My assessment of his heart rate would be this:
If Bhanks is trolling us he's posting pics to get various responses. I think his BP is legitimately high. Probably well above 150/90 and his HR is probably typically around 70 or 80 bpm. If he wants to showcase a lower bp he could some kind of cardio to bring it down. Theoretically some type of high intensity cardio would cause vasodialation and a temporarily lower bp but it would also lead to a higher HR.
When he wants to show them both elevated he could bear down- as if he were taking a shit or hitting a most muscular- and that would elevate both.
I don't think he's ever shown a pic of both of them lowered but he could measure it laying down or after waking up and both hr and bp would be lower.
Bhanks talks like a tweaker. Everything is exaggerated (ex. I can gain 20 lbs of muscle in two months. Or man Iwas so sick i lost 25 pounds over the weekend... tweakers tell these kinds of tales all the time). Always gettinginto it with some woman. In and out of jail. He's a know it all motormouth (prolific poster in this case) who loves talking about his ailments (ever notice how much tweakers love talking about how 'flbusted up they are' or 'how much shit they've been through')

Kevin Levrone and Hunter Labrada both came back and successfully competed after major pectorial tears it just takes some time it’s slowly getting better. Same with the right arm and the legs. It is all getting better it may not be ntoiceable to you guys but I tape the right arm and its growing I see what I am benching each week and its coming back . My squat looks better than ever fuck the weight I have never swuatted so deep at 315 in my life and its getting better every workout. My inuries are strengthening they are taping larger and getting stronger they will start to balance out more every week it just takes time. But it is a lot easier to do when bulking. Once I cut back down everything will look better than ever

Or as Christopher suggest do you believe they are on boatloads of Gear and HGH which allows them to heal injuries better? 3/4 of an inch may not be noticeable to the naked eye which is why I tape it. I also can feel the chest getting stronger every workout. The arm is growing whether you see it or not the chest is getting stronger and filling in again it is a game of inches

Still trying to bring up the legs I dont think they look too bad but I believe another year of squats the way I am doing then now will make a big difference. I have absolutely no desire to add anymore size to my neck. Focus is also on bringing my right arm up more than adding size to the left but arms can never be too big. Also doing more hamstring work now. Anyway you slice it though I am in shape now with some decent size and slowly getting better. Meanwhile you look like a flat chested teenager with 15 inch arms.

I know my right side isnt atrophying my right delt is bigger than the left and you can’t tell me my right bicep doesn’t look bigger than the left from the front as well. Also I am getting stronger in the weight room. There is no difference in my lats or traps or anything else I just have an old pec tear in the right side that doesn’t mean my right side of my body is atrophying.

I agree that your right anterior delt looks bigger than your left delt. I think that is because you are using the delt instead of your torn pec. I think that means you aren't actually "filling in" your torn pec area you're just compensating with your delt instead of your pec.
