If by "in shape" you mean lean I know a top bodybuilding pro and he specifically told me how to get ripped. And it's NOT what you read in magazines and the internet. It's simple but brutal.

This is me, non steron, always in decent shape. Singel digit I dont know...11-12% I guess...

Hernia in the neck, right arm 0.5inch smaller than before according to numbness :( Doing what I can at the moment...Same shit/ingury like Lee Priest have.

Train a lot (2h/day 6 times/week, lots of superset)...3000kcal to get leaner. 3500kcal to keep the weight!

you cant train hard for 2 hours.
may as well train for 40 mins and do it properly rather than fucking around.

45 mins intensive training is enough.

ive been "shredded" for me around 10 percent, once or twice. this required starvation, gh, orals, and trt. you can only eat 1500 cals for so long. anyone who says otherwise is full of shit. people who dont have endo or skinny fat genetics wont understand any of this, they cant relate

Its like saying u cant run fast for 2 houers only 40min...meet up with a great maratonrunner and say that. Or cyclist or any man that train alot...or 2houer armsession with Fletcher or wrestler or powerligfter or any other sport. To max out every mucle in our body i would probably guess u need 6houers of training every day...u could spend 2 houers on just calves avery day and they would grow and adapt. THen u could make it 3 houers. Same for every muscle in the body...

Nope, not only does being really lean not interest me but to maintain it I would have to give up my favorite thing, food and I can't do that.Rather be happy with a full belly.Although you guys do look pretty damn good.

Its your mental illness that makes you train for 2hrs per day, 6 days per week... You would look and feel better cutting it in half or dong even less than that.

I've looked good off gear training 3 days a week, hr or less at a time

As I said, what your doing is manual work, you might as well do somthing useful instead, paint a fence, chop wood etc etc

Lol...tell that to Arnold, Franco, Sergio. Those guys used to train for 2 hr TWICE a day, six days a week. Amazing how uneducated in these matters today's gym goers are.

I was in-shape (visible abs, low bodyfat-level, decent amount of muscle), all the way up to 35 years of age or so. Deaths in the family, loss of loved ones and other events changed everything at that time.

Stopped training and even thinking about eating right, six-pack turned into one-pack, muscles deteriorated, got grey hair in one year etc etc

Now many years later after that period (we can call it Period of peace), i have started training again! But i do not eat whats good for me, just what i like.

Which means lots of meat and chili-bea etc

sprinters run fast marathon runners dont.

why would you want to make your body adapt to 2 hour sessions?
you can get growth training for 10 minutes
a 2 hour calf session, what an idiot.

you can push a muscle to failure with a a single set, do that 3 times and its enough to stimulate growth
when I train arms I can only do around 6 sets bis and tris before the pump stops me doing anything at all, now for me to do more i would have to sit around waiting for the pump to go and starting again, now tell me whats the point?

you are missing the point
, a sprinter pretty much runs in an anaerobic state, a marathon runner in an aerobic
Bodybuilding training is anaerobic, it shouldn't be aerobic.

why would you think they were wrong because they were chain smoking and about to die?
Because:

1. They used high volume training to get big and strong.

2. Arnold and Franco in their primes destroyed them.

3. And yes it was pretty pathetic to see them so mentally ill and unhealthy.

2. its because they had better genetics
3. so if someone is mentally ill and pathetic it negates everything they have done over the years?

I've answered all your pseudo-socratic questions that I intend to. Take a look in the mirror and ask YOURSELF some questions. A good place to start would be to inquire as to why you're not big and strong.

no, posting a photo will prove that you are a gimmick account.
Arnold Franco and Serge would have been huge regardless of how they trained, they would have had a lot more time to spend doing interesting things if they hadnt wasted 4 hours a day training.

you are missing the point
, a sprinter pretty much runs in an anaerobic state, a marathon runner in an aerobic
Bodybuilding training is anaerobic, it shouldn't be aerobic.

Energy pathway sure but BB is an endurance sport. You need fatigue build-up over time.

You work endurance fibres which is why volume is the traditional method for growth.

Although 2hrs would be stuffing around a lot. Half that is ok.

in a few months, I will travel to Australia. I will here live and train with Vince Basile for 6 months. Besides the Aldi red wine drinking binges, that should get me into decent shape.

Why do you have "Faith In Chaos" tattooed above your penis?

As a Getbigger, the phrase: "Faith In Chaos" is the biggest oxymoron that I can remember  :D

even once?

with shape i mean single digit bodyfat clearly visible abs with muscle not just abs because of you being skinny.

did you mantain that physique? for how long?

tell us about it.

if not, do you plan to? are you not curious about how it would feel and look to really, really, be in shape for say, one summer? once in your life?

I did , and drug free during competitive days about 4 years ( now I regret not juicing with the kind of clean dieting and heavy training  I was doing )

WoooSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
