lost some bodyfat, im dieting hardcore very low calories, i bumped up my protien to about 60-70 grams a day from my normal 30-40 and its made a difference!
i still have PLENTY of fat to lose though i carry most of my fat on my hams , the sides of my lower back and lower obliques which make my waist look wide because i have alot of ab muscle , but once i lose my fat i garantee i will have the best abs ever. right now i can still pinch alot of fat!! but im improving and i know what im doing. everyone better step it up im not playing around this time
If you would of submitted pics in that condition, through on some posing trunks, and tan, you would of beaten TA easily. Too little too late bro. There is next year though.
