Actually there have been several studies recently on higher dosages of creatine. Look into it.
Thanks Chaos, I will do that. I used to take creatine regularly when I was hitting the gym on a regular basis. My long-term memory is fine, but I believe my short-term memory has diminished somewhat in recent years. My energy levels are also not as high as they were previously, and Creatine helps with this too.
