Jovo,

There are some flaws in your theory.  If I go eat Mcdonalds and make sure it stays within my macronutrient range, I'm still effected by things like high sodium that can cause bloat and water retention.  Sure, some naturals with decent genetics can get away with staying in single digits on this theory, but no natural gets shredded that way.  Also, if a natural tells you that he is getting shredded this way, he is lying.  Just like the black guy in your gym who supposedly lives on PB&J and is totally natural.  I'm not saying he's lying, but I am saying you're gullible if you believe people from your gym so easily.  Even if you considered him a friend, you're still not following him day-to-day, and again its a good chance he is lying.

Now, bare in mind that you are on a hardcore bodybuilding forum.  You can come here and talk about science, but please post the scientific report you have where the effects of extreme macronutrient counts and/or hormone use were tested on humans.  This forum is filled with people who want to be huge as well as filled with huge people.  People who don't just read an article with some solid findings and come state it as fact, no, you have people that have done the real tests by just putting their body through trial and error.  Your lack of credibility comes from the fact that you are speaking from a text book point of view, when in fact most anything bodybuilders do is not going to be found in any text book.  That's why people ask to see your pictures.  Its's not an insult or a childish thing to ask for that.  You came here with a theory and stated it was fact.  So you must believe in the diet you're preaching and use it on yourself.  People want to see the physical evidence that shows the results of your belief, not just you spouting out that it's "based on science and many people do it."  You are 18 though and when you're speaking with people who have read all the science, heard all the bro science, and tried most of it on themselves, you should respect that these people have more hands on experience, and although anyone can read the same information you have, far less people can speak from first hand experience.
