I think it's pathetic to hack on someone brave enough to compete - USUALLY... just in this cats case he is not confident - he is straight up cocky.. If he was just trying to believe in himself but was humble - I would offer constructive criticism - but I have seen his reaction when others do.

you seem to know it all so I figured everyone pm's you for advice. Also since you are so knowledgeable what can I possibly add of value thatwould make it informative?

Eat lean protein and vegetables until you get down to the required BF levels, add some complex carbs for three days prior to stepping onstage drink lots of water up until the day before of the show then cut it , eat some simple carbs an hour before you get onstage.

That pretty much works for anyone.

Im sure Ron has you doing a lot more to justify his fee.
