Don't try to help him man. You have to know how delusional some BB are. The wake up call will be on the stage.. Ron Love was a great BB but him prepping does t mean a damn thing. Buddy of mine just placed top 5 in a class of over 30 at the USA. He prepped himself with the hell of a local guy that no one would recognize.

Yesterday I was eating some blueberries, straight from the package. Usually I wash them first and let them drain off before, but I was a little too hungry to care. Halfway into the container I notice on the label it says "Produce of Romania" so I washed them twice and put them back in the fridge.

Many people, I have noticed, mistake water for fat. To illustrate this, I woke up yesterday 9 lbs lighter than I was going to bed. Getting rid of the water reveals what is underneath. In my case all else was constant the body just adjusted itself.
Also, there is a direct corelation between your state of mind and the body. Resentment, anger and wifhheld emotions translate into bloating and water retention.

Wet white posers might just do the trick, but they'd be a little obvious. Posers with 5/8 " sides and a 1/4 to 1/2 back are what you see mostly these days.
I wouldn't suggest the full beard, a slight scruff would work.
You look much better than I imagined you would from the early shots. Your legs aren't as skinny as I thought and they look cut. You did good son.

In the business world the color red displays a sense of desperation(red tie, red socks or red sports car). Tiger Woods would wear red on Sunday's when he would close out a tournament. He still wears red on Sundays today and desperation seems to fit with Tiger these days.

Well, that's a plus in your favor. There are some folks on Getbig who almost never have anything positive to say.
The way I see it, Sev's early pictures with a fat gut and no apparent muscle development are the true before pictures. If you compare how he looks today to those, he's made great strides and has been very successful. Whether the contest judges place him above other contestants in his category remains to be seen.
Granted a lot can be accomplished with good lighting, adept posing, darkened skin tone and the right fitting posing suit. He had none of those things going for him in the before photo. He also looks much more confident now.
Needless to say, Sev looks a heck of a lot better than I do or ever have for that matter. The only thing we share are our bald/shaved heads.....I think his is bigger than mine though.

Eat lean protein and vegetables until you get down to the required BF levels, add some complex carbs for three days prior to stepping onstage drink lots of water up until the day before of the show then cut it , eat some simple carbs an hour before you get onstage.
That pretty much works for anyone.

I think it's pathetic to hack on someone brave enough to compete - USUALLY... just in this cats case he is not confident - he is straight up cocky.. If he was just trying to believe in himself but was humble - I would offer constructive criticism - but I have seen his reaction when others do.
