Get Big 2007 champ NEW PICS

lost some bodyfat, im dieting hardcore very low calories, i bumped up my protien to about 60-70 grams a day from my normal 30-40 and its made a difference!

i still have PLENTY of fat to lose though i carry most of my fat on my hams , the sides of my lower back and lower obliques which make my waist look wide because i have alot of ab muscle , but once i lose my fat i garantee i will have the best abs ever. right now i can still pinch alot of fat!! but im improving and i know what im doing. everyone better step it up im not playing around this time

im doing many different things this time around, increase protien slightly, doing more uphill sprints , switching up cardio BIG TIME!!!!! 5 miles per hour on 15 incline on the treadmill for 3-5 sets lasting 5 minites each no warm up! and plenty of other new old tactics that i havent used in a while

well if i really want to get ripped ill make a salad with lettuce and 1/4 of an apple and some crushed up fritos sprinkled on top along with a big spoon full of olive oil.

if you do not lose muscle eating like a girl that way you are very gifted and i hate you for it. ANYWAY. I think you are diesel as hell but you need much much bigger lats from the front and maybe more shoulders cause your obliques are huge.

hahahah thanks but you aint seen nothin yet, this is just one week of dieting. i still have a WAYS to go. its amazing like adonis said we are dellusional about how much fat we really have! i may even consider bumping up my protien even more once all the fat is gone....

i know one thing for sure it is much HARDER to get fat than to lose it, i use to think the opposite

You sure you aren't only counting protein from animal sources?

Even pasta and rice have a reasonable amount of protein in them not just carbs...

i do some sick ab workouts i have a ton of muscle there but you just cant see it because i have fat there, so therefore it makes my physique look un proportionate.

30-40 grams of protein? I'll believe you may eat that little SOME days but you'll never maintain that muscle on so little in the long run. It's like half the RDA if that.

yes that is all i was getting, for about 2 years before that time i did the typical high protien diet but got tired of it, i wont never do high protien again but i will do more moderate protien levels
