haha good job man. i did 19 (had to bring my jealous croatian gf, she slowed me down)did 135kg x 8 on incline yesterday...looking to move up to 3 plates per side on the incline next week. we will see how it goes.is it a 5 split?go to a 5 split...45min of lots of sets with little rest between sets. gh15 agrees with me.volumize
Bro u know i hope ur training is comeing on well, but a few months ago u sed lower volume higher frequency was the way foreward, then u sed high volume was best, now ur saying reduce volume??Either way i hope it working.davie
