delts : arms and chest are so pathetic that delts look ok next to them

back : good middle/lower trap, rear delts, recovers fairly well, pump is great
abs : if im lean enough i got a 8 pack
hamstrings/glutes : suprisingly decent since ive started trainning them seriously (hamstring, no direct glute training

)

so many shitty parts idk what to pick
chest : super flat no matter how i train, recovery is shit
calves : only started trainning them a year ago...
quads : undertrained as well, working on it
arms : horrible insertion on BOTH biceps and triceps
shit last time at the gym i saw an old man on a machine
guy calves were FREAKY
like HOLY SHIT FREAKY, and hes just a regular guy
calves are 80% genetics
the most genetic based muscle for sure
my girl (south east asian) got HUGE calves too without training
