just like in anything else there will be natural variation in ability to obtain muscle - I laugh at you idiots who listen to this steroid pusher (gh15) everytime he tells you 180lbs cut is impossible for a natural. The guy is a steriod pusher and born hater.
like i always say ,,bodybuild is ONLY hormones,, you dont have to hav eany genetic,,if you have enough legit hormones...and look symetric to begin with ...you will end up lookin thick lean and conditioned on hormones,, moment you stop taking them is bye bye bodybuilding,, most profesionals are just drug addicts that did it long enough with legit hormones at high doses enough,,, the testomonys are many many many top level amatuers who walk around and do this eveery single day ,,you know who they are and they know who they are,, getting a profesional card also means you need to go on stage and compete which many of them dont do because to begin with they do bodybuild for the wrong reasons aka girls,,

180-185lb 8% is where it eneds and it is 5'10 not 5'6 not 5'7 those heights are little man you can take 20-30 lb off the 185 for those fellas that means a fella like coach would be naturaly sitting at 150lb ...155 on good day ,,again this is with decent bodyfat of 8% not mexicana heaven of 22% adipose
