best :

delts : arms and chest are so pathetic that delts look ok next to them  ;D
back : good middle/lower trap, rear delts, recovers fairly well, pump is great
abs : if im lean enough i got a 8 pack
hamstrings/glutes : suprisingly decent since ive started trainning them seriously (hamstring, no direct glute training  ;D)

worst :

so many shitty parts idk what to pick

chest : super flat no matter how i train, recovery is shit
calves : only started trainning them a year ago...
quads : undertrained as well, working on it
arms : horrible insertion on BOTH biceps and triceps



shit last time at the gym i saw an old man on a machine
guy calves were FREAKY
like HOLY SHIT FREAKY, and hes just a regular guy

calves are 80% genetics
the most genetic based muscle for sure

my girl (south east asian) got HUGE calves too without training  ???

That's actually more like my regular everyday shape.. as I said it's easy for me to stay lean so when I think of shredded I think of sub 8% bf with not too much water retention...

Just sucks that it's only impressive without clothes on while with clothes on you just look small especially when your arms are your weakness since everyone
is paying attention to the arms...when really lean I look fit in clothes but not like a bodybuilder.. while someone like Groink will have a hard time hiding the fact that he's one even
if he would try.

One shredded pic, one old pic of me hitting a biceps pose .. although it's an old picture it's not like I've made huuuge improvements since then, just a bit more size but still no peak.. and then one in clothes where I look tiny (was not even close to my biggest in that picture but still without a shirt on you could tell that I'm serious about lifting..)..

Worst: Legs (Detailed but lack size), Calves (No terrible but not good) Clavicle width (but wider than Heath)
