down .  Dinner isn't far behind with a pound of ground or roast beef and 6 small baked potatoes.  I don't eat nearly that much when not training.

Yes, that is the percentage that was given me by a doctor.  I have dieted down to 167 lbs. and 9.7% bodyfat but I don't really care for that look or the way I felt.  20% at my age, height and bodyweight was right in the middle of the normal range, again per my doctor.

I dropped 70 pounds in 2 months to achieve that 9.7%.  Hated the way I felt and looked.  My metabolism is faster than normal and I can drop weight with ease.  Like I said, my BF % is right in the center of what is considered normal and I am happy with that.  Unlike so many I can drop it at will because of my willpower.

Thanks!

I buy them in 10 lb. bags at least once a week and unfortunately that's the size of 'em!  I eat them throughout the day as snacks too.

Wow my guess was spot on. Damn thats cool u can eat so much and not blow up like a whale. 20 percent though is pretty fat I think. When im 15-16 i look awful, like can pull tit fat, love handles and grab a big ball of belly fat

I agree about the fat part.  I started thinking, "Hmmmm...240 lbs and 20% of that is 48 lbs. of blubber!" , but then I also dieted away my muscle.  No drugs makes that a guaranteed part of my metabolism and dieting down. It is what it is and has always been.

When I need to fill in my caloric intake and have nothing that packs a punch I will go to the store and get a quart of (http://cdn.meme.am/instances/43018192.jpg)
and woof down the 1,600 plus calories while my loving wife curses me for my metabolism.   ;D

How is that a great metabolism if you are overweight? Not trying to put you down or anything but it sounds like what you are eating is too much food.

How is that a great metabolism if you are overweight? Not trying to put you down or anything but it sounds like what you are eating is too much food.

None taken, sir.  I am far from overweight.  As stated my BF is 20% and that in the real world that is far from overweight. It is in the normal range.  I can go down but as stated I don't care for that feeling.  If not training all that much I will easily get by on 2,000 or so calories a day(but lose weight fast)  and in general don't consume a lot of empty calories but the harder I train or rather the longer time I spend in the gym I burn through a great deal more calories and as such require more.

When doing HIT, I eat at least 4,000 calories of good food and train two to four times a week and only eat that
amount on training days.  Chicken, beef, potatoes and milk are among my dietary staples along with the occasional salad.

If I don't train at all I just don't eat that much.  I only eat when I am hungry and the more I train the more I will eat.  I can force feed but I don't enjoy that at all.    I hope this answers your question.

Thanks.

Why do you guys ask this shit? Like he's going to tell you. You wouldn't look like that anyway if you duplicates the products so don't worry about it.

Go4it has the right face, to go with the physique for that class also - which is why he should do well. Mike on the other hand not so much. No homo obviously (this is getbig only posting tranny on tranny pics is slightly homo)

thanks man...i admire Navy Mikes passion and drive to compete but you can kind of tell if someone has some real potential in the sport..his wife on the other hand is quite obvious shes has tons of potential. .shes got the look. .and her placings indicate that..same with myself. .I've done two shows and won my class at both..thats a decent indicator that maybe you have something there...

not at all actually. .just have to be real with yourself and expectations. .everyone wants to be the best in there field..my dream growing up was to play major league baseball. .its in my blood..i have two cousins that played in the majors and an uncle that played in the minor leagues..i was a very talented player..all star teams my entire life, great career in high school. .got offered some scholarships to some small schools..at that point in time i had to face the facts..i was a great player on the local level..but if i had the goods the big schools would have been offering my full rides..you just have to be real with yourself. .it sucked..it was my dream and passion to make it in the majors since i was 5 years old..but every one can't be the best..thats life..i had to be satisfied with what i accomplished in the sport and move on..that is actually how i got into weight training. .trying to fill the void of not having a sport to play or practice for..so much free time in college i just started hitting the weights.

[/quote]actually had a similar convo with a top 80s pro the other day..the new era guys are monsters, but most dont have the inspirational look that a Lebrada, Ray, Paris, ext..displayed. .watching  old posing routines of guys from 80s and 90s inspires me to train and motivates me to get into top shape..not so many of the current guys. .theres some..guys like Flex Lewis comes to mind. .great physique. .big but still marketable to mainstream.
Whats your height and weight Go and what are you aiming for come show day?
5'7 currently 74 kilo..show day weight not sure..dont care..just keep dieting and training until im super lean.

You really need to stay in your own thread, the comparison is embarrassing for you.

Oh, and judging by your back condition another 12-14lbs off should be about right for the stage.
